  I have desktop and printer installed on my office was ok.  I bought the new laptop and tried to get my office printer and installed on my laptop.  I disconnected the cables that connect the printer to the desktop and plugged into the laptop.  I followed the steps to install the printer and they said I don't have a driver installed etc...

  I followed the steps you suggested and noticed that my printer properties is not Advanced tab.

  I run troubleshooting and obtained from the devices and Printers dialog box saying "install a driver for this device". "The driver for MF4320-4350 is not installed. Install the latest driver for the device.  If I select 'Apply this correction' will be pronpt "MF4320 - 4350 (FAX) the driver is not installed" and then "MF4320-4350 (UFRII LT) driver is not installed".  Finally "Troubleshooting could not set automatically all problems."  You will find more details below".

  I did I tried to download the driver from the Canon Web site and when I tried to run I received a message warning "files doesn't have a valid signature, who checked his publisher..." "so I was hesitant to run the file.

  I had the same problem starting yesterday when I installed a small application had to manage the internal designation of ICC profiles, i.e. tried to make the ICC more friendly user name profile in Photoshop or Lightroom: "CANSON_Baryta_310g_CanonPro1", instead of "cifa_pixmapro1_baryta310".

  I have created therefore then a "backup" subdirectory in the directory of 'color' of icc and have moved all the Canson and CANSON rewrote the ICC files.

  The problem has been resolved.

  I suggest you do the same thing, i.e. move away all uncertain icc profiles until you get the Canon printer properties /driver to work and then replace one by one all ICC to determine which of your the ICC is corrupt.

  The list shows what version of Photoshop is required for each camera model. Everything simply because it's on the list, does not mean that is supported by your version of Photoshop.
