I would be grateful for advice on a resolution.  I am not a technophile.

The problem may be with the avfwim.sys, which is a driver from Avira:

Failed to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\avfwim.sys, 0n2 error Win32
    * WARNING: unable to verify timestamp for avfwim.sys

Try to uninstall Avira and see if the problem resolves.

Consider the alternative security such as Microsoft Security Essentials software.

    UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP (7f)
This means an interruption occurred in kernel mode, and it's a trick of nature
that the kernel is not allowed to have/catch (bound trap) or that
is always instant death (double fault).  The first digit of the
bugcheck params is the number of the trap (8 = double fault, etc.)
Consult an Intel x 86 family manual to learn more about what these
traps are. Here's a * part * of these codes:
    If kv shows a taskGate
Use .tss on the part before the sign colon, then kv.
Otherwise, if kv shows a trapframe
    use .trap on that value
    On the other
. Trap on the appropriate frame will show where the trap was taken
(on x 86, this will be the ebp that goes with the procedure KiTrap)
    Endif
Ko poster then the battery has been corrected.

UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP (BugCheck 7F) stop error is probably related to ZoneAlarm as in the following thread:

    http://social.answers.Microsoft.com/forums/en-us/w7repair/thread/e94de527-183F-4227-9749-072ba0e7769f

You can try to disable NetBIOS over TCP/IP or uninstall ZoneAlarm and see if the BSOD solve.

As an alternative to turning off NetBIOS over TCP/IP or uninstall ZoneAlarm, you could try the following fix:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/981180/en-us

There is a link at the top of the article to request the hotfix.

We need the logfile itself (called DMP file) because they contain the only record of the sequence of events that led to the accident, what drivers have been loaded, and what has been loaded.
We prefer at least 2 DMP files to track trends and to confirm the cause.

Please follow our instructions to find and download the files, we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found at here

If you use the blue screen view, which has crashed, or a similar application, don't.  They are wrong at least as often they are correct
  • Server 2012 - storage server repair file error volume system

    Hey guys,.

I'm up late panic hoping someone might have an answer.

We have a file server, 2012 running storage server. One of the volumes reported an error so I have planned some time tonight to perform a repair on it.

After reading good things about 2012 chkdsk I thought it would be a quick process, however after some further reading, it seems you need to run chkdsk from the command line by specifying the option spotfix for the quickest fix.

I stupidly he run from Server Manager by clicking with the right button on the volume and selecting the option "repair the file system error.

It is on a volume of 5.5 to data that is accessed by a large number of users that will start to connect to 6 hours time.

Managed server showed the repair had obtained 13% after about an hour, but has not changed for some time, so I guess that Server Manager had frozen, so I closed and opened again. I can see the process is still ongoing, but the Server Manager no longer shows a progress bar (just a red bar to show the volume is locked.

Anyone has an idea how I can get up again the progress bar, or know any way to show the status of the repair running?

    Thank you

    Dave

  • Qosmio X 300 hangs randomly during video games

I have a problem with my laptop. It hangs randomly during the search on the internet or video games or movies...

    Hello

You should try to use the Toshiba graphics card driver as its use on the drivers from 3rd-party pages could lead to highest GPU temperature that would cause problems.
Additional try update BIOS if newer version is available.

  • Add Server 2012 R2 Server Manager servers dialog box problem

I have a problem in 2012 R2 Server when you add a remote server to all server management interface.   Using the dialog box add servers to add a workgroup server (no configured DNS server), I added the problem of server using the IP address.  A dialog box appears that says "can't resolve host would you like to add it anyway?  For awhile do this, I clicked 'No', but finally clicked on Yes and the server by its server name has been added.

However, I can not access this server remotely, make sure that it is in the list of approved first hosts.  I have the correct IP addresses and have firewall advances for troubleshooting I can connect on the server locally with an administrator account.

Removing the server from the remote management console, and then add that it does not solve the problem as server name solves always in the dialog add a server with the credentials apparently wrong.  It is the only server of four that I made this mistake, the other three work great after choosing 'Yes' to add the server non - solve anyway.

My question is, how do I clear the credentials of server 'broken' out of the 'Add Server' dialog box to the server properly.  The added server is another Server R2 2012.  I changed server names and addresses IP, but the dialog box always detects the server with the new information and still not will not properly add it to Manager remotely.

And the idea of how to do to erase the old credentials?

    Thanks in advance.

  • problem with a 2012 opc Server

I use LabVIEW 2010. I installed OPC Server 2012. Configure DCOM. Create tags OPC Server

Create the project and create opc client

But I don't see the tags in the variables:

Can someone help me, I don't see why tags?

What is under the OPC2 folder?

Also, I checked my 2012 OPC Server readme (start > all programs > National Instruments > 2012 an OPC Server > Readme) and he said:

"You can use the OPC servers OR with the following software applications:

    • LabVIEW 2011 SP1 full or Professional Development System
    • LabVIEW DSC Module 2011 SP1"

This may mean that it is not compatible with your version of LabVIEW.

  • Can I use ASM / ME to windows server 2012 file server failover clustering?

    Hi all

Can I use ASM / ME to windows server 2012 file server failover clustering?

We can use it with exchange, sql, sharepoint,..., but I can't find any document for file server.

    Thank you.

HIT / working ME with CSV W2K12/R2, W2K8 CSV volumes cannot bear not to cancel the MAPPING is the main difference.  But HITTING / will allow ME to create the active copies and replicas of volumes CSV

Yes the cluster file shares are supported with SUCCESS / me.    If you think about it, SQL, Exchange are indeed a "sharing".   Because it is an NTFS volume with services that run against her.  SQL, Exchange or fileshare services.

  • 2012 Downgrade Server license

Hi, I found out recently that I was managing fault of the vm windows server licenses.  So im trying to get a better understanding of things

I think I have a better grip of things except for server how things 2008 2012 decommissioning effects.

To give an example, I have a project for a client entry, it is a small project of vmware

The plan is to have 2 physical server running vmware eseentials more.

They will need 4 2012 Windows server Vm and Windows 2008 32-bit Vm 2

I want to be able to vmotion servers if you need from one to the other, so I will need licenses windows on both servers.

So I figure I will need 3 Standard Windows 2012 per physical server so 6 total licenses

Windows 2012 Standard license gives you the ability to have 2 vm.  When I go down one of the licenses for 2008 server, im assuming im may 2 2008 Vm for a license, is - that correct?

Or he return to the old 2008 license where you where only allowed 1 2008 vm by standard license?

    Thank you

    Mike

MS license is not very easy, but should help the following guides:

Microsoft license Windows Server 2012 for use with Virtualization Technologies

    http://download.Microsoft.com/download/4/D/B/4DB352D1-C610-466A-9AAF-EEF4F4CFFF27/WS2012_Licensing-Pricing_FAQ.PDF

Q15 should answer your question about the downgrade rights.

The ability to execute downgrade bits do not change licensing or support the terms in which you use the product; rights of the purchased product (Windows Server 2012) will apply. ...

  • Why export dump shows at least that the actual size?

Why export dump shows at least that the actual size?

A large number of parameters must be taken into account. For example, for an empty table, only the DOF will be exported even if the segments are re-created when import. I'm not sure of what you are looking for and why, but a size of dump export has a little to do with the occupation of segments.
I suggest you read the note * overview of original export and import utilities [61949.1 ID] * +, it is well explained.
