• Drops of WiFi at the horizon stream

  Hi guys,.

  Since I discovered that I could watch tv on my laptop via horizon tv (my internet service provider, Ziggo tv streaming service), I use it. I listen to in safari via a Web page. Safari is updated.

  But, when streaming and working on something else (another Web page, look at a picture with preview, or work with adobe [illustrator or photoshop are the worst]) guard down my WiFI. The symbol of wifi in the right corner just "cast" (so no connection to WiFi networks, not whether bars). It takes a few seconds and then it reconnects again, only to fail again after half a minute or so.

  As you can imagine, it's very, very, very frustrating.

  I have swapped the switches and wireless access points, changed the WiFi preferences (channel and others, checked with the diagnosis of wifi to find the best channel etc.) and I tried other networks within my main network at home (we have a total of 2 wireless access points on the top of our main router because it cannot reach the whole House). Nothing seems to work. The cisco wireless access points, switches are ubee modem and netgear. The main router is looking for a (rather daunting) Netgear.

  My wifi access point is connected to a 100mbit switch that is directly connected to the main router, which is connected directly to the modem.

  But, since the rest of my devices seem works fine when I hear something, I think it has something to do with my laptop.

  Which is frustrating, because it is relatively new and a major update since my last macbook.

  I have a new macbook pro retina 13 "(bought last December) with the following specifications:"

  2.9 GHz processor
  512 GB hard drive

  • 2.9 GHz dual-core Intel Core i5
  • Tot Turbo Boost 3.3 GHz
  • 16 GB 1866 MHz LPDDR3-geheugen
  • 512 GB PCIe - flashopslag¹
  • Intel Iris 6100 graphics card

  In addition, I use an external monitor via VGA and displayport.

  So I really hope that someone can help me, maybe it's some file processing streaming on my mac which interferes with the WiFi when I do more than a simple internet browsing? Because the question does not pop up when I'm streaming something AND work on something at the same time (often reloaded webpage, a program "heavy" like that of the suite adobe)...

  I have a PC laptop Toshiba M40X-132. It doesn't have a wireless installed inside the adapter. It cable antenna for this card.

  I opened my computer and noticed that there are no slot mini pci installed. However, I found the place on the motherboard that is generally used to install such a slot with a certain set of 15-20 minutes with a weld. :) I know I'm losing my warranty by doing this, but I think it would be better to take the risk that, in order to exploit external PCMCIA or USB devices all the time.

  So, I have a slot mini pci I bought in a store for electronic components. The place for the installation of such a location are tinned on the motherboard. I think cleaning of Tin from there and then set the slot I.

  The big question is the following: suppose that I managed to solder correctly such a slot on the motherboard. It will work or not? I mean, the slot is just the thing that does not exist, or there is some other components and electronic parts which are now absent and doing this slot work?

  I really put t understand you not at all. First I put t really believe someone make these experiences and you will be very happy if someone has this kind of experience.

  And if it works, how you want to install the WiFi antenna? You want to dismantle the entire screen to do this and to do it properly? Believe me that it is a bad idea.

  The USB wireless costs about 25 euros and in 10 minutes, you can configure and use the WLAN.

  Please think about this one more time.

• Horizon of the UPC does not work on Windows 7

  I opted for horizon wifi and my laptop with Windows 7 saves only a few seconds and then left. Previous modem worked well.

  All other devices in the end work from home just seems to be a laptop.
  I've updated all the drivers etc and no improvement.

  UPC seem to think it's a question of laptop and not their problem, they said something on the horizon, was not compatible with Windows 7.

  Is this true?

  What cell phone do you have exactly?

  You can connect the mobile correctly to open WLan (unsecured)?
  Change the security settings and try different types of encryption.
  Also try wifi channels (1-9) usually only found this option in the settings of the WLan router.

• Client VMWare Horizon on El Capitan

  I use the Client VMWare Horizon (version 3.5.2) to connect to business desktops VDI.  I have a number of questions.

