16 GB class 10 microSD is worth?

my 8 gb micro sd which has a speed of 4mbps copy is full and thought to get new

is the 16 GB class 10 card is worth it or not?

With the apps to SD 2.2 capacity, a faster card would obviously be an advantage, but I'd doublt you would see a lot of improvement on a class 4 or 6 with the apps designed for a cell phone.

If proven, it's your choice.

  • MicroSD Mobile Ultra 8 GB is NOT class 6! Please help me

    Hi everyone, first of all I apologize for my bad English, but I'm still studying it.

    In any case, I have some technical questions for anyone who can answer me: I bought directly from the official website of SanDisk a microSD Mobile Ultra 8 GB (serial number SDSDQY-8192-E11M) and on technical specifications, it was listed as a CLASS 6 microsd

    http://www.SanDisk.it/assets/umbraco/AboutSandisk/Mediakit/retail/UltraReaderw8GBcardHiRes.jpg

    Take a look at the image of high resolution here above and you see clearly the number 6 inside the circle.

    Where is the problem? SanDisk sent me a 2 instead of a class6 class microSD! In fact, it's a mobile ultra 8GB, but on the packaging and on the sd card itself is printed the number 2. I wrote to tech support and they responded with a few words something like ' the new micro sd ultra mobile were class2, the 'old' class 4 or 6. the cards are now became "class 2".

    Very disappointing response. Can someone confirm me that it's true? Maybe I've been screwed? I paid for a class6, not for a 2!

    Thank you very much to all those who will answer me...

    Is correct.

    As says Dr.Lucky changed SanDisk class-4 of many maps without post and tell retailers.

    The evolution of this card was:

    First Ultra microSD were class - 6--> class 2--> and now Class-4

    As class means only the MINIMUM write speed your device will be able to ge the maximum speed that SanDisk offer in cards Ultra microSD close enough to 100 X = 15 MB/s, course the devive should get maximum speed depend on its technical characteristics.

    The photos you have posted are more a more recent present at retail.

    Since Oct - Nov 2009 SanDisk started sending all the Ultra microSD in class-4 to retailers.

    It's the old class 2:

    And it's the new Ultra class 4 microSD

  • Performance w / microSD class 2 vs 4 & 6

    I wonder if the speed of the card makes a difference in playback of audio files. He could so have anyone of you tried a class 2 microSD in the slotMusic player?  Who worked smoothly, or actually play it better on higher speed card?

    The qualification of class a card done refers to 'writing' to the card, not the 'reading' of him. This is important when you use the card in a digital camera and you're wanting to a super-fast recovery time to take another picture, but there are not relevant in the use of the card for playback and store music.

    The only absolute difference (faster) card of upper class would be in the case this is loading it upward with files in the 1st place. It may take a few seconds less.

    OK, I've looked. Could not find.

    PLEASE, I DON'T WANT OF ABILITY. I understand that MAX is 32 GB Micro SD for the 9650.

    What I want to know, is what is the top/most fastest Micro SD CLASS specification, supported by the 9650 currently & also if this will change with the new OS updates.

    If I understand correctly, more the class specification, faster data transfer rates, faster performance related to mobile data card power. (The material & o/s of the unit must support this level, or 'CLASS' of M - SD card to take advantage of the benefits, although).

    Basically, is the phone able to realize the benefits of performance (worth it for me to pay the extra $) of the use of CLASS 4, CLASS 6, micro SD CARD, or would it be a waste of $, given the capabilities of the phone?

    (Here I just get a CLASS 2 CARD & do with it? Faster is better & I'm willing to pay for performance, I don't want to pay unnecessarily for performances in the Micro SD that the phone cannot be used.)

    I received my new 8 GB, class 6 MicroSD card. It's made by "TOPRAM," kind of a lesser known manufacturer - so I took a chance, but I'm glad I did. The price was less than 1/2 as major players in the business of memory, but so far, it seems that the only thing I have suffered from this decision is a somewhat heavier portfolio...

