    Try to make this record:

Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.

  • Replaced the HARD drive on N5010, put in "Windows Boot Manager" error

I'm having N5010 and installed the new Seagate hdd. I used the dell recovery disk (created when the system has increased with the old hard drive) for installed Windows 7 and all the software came as part of the original image. After successful installation, first time I've seen Windows is started and I could see the Win7 desktop. After this, I restarted the laptop, and then he not start instead showing "Windows boot manager" error that windows does not load... error 0xc000000e...

Can you please help me solve this problem?

    I thank in advance.

    Kind regards

    Rajiv Nigam

    Thanks again.

The error specified in the link is not same as I get.

But I tried another option yesterday almost similar to what I had created image of Norton Ghost of my operating system partition.

-First I used the Dell recovery disk to store everything. Given that this option was not working and give me same above error.

-File Win7 Home Premium ISO downloaded from http://msft.digitalrivercontent.net/win/X17-58997.iso

-Burned the ISO to a DVD and booted up the laptop with this DVD.

-Norton Ghost image restored to the OS partition using Norton software used for the creation of the image

-Tried but got the same error, then I started mobile uses DVD Win7 and selected option to repair windows

-Ensure the OS partition is 'active' with Partition Wizard (http://www.partitionwizard.com/free-partition-manager.html)

-Even once when I first started, I saw error like "Repair Windows (recommended)" or "run windows normally.

-Selected "Run Windows normally", after that I have found no problem. My laptop works perfectly without any startup errors.

    Thanks for your help.

In fact, Norton Ghost Image helped me restore the operating system on the new HARD drive and as I went through a lot of discussion on this forum before doing this exercise.

  • Error: "no physical memory is available to the location required for the windows boot manager." The system cannot continue. "

I have a stable system that works with a processor E6300, card mother evga 680i, graphics card 8800gts and 8gbs of RAM running on ulitmate windows 7 (32 bits - I decided to re - install with 64-bit to use the extra 4 GB of RAM, after I deal with the question below).

I recently tried to add an adapter of Intel RS2WC080 SAS/SATA controller in a PCI express slots on the card mother 680i. I know that the card works (such as "it works very well in another motherboard), but for some reason when I put it in the 680i mobo I get the following message appears when I try to start windows. (i.e. the raid controller has no windows on the disks. I always use original hard drive always connected on the same Sata port on the motherboard)

"No physical memory is available to the location required for the windows boot manager." The system cannot continue. "

I tried to turn off virtually everything I could in the bios of the motherboard as an experience (including the things I needed). I also disabled the Intel RS2WC080 card bios.

I'm puzzled. So what I want to know is simply a hardware compatibility problem, or is there some kind of workaround I can run in windows 7. For example, is there maybe some sort of way for her to start using a different memory location than its currently using? (Or is it something error message related to the memory of the bios that can only be overcome with software?)

    Thanks for any help.

I tried to disable everything in the bios... including the things I needed. No luck

Thank you very much for the reply Chris but I don't have abandoned bascially. Right now I guess the card and the 680i have some kind of incompatibility and I will just get a different mobo.

I don't want to run this disk and then was not the driver for it and she will not be able to surf the net or something like that. If anyone has an idea please let me know. Thank you!

    Hi Maddy,

This problem may occur if the Windows startup files are damaged or missing.

If your computer has integrated system recovery options, you can try to perform the Startup Repair and check if it helps.

If it fails, you must have a Windows Vista installation disc and try to parade Startup Repair boot from the disc.

If the problem persists, try the steps in the article to rebuild BCD, boot from the installation disc.

Use the Bootrec.exe tool in the Windows recovery environment to troubleshoot and repair startup issues in Windows

Because you replaced the hard drive, you can also get in contact with the Dell helpdesk for assistance.

    Hope the helps of information.

Several times using a Windows 7 installation dvd solves these problems. Until a couple of months, you can download an ISO to make a Windows 7 disc and I often recommemded that as a solution. Unfortunately deleted Microsoft Access to those files unless you have a retail license key. I don't know of any other place to download an iso without danger, so the only solution is to buy Windows 7 If you do not have a friend with a disk to use for the installation which you would activate using license key OEM on the label attached to the bottom of your laptop.

    Hello

If you do not, use another PC to create a rescue CD Windows 7.  Download the ISO relevant among the links below.

    Windows 7 32 bit

    Windows 7 64 bit

You must use an app like ImgBurn to burn the ISO to a CD - a guide on the use of ImgBurn to write an ISO on a disc is here.  One time created, or if you already have this, typing away at the esc key when you launch Notepad to open the Start Menu.  Insert the rescue CD.  Select boot options (usually f9), use the arrow keys to select the CD/DVD drive and press ENTER.  You can also get a prompt to "Press any key to" continuous - it if requested.

When loading, select repair your computer and choose the command prompt.  When this charge, enter the following commands and press on enter after everyone – including spaces as shown.

    Bootrec.exe

    bcdedit/export C:\BCD_Backup

    c:

    Boot CD

    BCD attrib s h - r

    Ren c:\boot\bcd BCD.old

    Bootrec /RebuildBcd

    Bootrec /fixmbr

    Bootrec /fixboot

Remove the rescue CD and try to restart the laptop.
