  I've been on the Support from Toshiba site for drivers/downloads. The graphics card is the Intel 82852/82855 GM/GME graphics card.
  Currently, the Device Manager read: version 6.14.10.4656 as of 08/01/2006 by Microsoft Corporation XDDM.

  Although I think I did the research properly, I'm not sure that this is the most recent update of the driver.
  On a note related... It would be much more effective that the Toshiba server have been set up for users to connect and get appropriate lists of updates.
