I have the problem import AVCHD MVC 3D files. I just saw the left eye. Other tools are able to see both eyes. Adobe should add an encoder.

  • Import AVCHD files in latest CC v.10.4 with no audio

    Hello world

I've never had a problem before you import files AVCHD simple (from my Sony Handycam) in PremPro CC 2015 (have the latest version) in Windows 10 (updated now) but audio does not matter.  I can hear both audio and see video on desktop in Windows Explorer, but when I import to a new PP sequence, only the video appears.  When I first imported the MTS file tonight, he said first he would get the CODEC.  No idea what happened after that.

    Any ideas?  Thank you!

If you don't have any audio in the Panel project or source monitor

Clear cache media, rename the parent folder in which the images is and import via Media Browser.

If you don't have audio as in the above and that you do not have an audio file in the timeline panel, then it is an error to the user.

  • Import AVCHD 1080 50 P in first 12 items

    Salvation of Belgium,

I just bought a camcorder Panasonic SC - 770 and want to shoot AVCHD 1080 p 50 FPS.

Is part of first 12 supports this format when importing please?

Have no problems editing 1080 p AVCHD first items 12, 13 or 14.

  • Why import AVCHD properly storing sequences map (SD card) while the same images completely transferred to an external hard drive imports only the video with no audio?

I shoot on a Sony Alpha a65 and it uses AVCHD when recording. I have not met this problem before.

I transferred the entire contents of a memory card on my external hard drive.

I tried to import the images from the hard drive, both using the import media browser-only video clips are imported with NO AUDIO.

I thought that I had corrupted images as my memory card was images of two different rods. I turned one on 2 October and the other on 15 Oct (approx.).

HOWEVER: I then tried to import directly from the SD card - and it worked! Audio, video and all.

I can change this being, of course, but it's a concern I have obviously can't keep the SD card only for this sequence forever - and backup to external hard drive will not audio. That might mean that I won't be able to pick up on it in the future, if necessary.

Can you help solve this problem – that is, with the film which is not imported correctly from the external hard drive or why something is lost in the transfer - and explain why this happens?

Please note: I tried marqueeing everything and do drag and drop, as well as select and drag / move, when you transfer the images from the SD card to the external hard drive. I'm using a Lacie Rugged 1 TB (firewire option).

Maybe there's a hidden system files that are not copied.  You have "View hidden files" enabled and "do not show system files" in the Folder Options disabled?

  • After importing AVCHD to Sony CX730, IMPOSSIBLE to put the video on the Timeline.

I bought the first three days ago. I'm working on a project to AVCHD, with clips of a Sony FS700 (1080 50 p) and excerpts from a CX730 from Sony (1080 25 p). I can import the clips, but for the clips of CX730 it is impossible to put them on the timeline.

I can put the audio (5-1) on 4 audio, but impossible to put the video... Everyone told me that first support all the codec on the same project... It is not true!

    Why?

  • Import AVCHD full hd 1080 p

    Hello

I bought a Sony HDR-CX160E camcorder, which is able to shoot AVCHD full hd resolution 1920 x 1080 at 50 frames per second, 50 p. When I start a new project in first Elements 9 I only have the option to select AVCHD full hd resolution 1920 x 1080 at 25 frames per second, 50i. A small test has proved that I can import the material filmed at 50 p from my sdhc card but I'm afraid that I won't be able to export it on blu - ray correctly. As I don't yet have a blu - ray burner, I can't test it. Does anyone have experience with the import of 50 p material in first Elements 9 and exporting to the blu - ray format? I am completely new to Premiere Elements as I used to work with Pinnacle Studio in the past. Thanks in advance.

You must only be entered in FX or FH mode and then affecting Premiere Elements for AVCHD 1920 x 1080.

