500 GB StorE TV plays is not some AVI files
Hoping someone can help please!
I recently bought a store TV 500 GB here in South Africa.
The device works perfectly on AV and HDMI, am very happy with it. Except some AVI files that I have that I can play on my PC/Laptop do not play on the TV via the HDMI or AV connection store?
I guess that the AVI files do not match the specifications of the store? If I convert to MP4, what are the best settings, size, encoding format etc. should I use? I use a program called Handbbrake.
Thanks in advance.
:)
There are of course not so many people with a lot of experiences about 500 GB StorE TV so I think that you have to experiment on your own.
Try to convert these files in other formats supported to see how it will work.
Of course, it will be nice if you can post comments to other users. All information can be useful to the forum community.

Windows media player plays is not the wmv files
I installed a new version of AMD Catalyst Software Suite V 12.2.00 08/03/11 and immediately pinned the problem of not being able to run the MWV Media Player files. The media player will turn green and the audio works well. I guess that my old (2008) Dell Studio 540 Intel Core Quad 2.66 Hz machine is too slow for all graphical applications included in the CCC again. I uninstalled the entire update and installed the driver more AMD V 8.950.0.0. Rebooted and tried to execute a file on Media Player WMV. The same problem. I went back to a restore point, until the day before the installation of the new version of the Suite software Catalyst. Then I rolled back to the previous driver V 8.920.0.0. Does not solve the problem.
I finally ended up at this place where someone posted the same problem. I went if the three methods that have been listed.
Method 1: Go to the Play-year-audio or video file FAQ
Result: Nothing useful there.Method 2: Re-save the file and check, it is that it works.
Result: Panel received
DllRegisterServer in successful wmvdecod.dll OKMethod 3: Change screen Resolution. My procedure was different from that used by anyone trying to help the first user. I'm running Windows Vista 64 - bit SP2. I had to go through the display settings, advanced settings. Click on change settings and I received the message: your current display driver does not allow changes need to be made to hardware acceleration settings. I then clicked on the Troubleshooting tab and received the following panel; Catalyst Control Center cannot be started. Currently, there are no settings that can be configured using Catalyst Control Center. No big surprise that I had uninstalled the CCC. Should I reinstall again?
Having listed all the codecs on my machine, I have no idea what to do with them. The only one that seems to apply is WMVideo Decoder DMO.

DVD Creator 2 Platinum randomly "flips" some avi files
When you import .avi files to edit, program randomly "flips" some of the files. Some are returned in any screen, but play correctly in preview, and similarly, some images are returned in the form of the timeline but play correctly and vice versa.

What help do you expect?

For some reason, I can't import files into Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 4.2.1 version .avi video
Whenever I do, I have to play and get an audio track of calm and of poor quality with the video track showing the first 10 ms of the video in the space of three minutes.
In my view, that it must be a codec problem, but I spent hours on other forums trying countless ways for this correction but had no resolution of this very annoying problem. Help, please!
I am running Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit with an Intel Core 2 Duo @ 3.00 GHz (my processor is not to blame) and 4 GB of RAM.
Thanks in advance!
* Note: There is no file created with the .avi files .xmp, yet all my .mpg files have a file .xmp matched with her after his importation to first.
Go to google, type 'free video converter'. This is the first link that appears... "' Free Video Converter - any Video Converter Free Version. This works very well for me and converts the video in its entirety with no logo. Let me know if it works for you.

I received a file video avi. Media Player 11 cannot play even if avi is an accepted file type. The message said something about not having a codec, how can I get the codec for Media Player 11 will play the video.
There are many types of. AVI files... If yours goes
for an XviD file... you probably have the XviD codec. This can be checked by using the free software GSpot:

Windows Media Player crashes on some .avi files.
My media player continues to break up when I try to play some videos then it worked fine there a few days and now its problems on the same files... Absolutely I changed nothing with my computer. I had a virus but my anti-virus got rid of him.
I tried the things:
- Reboot PC
- The reinstatement of some DLL files that Google told me to do
- Difficulty WMP Utility v 1.0
- I have the DVIX Codec, so I doubt it's a codec issue. Also it was working fine a few days ago.

