At the same time, I got a window that asked my product ID, and I used the 25-digit Microsoft label on my computer. The ID was dismissed as unfounded. Long story short, I got the key product using Belarc and its different from that on the label, but it's correct. I know because Microsoft, I learned the last 10 digits and it matches. Now I can not find the Microsoft page requesting my product ID. I don't have the option, click Start, right-click computer, click Properties and activate. It says unavailable.
