  As mentioned above, you will not find the Toshiba drivers designed for Windows 2003 R2 server.
  But don t worry, and don t give up.

I put t know which Tecra you have, but many of them have preinstalled TOSHIBA PC Diagnostic Tool. With this tool, you can see all the equipment including modem.