    I moved my data and installed the new card. It is not an assessment scientific with number & stats & similar, but...

    "Class 6" card is significantly faster (as the map of "class 2" he replaced "") for me the access data and transfer data functions, which, for me, enhances the user overall experience.

    Two thumbs up for (class 6) specified maps, afaic.

  • Is this true? SanDisk 32 GB, Micro SDHC card class 4

    Hello

    SanDisk has recently changed all the speed class in many formats, such as SDHC and microSDHC.

    Regarding the microSDHC 32 GB SanDisk class 2 has been improved until class-4, but in any case important to say that the class means it s minimum write speed guaranteed but not max. speed.

    We did some tests of comparative analysis with the HC 32 GB class 2 microSD and the results were:

    Read 13 MB/s - writing 4-5 MB/s

    Results obtained with CrystalDiskMark 3.0

    This proves that class-2 is on the minimum speed, because in this case the results said that this card is a Class-4 in fact that the write speed was about 4-5 MB/S.

    Most of the stores have the 32 GB microSD class 2 in stock, and the class-4 is easier to find in the stores.

    I put two photos of SanDisk microSD 32 GB class 2 and class 4

    Note that changed part number:

    SDSDQ - 032 G-E11M: microSD HC 32 GB class 2

    SDSDQM - 032G - B35: microSD HC 32 GB - class 4

    Here are the pictures:

    And it's class-4 with the new small blister version:

    The class on SD cards depends on what you need to use it. I use a class 10 microSD card on my camera and have no problem.

    Then there is something wrong with the way you do, or the settings of the player. A walkman is set to USB MSC mode? If he is in default of Auto (affectionately called this way for a reason) or MTP mode that could be your problem.

    Unless you use DRM-criippled or other subscription files, you don't really need MTP mode (or automatic by default, MTP). MSC is a much better way to go for the majority of users.

    I would say formattting the drive using the command embedded format (settings > system settings > Format) will erase everything you put on it, put the player in MSC mode (also in the settings > system settings), re - connect to your computer and try to drag / drop files that him. I bet it will work fine.

  • MVC pattern - update the view

    Here's the scenario. The application is based on the MVC pattern.

    The model reads and stores the data in a database.

    Whenever I clicked on one to save, edit, or delete Viewbutton, the model updates the database without any problems.

    However, I failed to make the model to update the view by using this.subscribers [i] .update () in the notifyChanges of the observer method;

    To improvise, I used the logic very developed to "recreate" view whenever the database is updated. This is why the number of cases is increasing rapidly.

    I need help to update the same instance of the view, without having to "recreate".

    See below the complex logic of the main class that makes me worth:

    Whenever the area add, change or Remove button is clicked, two things happen.

    1: public newData Boolean is set to true.

    2nd: a "refreshData" event is dispatched. In response to the event "refreshData", the database is updated via nodel.updateDatabase ().

    After completing the update of the database, a "dataReady" event is dispatched. In response to the 'dataReady' event, with addChild (view) is executed.

    This results in thousands of instances of the composite view of the child with her children.

    package {}

    import flash.events.EventDispatcher;
    import flash.display.Sprite;
    import flash.display. *;
    import flash.events. *.

    SerializableAttribute public class Main extends Sprite {}

    private var: model;

    public void Main() {}

    model = new Model10Vns();

    model.addEventListener ("refreshData", refreshData);
    model.addEventListener ("dataReady", runStrategy);

    function refreshData(event:Event):void {}
    {if (Model.newData)}
    model.updateDatabase (); Database update
    }
    }

    }
    private void runStrategy(event:Event):void {}
    controller: controller of var = new Controller (model);
    view of var = new View(model,controller);
    addChild (view);

  • Confused on the & quot; WHY & quot;

    I know this will sound like I'm a big guy, but I'm just trying to figure it all out and so far things have not been answered in a way that I can understand. I must be missing something because I can't understand the reason for actionscript (.as) files. I don't come from a programming background and I tried to figure out what kind of things on my own for quite awhile. I think that the problem lies in the question "why Adobe/Macromedia think doing it this way is a good thing?

