  Well, it shows Kaspersky 2012 is compatible, but one that you have Kaspersky 2013 is not compatible.

  You should uninstall and put in market and update Windows Defender.

  First of all, a common problem faced by users with Yahoo! mail is that Yahoo changed their server. If you are using an old bookmark or the old address of the homepage to access your e-mail, try to use this more general address so that if your server has changed, you redirected to the new servers:

  If this makes no difference, here are some general things to try:

  When you have a problem with a particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clear your Firefox cache and delete your cookies for the site.

  To answer your question, update usually retains your personal data (bookmarks, passwords recorded, etc.). However, it is always a good idea to keep a backup of your personal data in case of hard drive failure or accidental formatting, preferable on another hard drive, a USB pin/USB/thumb/key or a CD/DVD, so that you don't miss them.   If you simply download and save a document in the same folder, then the file will be saved with the same name suffixed with number 1, which shows the most recent version.

  However, if you replace the file with the old version, then the data that it will be replaced or updated. Therefore, it is best advised to make a backup of the files to a different location or a different folder.
