0x00000D1 BSoD?

My computer has been randomly BSoDing all day, and I can't for the life of understand me why. A similar situation occurred previously, because of Norton, but when you're bluescreening then, it was at the start. Now, my PC just BSOD at random. I get an IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Error and the stop code is 0x00000D1.

Dump files are here and here

There is also the dump file on December 19, while my computer was bluescreening at startup because of Norton.

In addition, I updated all my drivers and updates of Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit).

RK

There are only 2 DMP files and both are dated Dec. 30 and both are associated with avgtdia.sys watcher of connection network of AVG Technologies CZ, s.r.o..

I remove it and use MSE in its place.

AVG can be a cause of BSOD.

Please delete and replace by Microsoft Security Essentials at least to the test

    Hello

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

This scenario usually indicates a problem with the hardware. Alternatively, the driver can cause this problem.

Event 41 in the following scenarios can occur.

Scenario 1: Restart the computer and there is a stop BugcheckCode error in event data

Click here to show/hide the scenario

Scenario 2: The computer is off by holding down the power button

Click here to show/hide the scenario

Scenario 3: The system restarts randomly, and no error message Stop BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely not responding like it (crashes)

Click here to show/hide the scenario

What is the brand and model of the computer?

Try these steps and check whether that helps you resolve the blue screen error:

    Method 1:

Run them as Diagnostics of the memory of test to check memory problems. See the link for the same mentioned below.

Diagnosing memory problems on your computer

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/diagnosing-memory-problems-on-your-computer

    Method 2:

Please follow the steps from the link below:

    Check a drive for errors

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/check-a-drive-for-errors

    Important:

Running chkdsk on the drive if bad sectors are found on the disk hard when chkdsk attempts to repair this area if all available on which data can be lost.

    Method 3:

Log on to the computer manufacturer website and update the latest drivers for chipset, BIOS (Basic Input\Output System). Also, look for other updates to the device driver.

Updated a hardware driver that is not working properly

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/update-a-driver-for-hardware-that-isn ' t-work correctly

Note: Update of the BIOS can be a complicated process, and if an error occurs, your computer could be rendered unusable. Be sure to observe the instructions of the manufacturer.

Important note: when running chkdsk on the drive hard if bad sectors are found on the disk hard when chkdsk attempts to repair this area if all available on which data may be lost.

Note: the data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means there is a risk of data loss.

In addition, you can also download the minidump files so here experts can analyze the cause of the error on a blue screen.

  • BSOD and reboot loop

Last night, I was just using Facebook as usual and bam, BSOD.  When I tried to restart, it would reach a point about halfway through the apple logo, go to a gray screen, then restart again.  After several tries to restart, I finally restarted in verbose mode, noticed anything weird and it finally started raising but very slowly.  I went to my console to see if I could find anything unusual and I found the repetitive lines of the following:

    kernel [0]: sandbox: appleeventsd (47) deny metadata-reading-file/library

In addition, 8 lines of this:

    kernel [0]: sandbox: appleeventsd (47) deny com.apple.ocspd mach-search

What does that mean and can I do about it if it does not happen?

Have you tried to restart the console recovery and repair of permissions? I have not found anything specific related to these errors.

  • After uninstalling and reinstalling 42.0 FF, I get BSOD 0x000000F4 error

FF has been excruciatingly slow and constantly crashed. I tried to reset, but does not solve the problem, so I did a uninstall and reinstall. Now, I get the BSOD every day, stating that "a process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly released or terminated" and noting that the problem is often caused by the problem with newly installed hardware or software. FF is the only new software that I installed it. I have not installed new hardware. The stop error is always the same: 0x000000F4. Thanks for your suggestions you may have.

Thanks for the suggestion, Kyle. I uninstalled and reinstalled FireFox and did not get a BSOD. It only 24 hours since I've done this, but so far, everything is fine. Thanks again!

  • The update of Windows 10 1511 reboot loop Bootcamp BSOD ACPI. SYS

It is a copy of my thread to http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-performance/windows-10-update-1511-reboot-loop-bootcamp/8653... as I was asked to post here by the Microsoft Support Engineer.

    Hello

Friday night, I went to bed with a working machine. I had a late 2013 Mac Pro BootCamp running with a Windows 10 Pro installed, the Build version before 1511.

On Saturday morning, I woke up to my PC restart itself over and over again. It seems that Windows Update has decided to put a new version of Windows 10 on my machine without my knowledge. I discovered this after restoring an acronis backup (which took a few hours because of the number of incremental backups)

Occasionally (about 1 in 20 restarts) it would blue screen with an error:

    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (ACPI.sys)

But the rest of the time he would just start, flash a window for a millisecond that says (I think) winlaunch.exe, then restart.

I tried a lot of things to sort it, including:

    (1) restore from a backup, acronis to Friday morning, running sfc/scannow, and then runs the update

    (2) the creation of a recovery USB, enter the console, change the boot to legacy method, so I can F8, then goes into all security modes and mode of illegal product, but I can find where windows 10 now puts the boot log

    (3) restored from acronis, switched to mac, created a new bootcamp drivers usb, switched to windows and run the option 'fix drivers' before performing the update.

