  can anyone help?  I had windows 7 Professional running for a year and then he says its not authentic, I put in the activation code but it comes up with 'error BIOS Oxc004fo63 lack a license required' it means it is not authentic or that I have a pc problem? What can I do? I'm more in touch with the person who installed the drive.

  I bought a laptop from bestbuy with windows 7 installed. It came with 4 recovery disks. The computer crashed. We installed the recovery disc but get the error saying windows 7 is not valid and enter the product code which I did not. BestBuy says they can't help me.

  Photoshop 4 and 7 are very old versions, downloads for them are no longer available and the operating system you are using is the most recent, so there will be compatibility problems.

  Adobe has not tested these applications on newer operating systems.

  have you checked on the memory of our pc? Call of duty modern warfare needs at least 2 GB of memory, another thing you need to consider is your video card in your pc windows 7. try to update the first video card drivers. verification of your memory.

  Contact the manufacturer of your laptop as there must be a way to restore the computer. There may be a hidden restore partition.
