5660 want: Instant ink subscribe

I enroll in the instant ink and print 50 pages was charge $ 5 each month, so I decide to unsubscribe and try to just buy cartridge usually. Is this possible or what is the solution for this? I can just buy regular cartridge which c go for $ 35 and I must not be fit into instant ink program.

Yes, you can un-register instant ink at any time if it does not meet your needs.  Once you cancel the instant subscription of ink, you will need to install the standard cartridges.  The printer won't take ink cartrdiges snapshot if there is not an active subscription. See the post here for contact information and hours of instant of ink support.

  • 4500 AIO want: Instant ink sign: no ink.

    Sign up for instant ink:

My Starter ink is exhausted, unable to print information page to allow me to read my claim code to complete the sign instant ink upward. Is there one solution other than buying cartridges that will refute the whole purpose of register.

    Concerning

    Brian

    Hi Brian,.

The printed information sheet may be necessary, you usually sign the service in advance even if you still have ink.

Try these steps and check whether that can help you:

1 click the ePrint button (between the wireless and question mark buttons), check if the address can be recorded on this form (e.g. display information / display address etc.), the code will be in front of @hpeprint.com.

    2. If one of the ink cartridges is empty, remove the ink depleted and print the fact sheet again, it will be printed using ink backup mode.

If none of the migrants does not work, replace the depleted ink cartridge replace ink cartridge and registration service for later use once you ran out of ink in the future.

  • 4501 want: Instant ink on HP Envy 4501

Instant ink cartridges show that they cannot be used on this printer.

What I was doing before the problem is I have reset my printer back to the default settings (forgot my password). The installer of the web services. Then when I try to get the code for the printer gives this error:

Cartridge cannot be used until the printer is ink HP Instant-on.

So with this error I can't print the code.

Is there a way to fix this?

  • 5542 want: Instant ink Plan

Just bought this printer from Q V C the shopping channel. It came with a plan to "LIGHT." However when I tried to record this nothing shown on the web site of HP. So I had to buy the casual plan which costs £1.99 per mth. What happened to the plan 'LIGHT' original as promised? Also no where on the web site of e-mail support.

If you're still having problems with contact HP, I found the direct number for ink instant in the United Kingdom: 0207-660-0596. If the hours are inconvenient for you, then you can contact HP Support on Facebook or @HPSupport on Twitter and they should be able to help. As they are located in North America, Facebook and Twitter support hours should be better for you during evenings or weekends.

Please let me know if you get everything set on your account.

  • 4507 want: Instant ink and eprintcenter account

I am tryint to sign up on the InstantInk and it turned out to be VERY difficult. When I logged in I was told I could not use my ePrintCenter username to connect to connected HP and asked me to create an account with a different email address. I created a new account and tried to register, but I get an error message indicating that my claim code has been used by another account. I guess that's because it is saved under my account ePrintCenter? Also, I am not able to find the menu location for the ePrintCenter GB/United Kingdom/England.

    Hello

The HP ePrint Center is not intended for users from the United Kingdom for some time, the trendy HP should be used.

Search your email associated with the account HP ePrint Center for any mail from HP on the migration of your connected account to HP.

If there is no such email I suggest to disable Web Services for your printer by clicking the button on the printer ePrint (between the wireless and the help button), and then select delete Web Services.

Click on ePrint icon once more and follow the steps to reactivate Web Services.

A new certificate claim code will be printed in minutes, which can be used to record your connected HP printer.,

Note: remember that you will need to select another HP ePrint address once remove web services.

    Kind regards

  • hp8630: Instant ink: Over The Limit

I am considering getting the 8630 with instant ink program.  According to my calculations, I'll print between 600 and 1000 pages.  I have two questions.

Can I buy multiple instant cards ink for a machine?  For example the maps on page 3-300.

Is there a limit to how long on my plan, that I can go?  In other words, if I hit 1000 pages, I just get will pay another $ 28 ($ 4 / 100 X 7)?

If I can do the #2 option that is even more profitable to buy cartridges (I think)

    Any comment is appreciated.

The instant the ink plan allows only a printer by subscription and a single subscription by the printer.

You can print 1000 pages per month if you want - Instant ink FAQ page here:

You can print more pages than your deductible maximum to the plan chosen. Once you print your limit regular pages and pages of turnover compared to the previous month, there is a surcharge for the use of additional pages that are purchased in sets of 15, 20 and 25 pages, according to your plan. All additional pages which were not printed roll over to the next month.

  • ENVY 5660: Instant ink

My printer is empty and I would like to sign up for snapshot of the ink, but the registration process requires me to print a page that contains a code on this matter.  Without ink, I can not print the page.  Is there another way I can get this code?

    Hey @John_Holroyd,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

I see that you are trying to register for instant ink, but have no ink in your desire 5660 e - all - in - one printer. I can help you with that.

To start, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector. Once done:

    1. On the printer, click Web Services icon in the lower left corner of the screen.
    2. If you see a line indicating the status: connected, click again on the machine, remove Web Services, then the Web service icon.
    3. Click on Setup and Yes.

At this point, the printer will print a page. If you do not see a code request or a string of numbers and letters on the page, click the Web Services icon again. On the screen, you should see a similar to [email protected] e-mail address. The claim code is foregoing the symbol @.