  -VDI desktop consumes all connected screens, either 1, 2 or 3 screens.  I find no way to assign the VDI Office to a single workspace or monitor.  I use the Macbook screen, a connected HDMI monitor and a connected via a bolt of lightning to the DVI adapter.

  -The customer seems to disconnect when the Macbook goes to sleep.  But it is not always log out properly.  More than once I have been unable to restart the desktop computer without the intervention of my sys admin

  Finally, and this isn't a VDI issue per se, when I connect my Macbook to the company via Ethernet or wireless network, I'm just flat impossible to print only printers on the network of the company.  The Mac is not joined to the domain, is unable to see all printers, and I roll the printer add by hand.  I am able to define a printer by IP address or FULL domain name, but all attempts always results in the printer print code Postscript and not the print job.  This is the enterprise-class printers Ricoh.

  I found the New Horizon customers are less than optimal.  I returned back all the way to the customer display, as a preference, because it seems to stay connected more, better and with less issues, plus the customer of the Horizon. Currently using the client to view v1.6... Fortunately.

  Printers - I put all my users up on top of the basic intellectual property. Very few questions.  Users/Macs are members of a domain and are associated with the hard cable, but do not use the MS Print servers. In one or two cases, I used Hello for some high-end HP or printers Ricoh.

• Horizon 2 27 - swf embedded in the swf plays not

  I joined a swf file into a swf file on my computer Lenovo M93p ThinkCentre desktop. When I open it on the desktop, it works fine, but when I open it on my Lenovo Horizon 2 27 will not play the embedded file.

  I use the same version of flash player on both computers.

  It turns out that I have Miss just something - the resources folder containing the embedded swf file.

  When I tranfered that more of the Tablet, it works beautifully.

• Horizon 2 - PC App Store apps does not not via Aura

  I have version 8.1 to win 2 Horizon. I bought this recently, just found out that the apps in the App Store PC is not working. He keeps asking to download the Adobe Reader which has been done a number of times and still no success. He also asked to upgrade the Application Aura which I did and once more, but nothing happened. Aura even does not seem to be boot normally... it just is displayed without theme options.

  How can I fix it? Re-adjust the Machine?

  Hi there: just received yesterday an Ideacentre Horizon (27 inches). I am wanting to use the virtual keyboard in shared mode, however there is no split option appear. I see two keyboards, as well as the opinion of handwriting, but not the keyboard split option. How can I make this work?

  OK, what operating system are you using, win 8 or 8.1?

  In the bar of charms > settings > keyboard, you use ENG English (United States) US keyboard?

• How can I get my horizonal pictures in my library of images?

  I HAV ae windows 7.  Photos went online horizonally.  Now, all of a sudden, they are verticak where I can see only a few folders at a time.

  Yes! I found this answer on my own.  The answer is in the upper right corner next to the size of the images to choose from.

• OR Vision: Detection of Horizon

  Anyone who has used Vision tools of OR to detect and locate the horizon on an image?  I have some videos taken from a remote control plan, and I want to find the horizon and then rotate the image so that it is stable and level.  Any ideas?

  I was able to successfully detect the horizon with the setup of Vision find edge VI for sweeping up and down and trigger on the first edge.  Find other edge settings setting allowed me to detect the horizon very reliable.

• Images on the horizon.

  My got very low disk space. and I could not see my photos. All thumb nails had this horizon blue cover above them, and when previewed it not allow me to move to the next image. He said not enough disk space to show. I managed to remove some large files and gain a lot more space. The lid is always on the thumbnails, but I am allowed to get an overview of all the photos and make a slide show. How do the thumbnails showing the pictures with out having to press an excerpt?

  Here's a possibility... go to... Start ORB / Control Panel.
  Folder options / tab / files and folders / uncheck
  "Always show icons, never thumbnails" / apply / OK.

  When printing photos, it puts white horizonal lines through the pictures.  Looks like shit.  How can I fix it?  I ran the diagnostic doctor and he says that the printer works fine.
