16-bit fixed image export

Hello

How to export a single TIFF 16-bit of the timeline? I tried the symbol of the camera on the display and export funktion regular. Made with deth binary maximum ist checked, also render with max quality. But when I open the Tiff in PS file, it showes up to 8 bit?

My images are 4 K 10-bit XAVC and don't want to lose that extra color information.

THX

I figured out, it works by choosing dpx. Or is the result an image to 8 bits in a 16-bit container?

I set up a video (Premiere Pro CS4) that compares, side-by-side, the images from two different sources.  One of them is longer than the other and a fixed image of the first, I would like to remain on the screen, while the rest of the other vid continues to play.  How do I do that?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello

I think I know what you want to do...

Place your CTI needle over the frame you want to use as a still image.  With the highlight clip go to EXPORT / SETTING... and choose a location for the file to go to, like your desktop...

This will be a BMP file... file image.

Import this image file to your project.

Place it where you want and stretch out (trim) to the length of your other clip is the right time for you.

  • 16-bit to 8-bit conversion image problem

Hello, I am projecting a 16 bit image to 8 bits for the special criteria. I met a problem when the image is 8-bit cast, the entire image is black, creating an error that correctly says that the contrast is low (which makes sense since there is no value). With the help of one other programs I am able to convert 16-bit to 8-bit fine. I tried to play with the update option several times in the distribution of images vi nothing helps. The 16-bit and are both the 8-bit unsigned image. I'll attach pictures and a photo of the code below.

I thought about it, I had to convert manually to 8 bits to get the right values for the pixels. The 8-bit image resembles the 16 bits one now, allowing me to pattern matching in my vi. It seems as if the use of unsigned 16-bit images and try to convert to 8-bit through the Image of cast iron work sometimes it pixel values are not converted correctly.

  • How to convert U32 matrix 8-bit grayscale image?

    Good day to all,

I got a U32 512 * 512 data table of photomultiplier using the analog inputs of the DAQ card. My question is how to convert this matrix 32-bit to 8-bit monochrome image for display.

I tried the method in this post to convert grayscale image https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-4155 table but the result resembles an outline rather than the actual image. I guess that's because their contribution to flatten Pixmap is 8 bits, but mine is 32-bit. I have a gamma correction to the scale of my data? But how?

I have attached the original image, which is a particle. I have also attached my labview code and the processed image.  Thank you!

Then, you will likely make you own custom conversion then increasing the difference between the brightest and darkest. You could just do 4294963840 the zero and 4293967276 the max and scale up to 0-255

  • How could import a 16-bit png image in a table on LabVIEW?

    Hello:

It seems that LabVIEW support only 1, 4, 8 and 24-bit image, I want to import a 16-bit png image in a table (the value is between 0 and 65535), how can I?

    Thank you very much!

    Hi Wanghh

Look at this example of table Image located by launching the example Finder, OR by selecting 'Toolkits' and Modules > 'Vision' > 'Functions' and the opening of the Example.vi "ImageToArray".

If you look at the schema for this example, the Subvi "IMAQ Create" has the option to configure for 16-bit images.

  • 32-bit Windows Imaging Component (WIC) download

I have reinstalled my software on my computer and I was instructed that I must download 32-bit Windows Imaging Component (WIC). There are many downloads with different extensions.  How do you know that one to download?

    Hi Mary,

The Windows Imaging Component is available in different languages. The one chosen will depend on the language of your system. For example, wic_x86_enu.exe is English - United States, and the wic_x86_fra.exe is French.

  • A way to see how long an image export takes?

A way to see how long an image export takes?  In lightroom is something that will show you how much time it took to export images? or even text files somewhere that shows the time of beginning and end of the export of images?

Look at the time stamps of the files (not the time, the timestamp of change). If you export a bunch of files, say 100, you look at the first and last and split the difference of 99. You get the exact average time that he needed to export an image.

However, this does not mean that the 100 images will take the same time. Only when the size and the edits are similar, time will be similar.

    Hi Ali,

Video preview for looks is not currently supported on Android. Your feature request was noted by the team.

In the meantime, there is a video on the device you want to use as an overview, I would recommend taking a perforated CAP and still image as loading preview.

  • vmplayer 64 bit refuses to rund 64 bit VM Image under SLES11SP2 64-bit.

    Hello!

I apologize if this is a duplicate, but I did some superficial googling and a scan through the forum and have not found

something relating to this (and will accept my humiliating punishment if I forgot something...).

I created a 64-bit SLES11SP2 VMware install with VMware Workstation 9.0.2 which works ok under my VMplayer.

    VMWorkstation under Win7 64 bit.

    I downloaded the last VMware-Player - 5.0.2 - 1031769.x86_64 installed and tried to launch the Image under 64-bit SLES11SP2.

I've kept, also after a reboot, a message the VMWare Player couldn't run the image, as my host (s11sp2) system

would not support 64 bit VMWare images.