Please let me know the results after following the above. If you register, please click on accept solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. The two icons are below this post.

  • WANT 5540: usb connection and instant ink

Waiting for the delivery today of ENVY5540 printer. You want to install on wired network via USB printer and also enjoy the option of instant ink. Is this possible or do I have to configure the printer to connect wireless to the router?

    Hi @daveydd

I think that you don't need to leave the pritner on permanently.

In fact, when printer is turned on and connected to your home network, whenever it prints, the printer will count pages to the subscription type.

If you do not have instant ink service after the trial, don't forget to terminate service scared you get charged for the subscription!

    Enjoy!

  • Want 4520: directions to instant ink

I joined instant ink.  The directions say to make sure that the printer is always online. However, when I turn off the printer completely, the wifi indicator disappears.  Is this to say that instant ink requires that the printer must always stay in 'sleep' mode and is never completely off?

    Hello

Thank you for using the HP Forums.

No, you can turn off the printer.

Make sure you just as you have online at least once every few days, which would be sufficient for the instant ink work.

    Hope that helps!

  • 5530 want: Instant subscription of replacement printer ink

HP sent me a replacement rather than repair printer.  I can't access now myInstant ink cartridges I used with the original printer.  How can I change that, I can end any information online and it's hard to make it sound between 9 and 6.

    Hey @Dolphin14,

Thanks for posting in the Forum from HP Support.

I see that you're looking to reactivate your instant service of ink on an HP ENVY 5530 e-all-in-one printer replacement.  I would like to help.

Essentially, your new printer needs to be "enrolled" in instant ink and will require a few subtleties of an instant ink HP agent account.  This is where your original account is obsolete and your existing HP connected and the printer identification information entered in a new instant ink account.  Note that these administrative procedures are not something you can do for your self as quickly or effectively as an agent, then you will need to reach out for support.  I understand perfectly that the hours are not the best option for everyone.  Fortunately, you have a few other methods at your disposal.

    Here's how:

Click here to log into your instant account of ink.

Then use the following screenshots to navigate your way to all the available support options:

    Click 'contact support '.

Then, fill in all fields to create a deal (I skipped this screen that I didn't post any personal info) - this will lead you to the final screen where you can select Chat or by Email.

Let me know if it helps.  If I helped you to solve the problem, feel free to give me a virtual h.o.t. by clicking the "Thumbs Up" icon below and by clicking to accept this solution.

Thanks again for your post and have a great weekend!

  • Want 7640: Instant ink

Just started with instant ink. message receipt that I'm almost at the limit of my pages. 2 things:

    1. is it a page when printing when nothing prints - what has happened a few times when you try to print a Web page
    2. I can perhaps more ink to 50 pages. Can I continue to use the same cartridges but will start a new month, and the number of print again?

Please notify. Just get the hang of the present.

    Hi cleo214,

I'm glad to hear that you use instant ink!  I think that you will really enjoy the comfort and savings!

    1. instant ink does not count a page when nothing prints.  This is true of paper jams or the white pages.

    2. you can continue to print with the same cartridges.  The plan is just to let you know that you are approaching the monthly number of 50 pages. You're not ink after 50 pages.  If you exceed the 50-page plan will recommend that you go to page 100 per month plan for next month.  It is all adjustable.  There are also pages of report if you do not reach 50 in a month.

  • HP Envy 5660: Instant ink

I just installed my printer by following all directions. In this process were instructions to install the cartridges that came in the box with your printer. You HAVE to do to get the printer started. AFTER that, I followed the instructions to set up HP Instant Ink (what I did) but the instant the ink site will not recognize my ink cartridges or the pages I print saying that "no instant cartridges are installed on the printer.

My Question: How do the instant service of send me more ink ink?

Seems a bit broken for me if you need to configure the printer with what they give in the box and then do not recognize...

The first instant cartridges will be sent in a week or so to register.  You can continue to use cartridges installation until they are exhausted.  The printed pages "will not count" to the subscription instant ink until you subsequently install the new cartridges.

  • HP ENVY 5660: Bad error ink

I have a fairly new HP ENVY 5660 I used ink program instant when I got it. (BAD idea btw since it has never detected the color was out and never sent me a new so he kept trying to print in black only)

I stopped the service, and immediately it detected I was using one of the ink cartridges instant and said I had to get out. Fine. I went and bought new XL cartridges and put them in. I got about 10 printed sheets and then started having a "bad cartridge. Try cleaning the contacts' message. I cleaned the but kept getting the message.

I decided to try the new reg instead of the XL cartridges and still get the message.

I just lost money on 4 ink cartridges and do not think I should buy a new printer, since it is only around the age of 6 months.

Can someone tell me how to clear this message? I tried to turn all market. Is it possible that the program Instank of ink is still running in the background and crashes me to use these ink cartridges?

It's posible dora, you're using regular cartridges on all colors.

Because if your using an instant ink and ordinary ink, which will not work.

Two of them should be regularly ink cartridge/moment.

And you mentioned that this printer is only 6 months, on a technical level, the printer is still under warranty, though wanting to give them a call they should replace your printer.

    I hope this helps.