Ntbtlog.txt is not anywhere on the partition. I ran a dir /s > a.txt then open this a.txt in Notepad and searched him.

I don't know where to go from here. I can acronis restore of a windows 10 work machine the morning before installing mandatory 1511. I don't know how to delay the update no more, I noted during a restore I had delay on updates that are why it has arisen just now.

I do not know how to find where this BSOD ACPI.sys will come (even if it happens so rarely) or this that its trying to load just before it crashes (so I can try to delete the driver etc. by the front restored windows to upgrade)

I guess the widowed causes 10 to do a restore, then the restore fails.

Overall, I get at the end of my wits with this, to go a completely Windows 10 installation work Friday to more than two wasted days, restore backups, try again, rinse and repeat. It's now Monday morning and I am posting this as a ditch last attempt to solve the problem, your help would be appreciated.

If you need more information please let me know the location of the files, etc, or their names and I will do my best to have copies available for you.

I will now restore the backup again, uninstall loading of drivers, and then try the update of windows for the 4th or 5th time.

    Thanks in advance,

    Julian

Woo Hoo, I've solved the problem!

I uninstalled the drivers of graphics from AMD (with AMD Driver Cleaner) and Arcronis True Image Home 2013 at the same time, then let Windows Update run its course. Now I have a machine with Windows Version 1511 10!

It took me 4 days of downtime...

I hope this helps someone else.

  • Firefox hangs (?.) BSOD) (/ questions/971282)

For this last month that my computer has been lock up intermittently during the night. I traced the
Firefox worm 26 problem. Sometimes the cursor will slow down and then freeze while using Firefox. The computer is completely enclosed and necessary for a hard reset. I installed the latest beta 27. Now, Firefox crashes for the BSOD. I need to resolve this problem quickly. There are questions killer deal with all other browsers, but they all work and do not freeze.
    Windows 7 64 bit
    8G memory
256 GB, 1 TB HD SS system disc
    Intel Q9950
    MB GIGABYTE.

Blue screen crashes are rare and usually require an incompatibility with driver graphics card. Launch Firefox in its Safe Mode and disable hardware acceleration.

Hold down the SHIFT key when you start Firefox

In the small dialog box that appears, click on 'Start mode safe' (not Reset)

The orange open Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > advanced

In the mini ' General' tab, uncheck the box for "use hardware acceleration when available.

While you are in the settings view, disable all non-essential or unrecognized modules on these two tabs:

Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > addons > Plugins category

Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > addons > Extensions category

Typically, a link will appear above at least an extension disabled to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links in the last step.

  • Firefox Beta 23 crashed 5 times in the last hour since the update, twice with a BSOD of video driver failure. I can't understand another way to this post.

FF was running fast and stable until the beta update tonight. Later he crashed several times, sometimes with a total system crash, sometimes with a system is unresponsive, sometimes with a video driver leading to a BSOD crash.

I had to DL 22 release and restore. I am now on the output channel, not the beta channel.

System Setup: Dell Latitude 6410, Win 7 x 64, 128 GB SSD, 4 GB of RAM, Intel video hardware. Everything is up-to-date.

Trying to get out before it blocks again and then switching to 22.

    Java plugin is usually disabled.
Toolbars are ABP, disconnection and download status bar.

    Update:

Have been able to run > 4 hours stable release 22 without hardware acceleration and long-awaited performance. I identified that my Crucial necessary M4 SSD firmware updated because of a problem that causes the BSOD after 5000 operating hours. Since the firmware update has been applied, I was stable.

Firefox may have been a catalyst, not a culprit. I wonder if my BSOD troubles began because FF or FF, as Flash module, was trying to make the disk space which had been rendered difficult by my bad SSD firmware.

Will post again in 24 HR works normally on 22 and then try 23 update to see if it is resolved.

Thank you all for the input. Hope my comments are useful somehow.

  • BSOD System_Service_Exception using Firefox initiation a week ago. Fine with IE.

With the help of HP Series 2000 laptop just bought in November 2012. Processor AMD Windows 8. I put online using Firefox for about 15 minutes and I get the BSOD System_Service_Exception and reboots the machine. I use IE, and it works very well. Use Firefox on this laptop since the beginning, has begun to malfunction in the last week or two. Looks like one of the update of Firefox is not agree with Windows 8. I can't provide troubleshooting information because Firefox will not open long enough.

If you are under warranty, please call HP, but given that this issue is not related to Firefox, we suggest that you do a Google of your error message. Thank you.

One of my kids must have downloaded something with malware, and now I get a BSOD Defender system error Code 0x9error404 code.  Whenever I run Safari the pop up comes and asks me to dial a number 800 technical support.  I know it's a scam, but don't know how to fix.  Thank you.

Force Quit Safari, then restart Safari while holding the SHIFT key.

