  OK, I found the answer.  I have re-download PSE 12.  When the download is complete, I can choose to download other software.  I canceled the installation of PES 12 (I had installed yesterday).

  I learned recently from LightRoom 5 and quite comfortable with it. I'm now working on the film editing, starting with Prime Minister 11 elements. I'm just starting to go through it and I see that it fits in an organizer that looks German to the Group of items. Problem is that I am already using LR for the organization. Am a little confused.

  Can anyone suggest how to collaborate with LR and elements of Prime Minister?

  A secondary issue has to do with the management of audio files. I see that the elements Organizer includes also audio files. But LR does not work. So far I've managed audio with Windows Media Player. Can anyone offer suggestions for moving forward with audio management?

  I use Lightroom 5.2 and Prime Minister 11 elements on a laptop to the PC i7 optimized video fast with a lot of memory.  There's even a Blu - Ray burner!

  My files photo and video are first copied and stored by the camera and the date.  Then, I use LR to organize and preview, review and select photos and clips.  IMO, the ability of a snippet clip of LR is very good.  LR will allow you to make a few simple changes to clips but I use for video, only of the photos.  My photos will be a mixture of JPG and RAW and I will tune them with LR.  Some of the pictures can get some additional masking or HDR work elsewhere and then brought back in LR.

  As I saw the clips as well as photos, I want to use I put them in a collection of LR.  Then I prepare a specific folder of the project on my SSD named something like "holiday".   If it's a big project, I'll do a few subfolders such as city names.

  The big step is to 'Export' of copies of all of the goods that I have chosen for the collection.  I open the collection and select everything in it.  Right-click, choose Export, set the destination, rename them if you want, select "include the video", select "Original" video format, select PSD for images and press the export button.

  

  The reason for the 'Original' video is because I don't want any additional compression or conversion of video clips.  I want elements of Prime Minister to do so.  The reason for "PSD", is I want my photos always LR settings appear before putting them in the project.

  Then I opened a new project of pre.  Before adding any of the assets, make sure that the "scratch disks" is assigned to the project folder.

  

  With the game of "scratch disks", I then load assets.  One of the primary video clips making sure is the first to be placed on the timeline, as that adjusts the "project settings" if necessary.  Then I begin to build the video with the security of knowing that I work only on a set of copies of image and clip.

  My audio file management is made entirely in the way old-fashioned in Windows Explorer.  I have a folder of audio and a system of folders and descriptive file names.  I can preview them in Windows Explorer before you import a copy into a project folder.  Clip length and volume settings are made to copy it in pre.  I often buy an audio clip of $2 Vimeo specific for the project because I like having a license to use the music!

  When I finished, I move the folder of the project somewhere for long term storage.

  The usual for not being able to download reason is that Premiere Pro (and other video applications such as After Effects) are 64-bit only what they need for a 64-bit computer and a 64-bit operating system.

  If you use a 32-bit computer and operating system, and then you see the icon of Premiere Pro as the software will not work on your computer.

  I used the first elements for previous years, edition of news for the Internet and sometimes even to local TV stations. However, those who were short, and they were on an older machine.

  Recently, I received a new computer. I had to get a 32-bit computer because one of the things that I need the machine for is currency trading, and some of the software I use to which does not support 64-bit. The new machine is also top-of-line that I could go to 32-bit, Intel Quad-core processor i7, video card Radeon HD4870, two hard drives of 1 TB, 6 GB of ram. With the help of a local technician pro I put together myself, but I have to say that the process was more difficult than I expected. I'm pretty technically capable, but I must admit that all the tech stuff seems jumbled in my head after a while.

  To take account of the new machine, I also upgraded from 3.0 to 7 PE PE.

  I am trying to edit a video of the show of my daughter's school. I take a borrowed (HDR-SR11) AVCHD video from three sources, all Sony, a MiniDV HD (HDR - HC1) and (DCR-SX40) portable solid-state memory. I also had very own audio directly to the sound card on a Tascam digital recorder output. The series is broadcast in about 90 minutes, but I included a few interviews before the show on the track also.

  I will need to create a DVD for sale to parents.

  I was able to download all the videos on the computer and PE. The audio track is a WAV file, was easily imported and fell right into the 'soundtrack '.

  When I play the tape back when editing, it is cut. This happens with both the music video and the imported WAV soundtrack. I read the other post on this problem, and I'm not sure if the answers apply here, because the computer I have is (allegedly) so fast. I tried to cut the soundtrack WAV and videos into small segments (single-bore-length) of three to five minutes, still the same problem. In addition, I don't seem to be able to get sound when I export the video. I did it in a couple of formats, still no sound. Occurs when I use the audio from the WAV file and audio from cameras. Do I need to get some specific CODECs for this?

  BTW, I am syncing the WAV track upward with the MC and the performers lips. So far, I have made tests I can do it successfully, but the problem of cutting sound really gives me fits during this process! (If anyone is interested in something to do, I find that watching the waveforms on the music and the tail with the other helps a lot.)

  Move the video files on the second disc hard would help solve this problem, as well as the machine offline during the process video and cutting of the anti-virus, etc.? I am sure that the machine is in it, but is the first of the elements up to the creation of such a long show and then burn a DVD? (I sure hope so because after spending all that money on a computer, I can't afford the Pro software!)

  I wouldn't recommend trying to mix miniDV and AVCHD footage in the same project, Bill. There are also liabilities to try to mix MPEG hard disk camcorders and miniDV in the same project - but there are solutions. But mix AVCHD and miniDV in the same project will certainly lead to some difficulties.

  Also, you don't say what operating system you are using and if it has been updated, tuned and optimized for video editing.

  AVCHD is a particularly difficult to change format. Your hardware may be up to it, but if your operating system software are not properly addressed and implemented you will have problems to work with it.

  Is your Premiere Elements project to help and the preconfiguration of the AVCHD project?

  In addition, while you work watch for a red line along the top of your timeline. It is an indication that you use a format that frequently requires rendering while you work. To view, press enter and let the program create a temporary file that is rendered (the red line becomes green).

In the NVidia Control Panel, I checked manage 3D settings and restored all global and set default settings. Now it does not work properly. I think that I have stayed a while to solve something for a different application, and who touched somehow AE. Thanks for the help!