  • Import AVCHD in first Elements 7

I have a new Panasonic AVCHD camcorder. It came with a (free) software called AVCCAM Viewer/restorer. According to the manual camcorder, you should always use this program "on the transfer of data on a map of SD memory in the computer.", or when the copy of the data stored on the computer to the memory card it is because the structure of the entire file must be copied not only the video and audio (stored in files *.) MTS) in order to not to lose all the other data. My main question: Do I really need this extra programjust to import the video/audio (I don't like unnecessary software on my PC), because I get along well in two ways: 1. copy only the file mts of the SD card (to within the directory tree: lead to private toAVCHD toBDMV to STREAM to 0000.mts)and it imported in PE 7 with the "media Get from PC files and folders. (He appeared as a file 0000.mts in the media vindow.)  2 from PE 7: "get media toAVCHD or other memory/hard disk camcorder. Selected media (for example: G:\ < new >) and you click on get the media. (He appeared as a file VTS_01.VOB). My second question: I have lost any quality during these transfers ? I know AVCHD coming out the camcorder is already a highly compressed format, but I'm still at the beginning to study excellent piece of Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AVCHD on these issues, and hoping that the best-known members of the forum can give a quick help in arriving at the end of this article. Thank you, Laci. (Also, how these problems result in CS4 that I also want to get in the near future?)

The three methods should give you the same results, Laci. You move just the video files from the camcorder to your computer. The advantage of the use of Premiere Elements for this is that the video is also at the same time added to your video project.

BTW, I noticed that you said that the video was recorded on a SD memory card instead of the hard disk of the camcorder. If this is the case, it may be a good idea to check the specifications of the camcorder to make sure you get AVCHD (and not AVCHD Lite) and what a variety of AVCHD is (as well as ensure that you use the preset audio right).

I think you have enough experience with this program, namely that, especially when you work with AVCHD, the two most important things set up your project with the right project preset and have enough computing power to handle these files very difficult. (A computer with 4 GB of RAM QuadCore is generally considered the minimum for work with.)

  • Can ANY product Adobe CC ingest or import AVCHD (.mts) files with the metadata accompanying .xmp sidecar files?

I had no luck with the sidecar xmp files relative in any product, including the prelude, Premiere Pro, Lightroom or bridge.

    Hi Mike,.

Okay, I found the outline of the bug. I was initially on the assumption that the question was how the XMP was written by Daminion. This is not the case. Their XMP seems fine. The bug is with the way we are going to analyze these JVC AVCHD files. It will take some research more sort everything, but at least now I'm on the right track. I tested the creation of metadata for a variety of other files AVCHD from Canon and Sony. All these files caused first create the XMP files with the name xxx.xmp. But, when I added the metadata in the JVC, the xmp always emerged as xxx.mts.xmp file. Then... I did some more tests with the file. If the extension of the file to rename. MPG, suddenly all the XMP you added the file in Daminion appeared. All the new metadata that I created has also been added to this file.

It seems that there is a specific bug in our file for this JVC AVCHD flavor Analyzer. I'll get this connected and see if I can get it fixed. In the meantime, you can rename the file extension. MPG, if you want to read your existing metadata. Or... you can add to the file xxx.mts.xmp.

Insect. Thanks for the help to identify him.

  • How to import AVCHD if I have all the files in the folder?

    Hello

I have to cut a few videos. I got an external with drive. MTS files. However, all the files on the folder structure... aren't there!

Now, when I import them into Adobe, they are glitchy and out of sync.

    -Should I convert?

    -With what program?

Sounds to me like your files is of variable image files that are not compatible with the first.  Search for "Handbrake".

  • Could not import the native avchd sony fs700

    Hi all

I can't import avchd which was shot sony fs700. It seems that this happens only the camera sony fs700. The other cameras that record avchd works fine.

This seems to be a very recent thing that I've always been able to import files shot in fs700.  I use first cc with the last update.

    Any help appreciated.

I copied the files from an sd card and imported how I did in the past.

I read of some that he had problems with the latest patch and uninstalling and reinstalling should solve the problem. I did and that solved my problem.

  • Import and editing of AVCHD in CS4 video sequences with a 32-bit Windows computer

I have a question about AVCHD video:

We have some AVCHD (.mts) sequences, we filmed with a Sony HXR-NX30.

Is it possible to import, edit and export (on DVD) this sequence ".mts" with Premiere CS4 in a reasonable quality?

I have a 32-bit windows computer, and want to know before you buy such a video editing program.

    Thank you

    Rob

    Never found CS4 buggy.

You can import avchd in CS4, but being on a machine 32 bits edition will be slow.

You will have to restore everything in the timeline.
