4K @ 60 Hz fichier_ecriture deleted on the bootcamp driver update?

Hello, I currently have a 2015 Macbook pro with a M370x AMD 10 under bootcamp with the graphics driver 6.0 Windows Update installled.

I am running a LG 27UD68-P on the mini display port with an adapter Club3D HDMI 2.0.

This will run out 4K @ 60 Hz very well on Mac OS X and same bootcamp without updating to 6.0 graphics driver was last updated.

Now that I've updated, my refresh rate is only limited to 30 hz, even if AMD Radeon is the maximum resolution supported and the refresh rate is 60 Hz 4K.

I've updated the graphics card drivers previously using the method of unofficial workaround for the AMD driver version, but I re-installed Windows since then and you just want to know if it is possible with the latest updated version? If this is not the case, what would be the next driver update be scheduled for possibly?

Thank you.

No one on the CSA can provide you with a date.

  • Windows Update includes the Toshiba driver updates?

    Hello

Windows Update includes the Toshiba driver updates?

And if yes, do you know what drivers are included in Windows Update and that would be excluded?

    Thank you...

    Hello

Microsoft and Toshiba updates are two different things.
Toshiba drivers are offered by Toshiba, and these drivers are tested by Toshiba. Toshiba has developed a small tool called TEMPRO. This tool runs in the background and look for information on available updates.
All updates of drivers, tools and utilities does not update automatically. It can be done by the owner of the laptop. TEMPRO just pick up info on the net and to inform the owner of the laptop.

Microsoft updates are probably known to you. These updates are Microsoft and Toshiba has no influence on this.
When you check the list of available updates may have included updates to the WLAN/LAN card, driver of the touchpad and device ACPI Toshiba x 64. This is defined as optional updates and cannot be updated.

To be honest you should not update at all. For hardware use drivers provided by Toshiba only.

  • The Windows driver update

    Hi Barbara,

Thanks for posting your query to the Microsoft Community.

It is good to do the research on things that you are not sure of and I appreciate that you posted this on our forum.

For me to better understand the issue and to find the cause of the problem, please answer money questions:

    1. What is brand and model computer?
    2. When did you get this pop-up message?
    3. You did any changes made to your computer , after which the pop-up appeared?
    4. What is the accurate and complete message which is to appear?

To update the drivers, the simplest method is to install through windows updates.

Check the updates of Windows for the latest driver updates.

Check Windows updates if driver updates are available. If so, the same install and check if it helps.

    • Press Windows key + W on the keyboard.
    • Type the updates in the search bar and click the Windows Update icon from the result of the search.
    • In the Windows Update window, click on the link: check the updates from the left side of the window to receive a new list of updates.

If updates are available, install all updates listed there. Make sure that you install all updates including the optional updates.

  • Unable to backup on drive F or deletion of the D drive.

When I try a backup of my F drive, the program uses by default the D drive (which is now complete.  I tried repeatrdly to backup the disk F stand alone without success.  Also I don't know the way to delete the files from D drive.

    I use a laptop Dell Inspiron 1720.

    Help would be very appreciated.

    Hi maryship,

For the backup location change of drive D to drive F, you will need to change the location of backup on the computer.

When you configure your computer to automatically back up files, you specify a location where the files will be stored. You can change this location if you run out of space in the current location or you want to change the type of storage location (for example, a DVD, a hard disk on your computer or a shared folder on another computer on a network).

    1. open the Center to backup and restore by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking system and Maintenance, and then click backup and Restore Center.
    2. click on change settings.
    3. click change backup settings, and follow the steps in the wizard. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

In order to delete the files to the D drive, you will need to delete the files you don't need.
Just right click on the files and then click on remove.

    I hope this helps!

Just the intel graphics in your machine then under cards, Graphics Device Manager right click on the device intel and select the software high element of the page "update driver".  Which automatically turns to the internet and search for the most recent driver.  He can ask permission to load and you should say Yes if so. That's all you should have to do.

  • The graphics driver update failed: 'WindowsUpdate_800705B4""WindowsUpdate_dt000"

A long download and install driver for Nvidia ended with the message of this failure. What should I do?

You should not be installing drivers from Windows Update anyway. I don't know why it failed but maybe because it is the wrong driver for your video card. Often, this happens with the drivers available on Windows Update and is one of the reasons we main technicians say do not install the drivers from there.

Here is some general information about the drivers. Please note the first sentence of the information, which is the most important part.

The first law of Driver Updates is "if it's not broken, don't fix it". Normally if everything works, you want to leave things as they are. The exception is that heavy players usually want to update their video and sound drivers for every last bit of absolute performance of the equipment to get the best frame rate. If you are not one of these people, you need not update your drivers, if there is no problem you're trying to solve.

Never get the drivers from Windows Update. Bring:

    1. site of the device mftr. ; OR
    2. site of the card mother mftr. If the material is on board; OR
    3. website of the OEM manufacturer for your specific machine if you have a PC OEM (HP, Dell, Sony, etc.).

Read the installation instructions on the Web site where you get the drivers.

To find out what hardware is in your computer:

    1. read all documentation that you got when you purchased the computer.
    2. If the computer is OEM, access the site Web of the OEM for your specific model machine and look at the specs (you'll be there to get the drivers anyway)
    3. download, install and run a program of inventory of the free system like Belarc Advisor or System Information for Windows.

Remove the Vista updates; two ways to do this:

Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > System Restore > restore time/choose your own date > next

If you use Norton, disable it before using the system restore.

If it is impossible to enter the Normal Mode, do a Safe Mode system restore:

Press F8 at the startup/power and the list of startup options, use THE ARROW key to select Safe mode > and then press ENTER.

System restore steps according to the info above.

    Also:

    2. click on start > right click on computer > properties > Windows updates down the lower left corner > updates installed in the lower left corner in the next window

    > then click the one that you don't want > uninstall will appear at the top > uninstall it.

  • the NVIDIA driver updates do not work on hp 9228

    Hi all

Can you please provide assistance as follows...

    I have a portable hdx 9228 running windows 7 (1) 64-bit s.p.

The 9228 came home with 32-BIT VISTA (OEM), however, for windows 7, 64-bit Iupgraded about 2 years ago.

After the upgrade, I started to get 'freeze', 'black screen', this can happen in a few minutes or more, and at random, was the only one to turn off the laptop by the power button.

Everything works fine until Itry and upgrade the driver nvidia ' 7.15.11 (13/12/07) for the most recent driver, the fix? ROLL back the original driver, 7.15.11.

Y at - it a fix for this problem? otherwise the phone is really great!

    SEE YOU SOON,.

    MIKE (N.Z.)

Unfortunately, you will need to get the drivers on the HP support download site. However, this computer is at the time of Vista and there is no drivers Windows 7 available for this purpose. Want HP drivers because the drivers are written specifically for this video card and hardware in the computer so that all is not well between them. Sometimes, it is possible to download the drivers from an outside source, but are reporting errors as you seem to be the wall that meet most of the people.