.AVI is a container file and the audio/video and now in which can be encoded with any codec available. Windows Media Player supports all of these default codecs. Therefore, a separate codec must be installed for this purpose. Trying to play with the existing code may crash the application.

I used to be able to import the files avi and making movies, but yesterday he gave me this message

I tried a few different avi files without success. I'm not very computer savy and need help to solve this! Any suggestions?

Windows Movie Maker do not accept avi files
I downloaded Windows Movie Maker 2.6, because it is compatible with Windows 7. This worked perfectly first freezing then began after a while. When I tried to work on a video recently, nothing would download to my collections audio tracks but when I tried to download avi files. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but also to repair but nothing works. I struggled with the program for a week. Can I do to solve this problem?
There are many types of files .avi and many if not most
have problems of compatibility with Movie Maker.Which version of Win 7 are you running?
I was wondering why you use Movie Maker 2.6
instead of Windows Live Movie Maker? What is the duration of these .avi files? (large complex
projects can cause siiues)Have you tried to convert the .avi files to .wmv format
before you import into Movie Maker? In Movie Maker... it may be worth trying to go to... Tools /.
Options / Compatibility tab and disable all filters / OK.Failure to improve the question... go to Tools / Options /.
Left and the Compatibility tab, click on the 'all the default settings.

can not import avi files in the pse12 catalogue
I was wondering if anyone else is having a problem with import avi (my Nikon D5000 video files) in the catalogue of PSE 12.
Windows 7 SP1 with all updates.
The camera is a Nikon D5000
type of file is AVI
Whenever I go to import an AVI (my SD card or my HARD drive) Organizer comes up with the message that it has stopped working and windows is looking for a solution.
I don't shoot much video so it is not a big concern, but it used to work in previous versions of the EP.
Any help with this issue is appreciated.
Ray
I found it does not take much for the organizer of items 12 to shake an organizer of items received to close the message.
Are you sure that there is one on a relationship between your import .avi files in the catalog and the message?
I checked online and found that your camera is probably the record to give you the video files in MotionJPEG.avi. This can be a problematic format in time (especially on the forehead of Premiere Elements). Your camera is equipped with a utility that could introduce the video codec? Sometimes it's a draw on the question of whether the video codec is installed compared to the failure of the program to recognize.
Later.

First CS6 plays is not the Cineform files
I have a few problems in a project basis of cineform. I am using just stock first CS6 and Cineform Studio premium installed. I use a mac Pro, 24 GB of RAM, nvidia card 2008 cheaper stock (not compatible with the CUDA), with Lion installed. I think that my sequence settings are on DSLR quality corresponding to the resolution of the cineform files. There is a chance that they are sequences of office. I started this project later on CS5 and done my sequences here.
The problem is that 2 of the 3 times I opened first, thumbnails of clip timeline attract and when I have the monitor of the reading program is in the black. Audio plays back ok, but clips of cineform on the timeline do not work. If I try to open an item in the source monitor, it will update the file in the project location to show "Media disconnected". The media is there and in the first are linking to. If I try to close the first time affected by the foregoing it does not close and I have to force close it. Only a reboot of the system will be first opens correctly after that.
There are moments where the project opens very well however. I don't see a pattern. If it was a problem of Cineform so I don't expect first to be crashing as if it were. That's why I'm here reported.
This was solved when we officially supported CS6 in the version v1.2, which was June 8.

Stor.e TV + does not accept large files via LAN (W)?
I tested 700 MB files, without problem. But no chance to copy files of more than 1. XX GB? A HD video player with problems, to store large files, is pretty useless, huh?
Anyone else having a problem like this?
Hey Buddy,
Have you tested with different files?
What files are they exactly?