Checked with uname, my System Architecture x86_64.

Of course, I had installed the subsystem of 32-bit/libs of SUSE that I need for the compatibility of the other SW on the host.

the player will stop looking for 64-bit libs, when it detects 32-bit libs?

I'm a bit confused on this one, any help?

    concerning

    Klaus

    Welcome to the community,

in order to be able to run 64-bit guests, there are certain Requirements of Installation for the host processor. Often, it's just the BIOS (VT - x, NX/XD) settings that are not turned on. Please check.

  • Images exported rough

I tried to export images, but it is rough. For the first 3-4 seconds its fine, then the sound is good, but the video sort of freezes.  On computer/images/export still frame rate? The other possibilities that can cause this?

Said Dave - MOV and AVI are container formats, only the CoDec within the material. You may have a second 1 clip choking your system - if it's uncompressed 4 k res or has 7.1 uncompressed audio attached, so including service say nothing really on the way he plays. all that matters is the effective data rate and how your system handles it - it will be always high for anything that is uncompressed, but more compressed formats will play on most computers powerful enough. of course, compression may mean that you sacrifice quality, but it's a complex subject a and expect no easy answers. Do a more general search on the web and you find out about all the technobabble...

  • I can't export a single selected image - exports always complete.  How can I fix it?

I can't export a selected image of monkey.  With the selected image, it always exports each photo in the folder of in that the image is.  How can I fix?

Looks like you have all the images in the selected folder. There are three levels of selection in Lightroom, not the usual two that you find in other programs.

Very light gray is "most selected".

    Light gray is "selected".

    and medium gray is "disabled".

You probably all selected, a single file is "most selected" and you feel the situation because this one file being the only has selected a. Try clicking on the border of one of the images that you don't want, that unselect everything that is already selected, and then by clicking on the image you want to select.

Let us know if this doesn't work for you.

  • ImgBayerColorDecode of NOR-IMAQ to produce 64-bit RGB images?

According to reference Help feature, imgBayerColorDecode can be called with a void * pointer source and destination, so in principle it should be able to handle Bayer encoded images to 16 bits per pixel, right?

However, when I look at this old net, it seems that it is not possible, because only 32-bit RGB can be taken out. When I look at the "Bayer Color Decode.vi IMAQ" on our system, the dll call is one of:

    "int32_t imgBayerColorDecode (int32_t dst, int32_t CBC, lines uint32_t, CLO uint32_t, int32_t dstRowPixels, int32_t srcRowPixels, const uint32_t * redGain, const uint32_t * greenGain, const uint32_t * blueGain, uint8_t bayerPattern, int32_t bitDepth, uint32_t reserved);

But settings can be changed apparently. So my guess is that imgBayerColorDecode can now convert 16 bit Bayer coded images in RGB (A) 48-bit or 64-bit images (+ alpha), but I can't find any mention of this in the page "What's new with NOR-IMAQ".

Can someone from OR Please confirm that it is possible today or is the old NET still valid?

    Hi Oliver,.

During the period of SP1 2012, new Bayer decoding support added to the Vision. Bayer functions exported from the DLL IMAQ are discouraged because they don't have any of the new features. The functions are now in the Vision, but I think they do not need a license of the Vision Development Module (they are part of the basic API).

The new functions of Bayer are significantly faster, have many algorithms of quality varying and support the conversion of > 8 bit to RGB64.

imaqBayerToRGB() is what you should look into nivision.h.

  • No image exporting in the EPub document

Try to eliminate the problems as they come, I fixed a previous issue I've had with fonts not exporting do not, now I see the images that are in the original ID files are not exported to the EPub file. I re bound together and see the images in InDesign, but they do not export. I have the original ID files in a folder that contains the fonts in the document and the link file that has the images, then the file .idd.

Y at - it something I am doing wrong?

little a newbie here, but this should work, I've created the original ID files.

    any help?

    RD

What version of InDesign are you using?

I would try the technical standard of troubleshooting:

    Restore your preferences:

Troubleshooting 101: Replace or 'trash' to your InDesign preferences

Save the file as an INX to tackle corruption:

Troubleshooting 101: Export .idml or .inx to erase the corruption of files

  • Navigation bar for image export to ePub for childhood book?

I see picture books for children to identity card for export to ePub. I saw some of these books on my corner (ePub) who have an image navigation bar that appears at the bottom of the page. Readers can scroll the reduced images of pages quickly on this navigation bar, click on a particular image and go directly to this page. I looked through a lot of tutorials but I don't see any that show how to do this. Can you point me to a tutorial that teaches me how to make this navigation bar?

    Carolivia Herron

    [email protected]

Are you sure that these books are not EPUB and PDF? I saw these navigation bars in interactive PDF files. But I do not think that it is supported in the EPUB specification.

Apple has added a format of fixed layout for books available for iBooks is used for children's books, but it probably wouldn't work on a corner, and I could read (from Liz Castro posts), it does not include a navigation bar.