  • Weird Graphics problem, leads eventually to force restart or same BSOD

I'm fairly certain that it's associated with firefox, or plug or maybe compatibility issue, however I'm getting weird graphic blocks. the occasionlly seem to start from a flash image in a page, but I can't say this is the cause 100%. Looks like small multicoloured boxes located in weird habits. and causes other odd graphics, it's even worse, more I gave it the value. Once for the heck of it I drove up and down scroll bar about 10 times very fast and it makes a BSOD. These odd graphs do not always appear if I do not open Firefox (use IE today), but they do not disappear if I see and then stop Firefox. Usually I have to restart the computer, because they take too much of the screen, I see nothing. It does not change even if when I move windows and others, they are not limited to the Firefox window and spread to the office empty too.

I think that the settings manager for flash player in the control panel of the operating system has no hardware acceleration still options. From now on, you may need to right click on a video in a web page to enable / disable hardware acceleration of individual flash.

  • Satellite S50t-B block - question BSOD

Hello world. Portable fairly new (purchased a renovated version of manufacturing a month ago) which has recently been crashing in a really weird way, when you play Dota 2. No BSOD or anything, just straight down. What usually happens is that I start the game, enter the gameplay (former title screen loading etc.), 25-30 minutes in the game and it crashes.

The strange thing is that it happens only under certain conditions. The setting of the battery must be set to high performance and the charger must be plugged. Accidents never happen when the machine is running on battery alone.

I downloaded the event log if it helps (crash 41 s are the unexpected stops)Admin.zip

Looks like it's overheating. Try to remove the dust from the vent using compressed air.

  • Problem Pro P300 running Windows BSOD 10 satellite on inserting USB

I have a beloved P300 of 2009 happily running on Windows 10 except for the fact that whenever I insert a USB key into one of the USB ports, I get the blue screen of WIndows 10 (very friendly) and the computer restarts giving REFERENCE_BY_POINTER error code. Strangely, mouse USB and USB cable to the printer do not cause the same problem (printer and mouse work perfectly). Something not just with the feature id plug & play USB, so my first thoughts were to the BIOS and updated the BIOS from the original CD (2009) - maybe a BIOS up to date would be available? Any suggestions are welcome.

SOLVED - have solved the BSOD on inserting the USB and post it here for anyone else who has the problem - good for the BSOD problems. I solved it by watching the minidump files (go to C: > Windows > Minimdump) and their reading with my event - FREE to http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/my_event_viewer.htmldownload viewer Nirsoft. When the computer has BSOD had a minidump (.dmp) file is created and the drive of NirSoft helps you make sense. In my case it was Roxio Easy CD creator, which was causing the problem. Remove Roxio and everything was fine. Update Windows normal 10, this anomaly would have been found, but you cannot move to 10 Windows XP so my Windows 10 is a clean install. I hope this helps.

  • 8.1 - BSOD driver Power State failure of Windows

    Hello

a few days earlier, he had appeared a BSOD with error message - DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE - for Windows 8.1 to start, then Windows has restarted.
In the register of events, I found - event 41; Kernel-Power.

    What should I do?

    Thank you

For the most part the BSOD will appear due to serious shortcomings in the system...
Malfunction of the system can be caused by an incompatible or software driver preinstalled...
Antivirus / antispware one program or security can also cause these problems.

Don't forget to check in the Windows updates to see if a driver has been updated before this happen.
But also this problem might also be caused by a loose card or cable and even a weak power supply.

As you can see, it is difficult to say why the BSOD appears, but from my point of view of the few there are an easy way to solve the problem... the laptop back to factory... If BSOD would appear using laptop costs recovered, and then hardware problem of recovery could be the reason for this dysfunction.

  • HP ZBook 15 G3: BSOD when connecting to the HP Elite Thunderbolt 3 docking station

I recently (yesterday, 16/08/16) began to experience the dreaded Blue Screen of Death, whenever my laptop is connected to my HP Elite Thunderbolt 3 Dock.

The machine is a HP ZBook 15 G3. It was connected to the docking station for more than a month without this problem. I don't know why at the time because I don't remember any updates or new software before that happens.

The dock is connected to 2 x monitors via HDMI cables and an ethernet cable. I connect a mouse and wireless keyboard to a USB3 port on the laptop.

If the dock is connected to the laptop at the start, he reached the login screen front of BSOD. If I start without it connected, it will be BSOD a few seconds after connecting the dock. He never to the point where the monitors display anything. It can be started with the dock connected in Safe Mode, as it seems to disable job.

I've updated all the drivers and BIOS (including download the Softpaq Download Manager), but there has been no change. I have also updated the NVIDIA drivers to the latest version without change.

What should I do next to solve the problem?

Did you analyze the dump files, they said?

I would also like to update these:

Intel's Thunderbolt sure Connect utility (15.3.40.275)
Thunderbolt from Intel for the Dock Thunderbolt from HP (16.1.7.0.8) Firmware update
ASMedia eXtensible Host Controller Driver (1.16.35.1)
ASMedia ASM1042A Firmware Update for HP Thunderbolt 3 Dock (131025.10.11.23)

More BIOS if you're not on 1.09 or 1.10, some people say that they have problems with 1.10, so maybe try downgrade to 1.09.

You can also try experimenting with the 'Thunderbolt security level' setting in the bios security switching No. If it is authorized by the user, or vice versa.
