Hi my printer after several years of work ok started just to eject a simple sheet of paper before starting to print. If I print several pages it does only at a beginning of a suite. If printing at the same time, she does every time, so I have to keep loading the blank sheets in the printer. Help please, Jim.

    USB: Check that the USB connection from your computer to the HP product works properly.

    The disk check showed the file "oem115.inf" was indeed installed in the directory "c:\windows\inf\".

    But printing should work wireless.

I did this a while ago and have now replaced this pc with a similar model with windows installed 10. My request is that I would like to see if I can save all my files on the old pc by removing the HARD drive. I read that you can use enclosures of external drives, and with nothing to lose, I'd like to try but do not know what kind of thing do I need to buy.   • Lost for Hewlett Packard Deskjet 1055 all-in-in-one installation CD

    I recently bought a new laptop.

    I wanted to install my Hewlett Packard Deskjet 1055 all-in-one printer/copier on this new computer.

    However, I couldn't find my Hewlett Packard Deskjet 1055 original installation CD.

    I found no help in the search of this site: http://www.hp.com/go/support

    Any suggestion would be appreciated.

    Select the driver tab, and then select the operating system you are using, download and install the printer software and driver.

  • Office jet 8600 all-in-in-one: Admin password not accepted

    I cannot access the settings of administater, accepts no password.  The printer has all the features that are locked by the admin, I did not do... help!