    What is the advantage of having more .as files have the script embedded directly in the movie (other than for components) file? I went through several training programs Flash and nobody gave a very good explanation. From my point of view, it seems to leave me wide open to error. The code is more complex, you've got the public, private and different rules in movie files. You find yourself wide open to losing things, especially if your drive hard breaks down. In addition, if you want to share, you must send an entire folder full of stuff to make it work.

    I'm must be missing some very important points here because the complexity and confusion seems to me that something that companies that would avoid. Does anyone know of a good resource that truly explains such things and does not just you 'do this', 'make'.

    I was never a good thing to remember things, but if I can actually understand, it becomes mine.

    It's really not a good system for most non-professional. If you want to create small flash content, that will not change in the future, it is much easier to code in the authoring environment and not use the class files.

    I code in the flash ide all the time especially when testing something I've never done before. then for appropriate projects I take what I've learned and use of object-oriented programming and class files.

    However, if you create a complex project of great (and especially if you are in collaboration with others), using classes and oriented programming object is very useful. If you create a lot of projects and find the need to use (and re-use) certain blocks of code, using class files can be very useful.

    and even for small projects (like my website www.kglad.com), I used the class files because I knew when I started that I don't want to add features in the future.

    Indeed, this last weekend, I added a new "about me" button. and who charge a bio.swf which contains 5 more buttons and each of them did something. This entire update was futile because I created a button class that creates graphs of buttons and actions of the buttons (flipping, deployment and press).

    all I had to do was provide the label of the button, its x, y properties and its action (load something, navigate to a location, or run a php file).

    But even once, you are right: for the simple things, the extra work by creating a class file is not worth it unless the project is large or uses several contributors should be easily extensible.

  • Problems with Fuze + and new 32 GB Sandisk microSD card class 4. CAVEAT!

    I bought this card on Amazon.com and it was listed as a card MicroSDHC card SDSDQ - 032 G-A11M us retail package.

    This was announced as a class 2 card, but the card is labeled as a class 4 card and it's true that the write speed of this card on average 3.8 MB/sec.

    I have inserted in my rocket + and got the error that there is a file system error and to format the card in FAT32.  I formatted the card under Windows 7 times using a format formatting fast and Normal and tried to write on it and it works perfectly through the windows.

    I even did a full load test using H2Testw and he filled out the card and checked the files and it passes, so the map seems to work as expected.  In windows, in MSC mode, it works without problem.

    However, as soon as unplug you it from the computer the "rocket" does not recognize this.

    At first I thought that I had a card that is counterfeit, but doing some research forum revealed that Sandisk has been quietly replace existing map of class 2 with class 4 cards.  That's fine, but something happened because this card can not be read by the Fuze +.

    I have left a note with technical support and am about to do a live chat with the technicians there.  I hope they have a solution, or that the new firmware addresses this.

    This isn't a problem with the hardware or the card.  The card goes up and works perfectly under Windows so that inserted in the Fuze +, this seems to be a problem with the firmware as it will not mount this card.  I hope that Sandisk is a fix soon.  But for now I'm stuck.  I have a card that I can't come back because it is not bad for a player who did not recognize.

    Specifically, I bought the Sandisk card to go in my player Sansa because I thought they would have tested their own cards with their own products.  My disappointment is understandable.

    Any help anyone has would be great.

    Yes, they want to take a photo of the card and my phone is worse than mine.  I'll have to use camera for my daughter to get a good picture of the card.

    As I said, it seems that the map is read and write correctly.  I have same h2testw.exe rand on and filled the card and it passes.

    Weird stuff.

    Will be.

  • Is Satellite A300 - 1 5 read SDHC class 6/4 cards?

    I tried to search it on the internet and in the user manual and specifies the SD but not SDHC cards.
    Also, I read the other satellite A300 on SDHC answers saying that it can be read.

    He also read my model?

