4.5 Microsoft Framework does not work properly
First see the error when you try to run a lot of basic programs such as assistance to decision-making in charge of hp. The exact error is "c:\windows\microsoft.net\frameworkx64\v2.0.50727\mscorwks.dll is not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. I am running windows 8, and to download the 4.5 but the installer refuses to proceed because there is already an equivalent version installed. I also tried to use a tool to remove the current version of the framework and re install it but no luck yet once because the framework is always magically. I appreciate any help I can get. I could not find similar questions so I created a new, but I apologize if there is already a fix.
How does this relate to the features of Windows Update?
Note: Win8 is supplied with .NET Framework 4.5 already installed by default. See http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/5a4x27ek.aspx

Satellite P25-S520 - DVD player does not work properly
Difficulty of DVD player or buy the external drive
My DVD player does not work properly, in fact it can never work properly. Recently, I tried to back up my PC on a DVD using Norton 360. Norton did not recognize that the DVD was present. Then I tried to write a text file on a DVD and was a failure. DVD + R and DVD-R media were found to be (Maxwell 16 X).
I could have probably lived with this however, I received a copy of Dragon NaturallySpeaking version 10 on a CD and my Toshiba would not recognize it. I tried the CD in my laptop nearby and it was recognized.
An attempt to update the driver has also fails.
I was able to copy a CD of music last night so that at least works properly.
Does anyone know how can I fix? The important part is to be able to load my new program.
Research on some forums I found that other people have had problems with the Pioneer drive. If the drive can't be fixed, I'm not adverse to buying an external DVD drive. Unfortunately, where I live there is no brick and mortar stores selling external drives and I prefer to avoid the hassle of getting a drive online and discovering that it does not work with my Toshiba. Can someone suggest an external USB drive that will read and write CD and DVD and is certain to be compatible with my Toshiba?
Thanks for any help,

Try to go to the sony web site and get the last mouse and mouse pad drivers.
If an external mouse, clean and check the batteries if applicable.
If this isn't an external mouse, try an external mouse and see if the problem persists.

This device does not work properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31) in the graphics AMD - 8151 HyperTransport (MC) AGP3.0 Tunnel, what do I do to fix this help please.
Jake
Hey Jake,
Follow these methods.
Method 1: Follow these steps:
(a) restart your computer if you have not already done so. There is always the possibility that the error Code 31 that you see was caused by a temporary problem with Device Manager. If so, a simple reboot can solve the Code 31.
(b) have you install a device or a change in the Device Manager, just as the Code 31 error appeared? If so, it is very possible that the modification caused the Code 31 error.
(c) cancel the change if you can restart the computer and then check again the error Code 31. Depending on the changes, some solutions may include:
Remove or reconfigure newly installed unit.
Restore a version prior to updating the driver.
Use system restore to undo the Device Manager recent related changes.
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/system-restore-frequently-asked-questions
(d) to remove the registry values filters upper and lower. A common cause of errors in Code 31 is the corruption of two registry values in the class of the CD-ROM/DVD-ROM drive registry key.
Note: This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, click the following link. http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/back-up-the-registry

Hello!
I have problems connecting to my network. I stay in a House (not my own) and I can't connect to the network in this House. When I choose the option 'connect to a network', nothing happens. I followed the instructions to display the "Device Manager" and watch the 'map', and he said:
