4 iPad unable to detect the C4599 already connected to the wireless network printer

Hi all, I have a C4599 All in One Printer. I have just set up successfully with a WiFi connection to my router / modem network (infrastructure mode). There is no error message and I can print from a variety of laptops Windows (XP, Vista and 7). I loaded the HP eprint app on my Ipad 4 but it can not detect the printer. Note that the HP site says that this printer is compatible with the App ePrint.

A second and possibly related is that I recorded with the HP eprint service website but I can't get the code or e-mail address for my printer. I can't find any way to turn it on the Web Services on the printer? (The HP site says this should be under Setup > wireless to the printer, but it is not.) There are only options to turn on/off the wireless, testing the wireless and print the wireless network and printer settings (which are all OK > PASS or information).

Any ideas?

Thank you

With the update that has been done to the ePrint application, some of the old printers lost the ability to use this application to print from. The printer would not print directly from the iPad to the printer either. This is a feature called AirPrint. When you have the possibility to use AirPrint, he must place the unit on the same network as the printer, pull up a photo, press the action button on the iPad and then select print. The iPad will then give an option of the printer to print from if there is more than one printer capable of of AirPrint on the network.

The printer cannot produce a code to register and save ePrint due to the age of the printer. Printers that have the ability of ePrint are a majority of those who have been in production in 2010 and later versions. A few Photosmarts who have the ability to use ePrint AirPrint are the 7520,6520 and the 5520. To learn more about these printers, see this link here.

  • Photosmart C6180 cannot detect the wireless network

I have a Photosmart C6180 for over a year, and until recently it connected wireless very well.  But since a week ago, it can't detect the wireless network.  I turned off the printer and wireless router several times each without success.  The "Wireless Setup Wizard" running on the C6180does not help. Watch simply screen printer "looking for... wireless router. "indefinitely, until the function Cancel.  The wireless router is about four feet from the printer, in a direct line of sight.  In addition, I have wireless Internet access using the same router and continue to do this successfully, then the router itself works.  Recently I have updated the firmware on the router as well (after the beginning of this problem).  Running the network Test report wireless on a 'PASS' C6180 returns for "Radio on" but a "FAILURE" for "use of Radio". The radio broadcasts as "about" section of the Menu Radio wireless network.  My router is a Belkin Wireless G Router model F5D7230-4.  The printer prints very well with a wired connection, but wireless connectivity has been a key reason behind my purchase.  Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Sorry, but your wireless radio is dead.  Its time for a new printer.

    Hello

I found the problem that was the printer not to see the SSID of the router.

The wireless channel was on channel 12 for the frequency of 2.4 GHz. While I was looking around I found this Support Page for Nintedo. Point 6 is a mention about these channels with respect to the same problems I was experiencing with the printer.

By changing our channel to channel number 3 number, we could see the wireless network.

It's a bit weird because I thought that the printer has a full specification b/g/n but apparently not?

In any case thank you for your support.

  • Connection to the wireless network printer

My power went market last night and now my Deskjet 3050 a is no longer connected to my wireless network.  How to reconnect?  I don't have a usb cable to connect the computer to the printer.  It's the first time that this has happened - I've had this printer for over 2 years now.

OK, I pulled down the manual and you do not have an installation wizard, sorry. You will need to use a USB cable from the printer and follow the instructions on page 32 of the User Guide to get back attached to your router.

  • Portable Mini 110-1020LA unable to detect the wireless card

Hello everyone, I have studied this error all over this forum and I have still no managed to solve my problem. This error just started poping up a day ago. I was surfing the Internet, when all of a sudden, I get the message that I can't go to the next page because it can't find the server. I thought something was wrong with my internet connection, so I check my router and the modem and everything's fine. My office has internet with no problems. (the problem is with my hp mini 110-1020LA on windows xp sp3 running) when I tried to fix my internet connection, I kept getting the message, "repair unsuccessful, NIC porperly not installed" I didn't even know where is located the network card on this laptop, I never touched him. So what I did restart my laptop and at startup, I get the error message "device of 104 unsupported wireless network found, arrested system.» remove device and restart"what I then did just manually the laptop turn off and restart. everything was fine then I restarted the laptop without any problem and began sailing again without problem. a few hours later, the same thing happens. I can no more surfing the web, my internet is cut and the network card is misssing. I repeat all the steps I mentioned before, and with the exact same result, after restarting twice I can finally get and surf. Now this is getting very annoying because I can either surf for an hour or 10 minutes, I never know when he's going to kick and excluded me from the internet. I tried to update my BIOS as I read in another post, I've updated with BIOS offered for this model, installed, then follow the steps to restore the default bios settings in the bios menu. always without success, after 30 minutes of navigation, it happened again.

is there something else I can do? (which does not lead to a system restore!) I really want to re - install again everythinng everywhere. I have not installed new programs or plugged into any other device to the laptop. the last thing I downloaded was an upgrade from sp2 to sp3, and it was about two months ago.

    any help is greatly appreciated!

you might actually want to reinsert the card wireless on your laptop...

    How di so? Search here...

and to clarify, System Restore is different from the system recovery...

System recovery is where you need to reinstall everthing, system restore just goes back to a previous state that you choose, like time traveling...

    Hello

you see the card wireless as an unknown device in Device Manager? If this is not the case, perhaps that the card was not properly installed after replacing the motherboard.

Sorry I have no other idea.

  • Able to detect the wireless network but cannot connect

    Help, please!

I have a HP Pavilion DV6 using Windows Vista 64-bit.

My network wireless adapter intel is able to detect wireless networks three on my College campus.  I know that these networks is currently (I can access it on other devices and my suitemates can view them on their laptops.

When I double-click a network dialog box appears and informs me that the laptop is currently connected to the network.  After about 30 seconds it says it is unable to connect and an opportunity to try the troubleshooting options (which, alas, never work).  I recently tried to download the latest drivers for the network adapter, but also, it does not work.  The adapter is turned on via the switch on the keyboard and the HP Network Assistant.

    What should I do?

    Hello

You have a few options in my opinion please try these steps can help you solve your problem.

    (1) unplug the battery adaptor & then press on & press and hold the power button for laptop for 30 seconds then switch on and check if the wireless led lights.

    (2) go to Device Manager then uninstall the drivers wireless network card and restart the device and check if the light is on.

    (3) try to do a system restore to the date where unit was working fine.

    (4) Please update the Bios driver & wireless from the HP website.

    (5) click on start search type Recovery Manager, and then click on it once select Yes on user access control, and then select I need immediate help and then select driver and select request recovery driver wireless and install it and then restart the device.

    (6) If you are comfortable with reinstalling the wireless card that will be on the rear panel of your device you can try this steps as well.

If you still have the same issue then you need to call HP tech support and get the replaced part.

    Hello

What the BIOS has been installed on your laptop?
If you use the Toshiba BIOS so there could be an option called configuration of the device.
(it s is available on my Satellite)

You change the option for all devices, you will be able to change the PC Card controller mode. I think you should play a little with this option.
In other cases, the user was able to resolve a similar issue by changing this option.

Please report if you re successful because it would be very interesting for me.

  • laptop can't detect the wireless network

I have a laptop Windows 8 now 8.1 pavilion g6 which was not able to detect wireless networks.

When I try to solve the problems to find a problem it says that there is no problem.

Icon in the lower right shows a monitor with a white cross in a red circle background and has what looks like a cable with a circular head up.

What I am currently using is the ethernet cable to the laptop that is connected to the router which works normally.

Any help will be appreciated, because I need this problem sorted as soon as possible.

Thanks for the reply. While at the time, I have checked devices and other suggestions I've found by using search engines, it seems that he has not solved the problem.

However, I am happy to say that it is now back after I did a system restore which did not take long to complete.

The main problem was he doesn't detect any type of wireless signals and could not get on the internet via an ethernet cable.

I think I can avoid windows 8.1 where there my laptop slowed down considerably since its installation, which can be made wireless connectivity. A problem I have never using 8.

    Thanks again for the advice.

  • WUSB600N detects the wireless network, but fails to register.

    Hi all!

Recently, I bought a WUSB600N adapter for my pc to share a wireless network and internet between the WAG120N router, my laptop and my pc. I installed the adapter successfully in my pc, but whenever I try to connect to the router, it detects the network wireless signl forcefully excellent, but fails to establish a connection. The error indicates that the security key is incorrect or the router is not in the range of availability. As mentioned, the signal is strong and the key is correct. I even removed the security key once and tried to connect, but the results were the same.

So what's the problem? What should I do?

    Thanks in advance.

I finally managed to fix the problem.

I realized that my WUSB600N MAC address is not registered with the router. I tried everything possible and it didn't work... untilI I entered the adapter ' MAC in authorized MAC addresses for the router. and now it works perfectly.

I think I have to get along that the adapter has serious problems with XP in the first installation, but after the have registered manually, it works fine.