    Hi dude

    Satellite A300 - 1 5 series supports type maps:
    -SD Card - 8MB - 2GB
    -SDHC - 4 GB - 16 GB card
    -photo - 16 MB - 2 GB xD card
    -Memory Stick - 8MB - 256MB
    -Memory Stick Pro - 256 MB - 2 GB
    -MultiMediaCard - 8MB - 2GB
    -miniSD (with adapter) - 32 MB - 2 GB
    -microSD (with adapter) - 512 MB - 4 GB
    -Memory Stick Pro Duo(with adapter) - 256 MB - 4 GB

    As you can see that there is no limitation in the type of SDHC card, but in the size of the map.
    Hope this helps you.

  • Motorola Defy more and MicroSDHC class 10?

    Hello!

    The Motorola Defy is compatible microSD, it is said in the statement.

    It is also compatible with the microSDHC class 10, or is it just a waste of performance/no compatible?

    In the case of "not compatible" what memory is best for this unit?

    Thank you!

    Fredrik

    That is right. There is a limit to the ability of writing of Android, not the phone itself.

    Independent confirmation can be found many places around the web.

    Thus, the phone would be compatible with a MicroSDHC 16 GB class 10 memory card, but the class 10 (10 MB/s) would be a waste of speed since the phone can only use class 6?

    Fix.

    32GB class 6 should work so long that it is correctly put in shape. To ensure a good format, place the card in the phone, go to settings > storage > unmount sd card > format the sd card.

  • Yoga 11 (Windows RT) - worth the discounted price?

    As the title suggests, I'm curious whether the reduced price of Yoga 11 is worth ($299 + tax). Currently, I'm looking for a netbook type companion to take with me when I go to class or work. I am currently deciding between this and the Dell Inspiron 11 3000. The Asus T100 is a little too small for my taste and has some quality control problems. Chromebook are excluded largely because of the lack of PDF support Assembly (there are a few applications, but more importantly, they are terrible).

    Although I love the form factor and battery life, I am skeptical of the Tegra 3 processor. About 2 years now, and I've heard that Yoga 11 (and the Surface RT first gen) are all two pretty lag when you want to type in Microsoft Word and other applications in general usage. These problems have been fixed with the updates (especially the 8.1 update recently released)? Or people suggest passing on the Yoga and go for something that is complete windows?

    I bought a Yoga 11 recently, priced at $299, and although I have a few quibbles, I am usually very happy and would recommend it, especially at this price.

    Windows 8.1 RT has a very attractive interface, even with the Tegra 3 processor, and I never noticed any lag switching between programs and from the Office at metro interface. I also found that Word works fine, as well as the rest of the office. I just gave a presentation at a roundtable this weekend and all the members of my group loading their PowerPoint presentations on my 11 of Yoga, most of them created on Mac. Everything went smoothly.

    When you notice the CPU is in loading programs and download/installation of the software. Programs like Word will take 2-3 seconds extra beyond what I'm used from my Atom netbook (which also uses a SSD). I suspect that the disk I/o is not fast, as well as the processor. However, my wife has a Nexus 7 with the same processor, and it seems to perform better on the Yoga in point 8.1 of Windows. I am a person of Android, but I really wanted a fully functional version of office for my laptop, with autonomy - this thing fits the Bill, even better than the 11-s, which has about half of the life of the battery.

    I don't mind being stuck with RT, even if she still has few applications, since I use this camera mainly for consumer media tablet-style and occasional office work. It is perfect for that. The thing is that the build quality is clearly that of a much more expensive machine. Even if he got this processor of the Tablet (which, again, is very good, just a little slow), screen, keyboard, fit and finish are therefore only a $700 bonus machine, which was their point of origin price.

    Of course it depends on your needs, but for me, this device is great. Also perfect travel companion, the only exception is that it does not recognize ethernet dongles, you cannot use the Wired internet at all. 8.1 Windows prevents even the jailbreak that allowed to load drivers before. Really stupid move part of Microsoft, but then, they aren't the most brilliant company.
