3005pr speaker Buzz

I recently bought a 3005pr USB 3.0 for use Port Replicator with my Envy TS 15 laptop. However, I am having a problem with the audio of it.

When it is connected through the 3.5 mm audio plug to my Trust Tytan 2.1 speaker system, there is a humming noise. This occurs if the volume is high or low, and no matter if the port replicator is connected to the power outlet, or even my laptop. It gets stronger that I plug in the power cable, the laptop computer connection, the ethernet and usb devices.

It doesn't however when the speakers are connected to my laptop directly, or when I connect the headphones to the port replicator.

I was wondering if anyone knows the source of this problem and how it could be repaired.

Thank you very much.

If this problem occurs with other Replicator port it might be the cable from your laptop to the port replicator (not well insulated cables) or possibly a device close to give a feedback that is the phone cell.

  • Qosmio F20-137: very noisy left speaker

Just had the Qosmio F20 - 137 3 days. The left speaker or something in the chassis is teeming with some frequenzies in the sound. It is very annoying, especially since I bought this for multimedia application. Does anyone know if there is a reason known to the buzz?

    Hello

All speakers usually begin to vibrate (for the buzz) if the bass is high.
I think it s not a malfunction. You should check that the sound properties and you shouldn't t turn on maximum bass controller.

  • HP Pavilion Sleekbook 15-b000: my laptop makes buzzing noise

My laptop makes buzzing noise while playing music or video on both headphones and speakers

    Hi @vineeth_7,

Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A place where you can find solutions for your problems with the help of the community!

I stumbled upon your post on the laptop and wanted to help you! I looked in your question about your HP Pavilion 15-b000 Sleekbook sizzling/buzzing noise. You can try:

    1. right click the speaker icon in the lower right corner of your time.
    2. click on playback devices.
    3. click on the speakers.
    4. click on properties.
    5. click on the Advanced tab in the Properties window.
    6. change the default menu Format in the highest quality.
    7. apply properties.
    8. click OK to close the Properties window. Restart your laptop and try the sound.

You can try to use theWindows Update Troubleshooter to fix updates that do not come through Windows.  Reboot the laptop twice to make sure that all updates are completed.

I recommend to restore the default BIOS settings. You could restore the BIOS withthis document by selecting the reload the default BIOS settings. This helped other people.

Please let me know how it goes.

  • iMac buzzing when connected to the external amplifier

I have external amplifier connected to the new iMac 5K retina. When he plays music or sounds of any kind, through speakers, it's all good.

However, if you do not play any sound for 20 seconds, it is very light buzzing sound from left speaker only. I logged out (model end 2012) iMac and it works exactly the same.

This is NOT ground loop or bad cable/amp problem (amp and iMac share same multi socket). It seems that something in the iMac will sleep, open the circuit, making the high output impedance, making the left channel pick up noise from the power grid. HiFi, impedance of the output device installation is low, effectively killing most of the HF/RF interference in the cable.

It is very annoying problem that I scoured my decent sound, high-end amp/speakers. Any ideas or solutions (Apple I hope you read this too, it's unacceptable on 2000USD + machine).

Apple is not reading this. This is a user forum. Certainly, this looks like a bad cable from your description.

  • 9.1 Bluetooth iOS buzzing audio iPhone 6s

I discovered a bug in the iOS 9.1, tested on 2 iPhone 6 and one of 6 s.

    1. connect your iPhone 6 or 6 s with a bluetooth device that has the ability to power off stop. This means that you can turn off the bluetooth device and the phone does not recognize that the bluetooth device is off immediately (the bluetooth on your phone icon remains on for approximately 10 seconds before turning gray)

2 time connected, put off the bluetooth device

3 do anything that causes the phone to read the audio data. I do generally is lock and unlock the phone several times (which closes 'click' to get out of the usually bluetooth speaker)

    4. once the bluetooth turns off, the audio is corrupted. Play almost any audio will cause a buzz or silence (depending on what is the first sound of the audio). Telephone call tones are a constant buzz. Some audio sounds are OK, but generally any video or music this failure causes.

Only solution to fix I found is to restart the phone.

