• HP Envy 17-j020us: audio Beats and backlit keyboard does not

  Hello. I bought a HP Envy 17-j020us on ebay, used laptop, about two weeks ago. They said that it is only 4 months. I must say that it is a little new. In any case, they had updated to 8.1 Pro Win. I think that when they have updated they lost Beats audio drivers or something, because the sound quality, I really look forward to, is less poor and there is no equalization anywhere. In addition, the keyboard which is supposed to be an impressive show backlit to see... is not backlit.  So, I could be wrong... but I really think it's just a matter of some drivers or something simple because of the upgrade. Can someone help me please? And please speak in plain English, because I'm not very good at computers. Thank you for your time and your consideration.

  2. my computer is vista based 32 bit, ultimate version. I heard that there are a lot of wonderful things about Windows 8. Should I move to Windows 8, or should I actually wait awhile then buy a new computer with Windows 8 64 bit attached?

But my laptop is 4 GB of RAM, 1920 x 1080 HD display, 300 GB HARD drive at 5400 RPM (cost me a lot - it's a SONY) and have been works very well even with vista, the operating system highly complainted by many others. I think it would be a waste to buy a new computer, including the so-called net-books and i - PAD, I know, they are beautiful and sexy, but looking at their record, I was speechless. Yet knowing 32bits was maximum and MS has already announced that they stopped support for Vista SP1, consider that SP2 is expected online.

  Yes it will work to buy a copy upgrade of Windows 8.   This is a custom installation rather than an upgrade in place once you switch between 32-bit and 64-bit.  However you can still save money by buying the upgrade license.

  More important is that all the drivers you need will be available.  Your computer manufacturer will not write drivers for Windows 8 because the computer has been out of production far too long.

  Windows 8 is a significant departure from previous versions and I suggest that you upgrade to Windows 7 If you are tired of Vista or wait until you buy a new computer before Windows 8.  You read the discussions on the forums of Windows 8 CP.  At this point, there are many critics of Windows 8 due to the removal of the Start button and Start Menu.  Many people dislike having to rely on style Metro Screen start for many things.  It is becoming a major concern.

  Because it is a protection against the evils of the thread safety. Essentially is a proto-objet who "looks like to" the object to build, but you create the end object in a single call, completely formed (and very probably immutable). And for this reason, manufacturers should never have "getter" methods, and all its fields should be private. Maybe "delayed constructor" is a better term. I'm not sure.

  It would not be the responsibility of the Builder to build the NutritionFacts...

  This is exactly what it does, but not as long as you're good and ready and call build().

  It is not (and probably shouldn't). The generator is a nested class because it relates specifically to the class she built. The needs of Builder for immersive sound class, but not vice versa; and for this reason, there is an argument for calling all Builder classes "Builder."

  About to buy a quad of 15 t - J100 WANT with backlit keyboard and have a question about the funtion of backlit keyboard.  have you looked at the manual here and it seems that you simply press one of the function keys, f5, I believe that to turn on or off.  I saw no other mention of the backlit.

  I ask just because my computer Dell laptop have some additional settings: 2 2 niveaux levels of brightness, do turn off if no use for a certain period of time, etc.  Don't know if it's that important, but just wanted to make sure that I didn't miss something in the manual.

  Before my use of a fast recovery area, I used the OEM 12 c Console to specify settings of backup of database that has been deleted and archived redo logs after 1 backup. Oracle manuals say rather specify a deletion of "none" policy and allow Oracle delete newspapers in the area of fast recovery if necessary. Since I got to keep a second copy of these log files in /t07 should I keep the policy that says to delete logs after 1 backup? If I don't do that, how will they removed from /t07?

  They will be "GPAIDT_archive_log_%t_%s_%r.arc". LOG_ARCHIVE_FORMAT is only ignored for directories under OMF.

  You can hold the deletion policy as it is. Oracle documentation, defining the STRATEGY of the ARCHIVELOG DELETION: "the deletion of archived newspaper policy applies to logs archive destinations, including the area of fast recovery."
