0xC004F063 bios of the computer is missing license required

Hello

I reinstalled Windows 7 a bit more than a month, and then a few days ago I got messages saying my version is not valid, and when I followed the steps recommended to enter the product key I got the message from 0xC004F063 saying: lack me a license required.

I have no sticker on my laptop (HP ProBook) who was one of the many bought by my company.

The product key, I got through an online diagnosis service.

Here's my Diagnostic report.

Thanks for your help.

  • Evo 500: how easily Flash of the bios on the computer

I have trouble understanding how to Flash the bios of the computer, I put up.  Can someone give me a step by step method how?

Let me offer you some general tips to make the updates to the BIOS...

Caution: an upgrade of BIOS defective or broken, unlike an upgrade of the driver, can leave your PC in an unusable state - essentially, turning it into a "brick" electrick

Thus, before any update of the BIOS, ensure that the following TWO are met:
    (1) you have a way to save on the current BIOS of some media that allows you then to restore it, if necessary
    (2) you have a way to boot the PC so that you can restore the BIOS since the recorded media, in which case the BIOS update fails or trashes otherwise your PC

So, as long as the application of updated BIOS provides you with a way to do both 1 and 2), then flashing the BIOS is safe, because if the PC are lost, you will be able to rely on 2) to restore the original, working, BIOS.

In addition, if you do this on a laptop, at least have the power adapter is plugged when you do that.  Not sure how many people try this on battery power that have the battery before the upgrade flash is done!

    Good luck

I'm a volunteer and I do not work for, or represent, HP.

  • 1.3 the ISE and multiple licensing requirements

I am building a box of ISE 1.3 and I want to know if the following is feasible

I have an AD forrest who has several groups of configured users

    1. Corporate
    2. BYOD
    3. demo

What I want to do, use these groups to assign users wireless to the VLAN correct based on the membership of these groups AND the type of device they are connecting from.

for example User1 connects to the network wireless from a Mac.  And they belong to the Group of corporate users.  I would like to be put on the vlan corporate.

However, are they connect from their IPhone device and also belong to the Group BYOD, they get put on VLAN BYOD which has restricted access.

I guess I should add User1 to the company and the BYOD AD groups, then the terms of use to determine what type of device they use and then create a profile for authorization to manage this VLAN they deleted in.  Then use airespace acl to determine what resources, they have access to.

Unfortunately, the interface has changed a bit from 1.2 to 1.3, and I don't know if this is feasible.

I advise to use the BYOD within the ISE feature that uses the device registration. All devices are on (default) RegisteredDevices group identity within the ISE, so that your authorization policy can look if EndPointIdentityGroup = ADGroup RegisteredDevices AND = BYOD then = BYOD VLAN + ACL.

Put your saved rule BYOD above all others in the list for your rule of Group of companies don't replace the BYOD.

I have run chkdsk and supposedly there are no errors on the hard drive.

I tried running as admin - c:/c defrag.exe command-line prompt and several variations of it, but all have problems about 20 minutes in the defragmentation. Also tried in safe mode.

The strange thing is that the computer does not display instabilities during normal operation. My tuneup software has identified that the hard drive is very fragmented. I do not think that the third-party software it will solve as Tuneup has a command defragment and which freezes some 20 minutes after the start.

    Any recommendations?

    What tune up software?

Its likely that dubious Tune Up software is the cause of system problems

  • Error 0xC004F063 (BIOS missing required license) code

I have reinstalled W7 Ultimate on your desktop custom made (by a private tech). He has not asked for the product key and worked normally since last month. Today, the computer told me I had to activate Windows. When I tried, I got code 0xC004F063 with an error message "the Software Licensing Service reported that the computer BIOS is missing a required license. Computer is 4 years old and I have added material to it. I also moved to TX in SC since then. I can't find any COA on the case. I use KeyFinder to get the product key. I downloaded W7 since I did not have an original disc. All suggestions are welcome!