I took my nine 6s at the genius bar, they suggested for re - configure the phone as a new device. After erasing all data from the phone, with the technique above, I was able to get the device exhibit the same behavior, this isn't my software. On my previous iPhone 6, I had the same problem (but did not know the trigger), and I just tried my brother 6 iPhone and could get the same thing happen. I repeated the behavior for multiple devices bluetooth audio.

Has anyone seen this problem? Can you repeat the steps above and get it to happen?

How to report to Apple as they can fix? This should be a very reproducible problem. Should I take another genius bar appointment to demonstrate the problem? Obviously, it is not my phone, so I can't get a new one that solves the problem.

  • Loud buzzing noise VN7 - 791-G [+ audio clip]

For the last two weeks that I had trouble with a very loud hum staticky coming from the lower left corner of my Aspire VN7 - 791 G (left of the Tablet under the keyboard) when the machine is under load (working in game engines and play games, mainly). I've had this laptop for a little over a year and never had this problem before. Side software, everything seems fine, I have not noticed any FPS fall or freezes / crashes or something of the sort. I get an occasional blue screen, but those who are very rare after all drivers and updates to BIOS (power of State failure or something like that).

The hum seems louder depending on the workload. If I close all active programs, the noise tends to remain constant for couple minutes, then he calms down gradually until it is completely silent.

I tried to record the sound, and when I listen to the helmet that looks a lot like the real thing (but not too strong): http://vocaroo.com/i/s1cZvjzHgHs5.

Also: I have not tried to replicate this again, but earlier I was running a game on the battery from the battery by accident. The machine has been completely silent. After awhile, I got a message saying battery was weak, so I plugged in the charger and... instantly, heard the buzz with a maximum volume (not a gradual increase as usual). Could it have something to do with the power save settings perhaps? Or more likely as a material thing?

    Thank you

    So, I have good news...

In a last effort attempt, I decided to open my laptop and remove the front left speaker, because I was almost certain that it is the noise. I unplugged the mobo, unscrewed it and removed from the chassis. I tried all day and I can confirm that the hum is GONE now!

It's kinda something hacky that I have now only 3 speakers instead of 4, but I'm just happy that I am able to reuse this thing in the workplace. CE marking as resolved.

  • why I get buzzing on my headphones

I have windows vista 32 bit and I get the buzz on my headphones, or when I play music. (any music from WMP or Youtube, as well as just randomly get buzzing.

I plugged my speaker jack in another outlet and still the same problem.

I tried also also put my earphone in a different location, the problem disappears, so I don't think it's my headphones which poses problem.

  • Buzz during playback of media

I use Windows7 on a Dell Studio laptop. Recently, during playback of any file type multimedia, I hear a 'buzz' short and strong. It occurs every 20 to 30 seconds. Video wil interrupted momentarily, also. I reinstalled all the drivers and have the latest Windows updates. Anyone know what is happening and in particular, how to fix?

    Hello

First of all, make sure that the laptop has grounded electric enough. If this did not help, then it would be better to contact Dell for assistance. It seems to be a problem with the internal speaker to the Dell laptop.

  • Buzz of noise in the tempo switch

My song has 4 different tempos. Every time that happens, occurs a humming noise. If I get all tracks FX behind it disappears. How can I keep the delay, but not the buzz?

    Thank you y´all.

Use automation for on/off switch of the delays to and after each change of tempo.

If that kills too late in the face of that time, and then introduce a Gain ahead of every delay, automate the Gain to cut admission to the delay when changing the tempo. Who will cut the whole track, however.

  • Does anyone else have a problem with the left speaker is much lower than the right?

Any source that I use the left speaker is much lower than the left. If I put my finger on the right I can feel the pressure of air pushed but not by the left. Is it an iPhone defective 7?

    Hello, TopDog16!

Welcome to congratulations on getting a new iPhone and Apple support communities 7.  From what I see in your post, you have any questions on the stereo speakers in your new iPhone.  I would be happy to help you with that!

Indeed, your iPhone has holes on both right and left sides on the lower edge (on each side of the connector of the Lightning).  The holes on the right are only speaker on this edge of the phone, however.  The other speaker in the pair is at the top of the phone, where the cut is, just above the screen.  Check here to see if sound comes out.
