  On my Surface Pro 3, there is a built-in program called "On-screen keyboard" that appears much smaller keyboard with all the functions. Not only the key Fn, but also of PG. PREC, PG. Next, etc.

  It also can be moved on the screen easily to place it where you want.

  Just go to start/find an entry "keyboard", you should find "On-screen keyboard" that you can pin to the start menu and the taskbar.

  It's a little more difficult to type on because the keys are smaller, but it's really more convenient to use.

In order to so, once you have something to play in the app music, tap the MiniPlayer (bottom) to display the now playing screen. From there you can drag up to see what's next and rearrange the order of the songs listed there.
