550 5.7.1 command rejected

When I send to my address eprint, it bounces with the following text:

15.240.60.107 failed after I sent the message.
Remote host said: 550 5.7.1 command rejected

I send a simple message with a pdf file< 1mb="" in="">

Hi aapple1994,

There are a few different things that can cause this error. The most common reason is due to the formatting of e-mail, which, according to your description, does not seem to be the case.

The next question would be the e-mail server's SPF record. The SPF record is a measure of security in mail servers that identifies, by IP address, the mail servers where your domain email does come. If you contact your mail server administrator, you can ensure that the SPF record is up to date. If it isn't, then update the record, or it back to a previous version should solve the problem.

Another possible explanation for this error message, which is the domain of the email (i.e. @company.com) may not match the domain where the email has been sent. For example, if the e-mail address is "[email protected]", the mail server must be "company.com" or at least must end with "company.com"; "mail.company.com" should also work. If the domains do not match, then the best solution that I would recommend is to send e-mail from a provider like Gmail or Yahoo mail.

I know that was a long answer, but I wanted to make sure that I went completely the possible causes of this error. If you have any questions about this or need any clarification on this, let me know.

    Hello @TRA63,

Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. I understand that you are getting emails from rejection when you try to use ePrint. I would like to help.

Without knowing the domain of your email address, I can only really speculate. I'm sure that you don't send to Gmail, or other major e-mail providers. If you are using a corporate email, or something and it is not configured to authenticate outgoing e-mail correctly, it can cause this problem.

I use the following links to test domain names. If the field fails or the other criterion, then it is a DKIM or SPF issue with the mail client.

  • MY more than 8600 HPOfficejet Pro does not print on any e-mail. I added the printer e-catalog, one

I use a HP Officejet 8600 pro, I am running Windows 7 64 bit. I have no error message when I send the e-mail, it just never happens. My e-mail program (link century Mail) indicates that the message has been sent correctly. This is a new printer, and I think that it is put in the right seat. It prints correctly on my email address and I added in e print, but still nothing. I missed a step somewhere?

    Hello dnulgoks,

The error message that you normally receive with the "550 5.7.1" means the area of the address you send from is rejected by ePrint servers because it appears to be spam. This can happen due to a few reasons, but the best way to work around this problem is usually just to use a different email address. Here is a link to another thread with the same question and some suggestions for resolution:

    Help, please!

OK, it seems that your verizon email is sent by the server to yahoo, which is the reason why your messages are blocked. Forwarded messages automatically cannot be printed by ePrint. What you need to do is set up a different e-mail account to try ePrint such as a gmail account (or even an email that goes directly from yahoo.) Let me know if it helps.

  • e print works on an e-mail address, but not others?

    error: "550 5.7.1 command rejected."

I am able to send and print printing e-mail from addresses @hotmail.com and @live.com, but not to @q.com (a domain account main link of century for customers, not a business). I've set up "anyone can send jobs ePrint for this printer." These failed print jobs never appeared in the list of ePrint Center of recent print jobs. I tried to send via Outlook 2010 and through the web of century link based messaging application - both return to me as bounce messages. What happens here?

There are some mail clients supported for ePrint. I've included a screenshot of supported clients. Also, I added a link to useful information on ePrint.

Because the server issuing the error comes from carrierzone.com, you must contact the settings are correct. I suspect it is the name of user/password or of security.

  • Mail server does not accept the Mails of Log (misuse of SMTP command pipelining)

    Hello

my mail server does not accept the ghettoVCB Logmails.

The receiving mail server tells me after:

    503 5.5.0 < DATA >: data command rejected: improper use of the command pipelining SMTP;

I thought it was related to the "of:" and "to:" after the DATA command, but this comment with a # did not help.

It will not work unless I call the last restriction of this param...

    smtpd_data_restrictions = reject_multi_recipient_bounce,

    reject_unauth_pipelining

Is this something that can be fixed in the ghettoVCB script or what I need to with this life?

    So long

    Presssack

EDIT: My guess is that the script just throws the whole mail on the mail server and do not wait it gets permission to send data part... rude boy!

Watch the "Email Backup log (LOAD EXPERIMENTAL grip)" part on the project page. Send you a mail server must support SMTP pipelining.

  • Undeliverable: - Cisco C170 - 5.4.7 - delivery has expired (too old message) [default] "[Errno [54] connection reset by peer" (delivery attempts: 75)

Users just began having problems sending e-mails of Group of 10 recipients or more towards the outside email addresses. Internal email works well. But everything goes to an external address like gmail, yahoo, hotmail and others all come back reshipped 5.4.7... They are able to send 1 at a time or a couple at a time outdoors and they cross very well. We use the Cisco Ironports C170. We have the number of retries set to 100 and time in queue 259200 seconds. We just made some updates on the Ironports... 9.5.0 - 125.

Any help or ideas troubleshooting would be great! We are new to Ironport only one of them was about a year and so far they have been great up to this problem.

    Hello Matt,

Get the message tracking details. This is GUI > monitor > message tracking

Find e-mail, and then click "view details".

According to the newspapers, from what I can tell so far in the blink of an eye, it's a little like an interruption of port 25 which passes on your network, that the emails are delivered, some are arrested with soft bounce (terminals).

From a trial of mxtoolbox, (judging by the tophosts, your internal domain name is besd.net)

We are witnessing ESMTP inspection enabled on your firewall, we can ensure that it is disabled completely, as it is one of the main causes of the problems.

  • Can not send messages on the hotel network, Server error: 550 5.1.1 < * address email is removed from the privacy * > rejected recipient

and impossible to email - they get bounced back with the error, Server error: 550 5.1.1 <*** email="" address="" is="" removed="" for="" privacy="" ***="">recipient rejected, relay not allowed here. "What can I do to fix this?

See if you can access your account via webmail. This way you are not blocked.

Most e-mail providers don't allow you to send from a location which you are not connected through their service. So if you leave the House and connect, then they block to prevent spammers to send through their service. Many have a way around this in the account settings, but only your e-mail provider may indicate what are the appropriate settings, because they are specific to the provider.

  • Email problem: Error 550 - 0x800CCC69 - Message rejected due to the reputation of the sender's IP

    Hello

I have a problem running Outlook Express in WinXP SP3. I can receive but not send an email, I got the error next message when sending email:

Error 550 - 0x800CCC69 - Message rejected due to the reputation of the IP of the sender (or words to that effect, at least)

I have other messages on the forum the impression is that this error occurs usually when there is a suspicion that an e-mail account is used to send the spam, but I talked to our ISP and email provider (this does not relate to a Hotmail address) and they said that there is no problem from their point of view , and it must be something to do with OE. We also checked all the settings of the ISP account and everything is perfect.

    Can anyone offer any help?

    Thank you

This error message comes from your ISP. They refuse to relay messages. Unless you are not connected to your ISP directly, IOW, sending another address through your ISP, they have blocked you.

Remember their service tech and ask to speak to a technician level 2.

P.S. When an error message in question, please copy and paste in your message. Wording right can make a difference.
