1618 error when installing kies 2.0

I get an error-1618 when trying to install kies 2.0. Says I have another installation already in progress. I can not find another program, try to install.

Hi, Jeremy.

Installation of Christine

When the error occurs, do the following:

Right-click on the taskbar and select taskmanager

Click the process tab

You see two instances of Msiexec.exe

If so, put an end to both

Retry installation
