THEN install windows comes a few hours later saying download SP2, so I did and so far everything LOOKS ok, there has only been one day... but Windows Defender won't turn on? And I had a lot of malware protection virus protectors, all that now I have different but her part THE STRANGEST was that I did Control Alt Delete to the Task Manager to check the USERS - and this lil tab disappeared I couldn't get into my control panal as who did not exist either, and I did something different , but stop it and a few hours ago I checked and was back to the USERS tab and now I can get in control pave-Im not waiting for something else - I think that I'm being watched for what I don't know - or it is an enemy that I hate and she hates me-not smart enough to do that but IT is.   one of the servers is facing this problem. 0xC004D401 error code. When I clicked on "learn more...". "it opens a new window to check the validation, but stuck there. When I click on 'Close' my remote connection will be terminated and I can not enter the desktop to the server display the taskbar, win icons etc. unless the validation to succeed. The server is running critical software in production and continues to work even if admin can not access.

• activation / validation with vista home premium problems

  Someone at - it not a phone. to activate vista by telephone to the United Kingdom. I had to reinstall my system on a DELL pc using the original disks supplied by Dell.

  Since last week I've only been able to boot in safe mode. When I try a normal startup, I get one of the following 3 messages.

  1. a change is filed with your license and directs me to validate online. This method fails.

  2. an unauthorized change was made to windows, go to the line to see how to repair windows. ALL the suggested solutions do not cure the problem.

  3. 0xc004d401 error code.

  This problem has been ongoing for more than 1 week and my PC is of no use. I printed pages & pages of proposed solutions from microsoft at the moment through my laptop & spent hours to try them without any result. I tried to use the restore of the system on more than one occasion. no change.

  I reinstalled the system twice with the same results. Updates take ages to install. Service pack 1 downloads but does not completely install & so I can't install service pack 2

  I think the only solution is to activate by phone, but I can't get a number for the United Kingdom. PLEASE PLEASE HELP. Council of State if this problem is not resolved quickly I would grab back to XP & regarding the upgrade to 7 NO LUCK

  You have probably not successfully updated your operating system - BitDefender gets upset for not being on a Service Pack 2 installation of Visrta.

  You must uninstall BitDefender, update to at least SP2 level usigng Windows updates and then reinstall BitDefender.

  Get this Windows error since 08/05/2011 (three times now).  It appeared the first time just after an analysis of file on the system startup.  The error that SAYS "the security processor reported a system file mismatch error.  Control Panel will not start now.  I did a RESTORE of the SYSTEM twice since the 5-8, which temporarily resolved the error.  But it comes back.  Also, I went to Windows/authentic/validate to validate my Windows software and has been a success.  But the error is always returned.  Now, worried.   I have a HP / Compaq Presario from Best Buy.  No matter what kind of help BEFORE this error starts to appear every hour on a BLACK screen would be GREATLY appreciated!
