17 t-j100 Bond in movement: the drivers missing (jump movement 17 t-j100 on windows 7), problems with their installers

Hello

I have recently reinstalled windows 7 on my hp laptop.  in Device Manager, the following hardware ID must still pilots. :

ACPI\HPQ6007

ACPI\INT33A0

When I search on google, I understand that one needs a processor (AMD)? Driver USB 3.0 and the needs of second intel smart connect pilot.

When I try to install the chip intel connect driver, SP64964, I get an error message 'access denied '.  I get this same error message when I right click and open the installer with administrative privileges.  Why is this settled?

the host usb 3.0 driver I installed, SP64965, installed correctly, but she let this ID (INT33A0) material missing.  It remains an "unknown device" in Device Manager.  How to solve this. ?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hello

The first hardware id is for HP 3D DriveGuard on the following link.

http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp67001-67500/sp67280.exe

For the ISCT driver, try the version directly from Intel on the link below.

Kind regards
