6.3 - Windows 10 bridge - error when trying to open application could not start properly 0x00007b

After you install Adobe Bridge 6.3, I can't launch the application as a standalone - get error message request "the application could not start properly (0x00007b). Click Ok to close the application. »
If I run the application Photoshop CC I can launch Adobe Bridge the click file-> Browse in Bridge, then Bridge opens without error.

I just downloaded and installed the Lightroom update version (5.7). When I now try to open the program I get an error message stating "the application could not start properly (0xc00007b). I use Windows 7 x 64 and whenever I run some programs installed, such as Celestia, Google Earth, and DOSbox, I get the message "the application could not start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application. "I think that maybe it's because my x 64 system and these programs being x 86. I have attached a log of HijackThis here and a DxDiag here.
As mentioned in several links in a Google search, this error is probably the result of a (x 86) 32-bit tries to load a DLL 64 bit (x 64) executable. You may need to adjust your path or copy the dll to avoid this problem. For example, my path is configured to search for the x 64 version of d3dcompiler_46.dll (for DX11.1). I am lucky to have x 86 applications that need the x 86 version of this compiler (in fact, I have plans with configurations for Win32 (x 86) and x 64 MSVS). The error dialog when I start the x 86 application. In fact, the error if I try to run Intel (vtune) amplifier on a x 86 configuration.

I had several programs that I've updated (Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Audition, etc.), at the same time. None of the other programs seems to have problems starting.
I uninstalled Adobe after effects Adobe Premiere Pro CC and CC and have the same results, aka, error notice, after reinstalling.
I did some research and do not seem to have found a definitive solution to the problem.
- Can you please help me solve this problem. If you have encountered this problem and it is successfully resolved your entry is particularly useful.
- Can you suggest ways to avoid this, or similar questions in the future. It makes me feel very reluctant to update my software CC if I'm going to experience the hours/days/weeks of delay due to having to solve problems.

I am trying to install Acrobat Pro XI, one a computer running Windows 7 64 bit
Before I install I get the following error:

I left the facility and ran vc_red from the CD from Adobe.
Started to install Acrobat XI and got the same error.
I left the facility and installed vcredist_x64 (Visual C++ 2010 SP1 downloaded from the Microsoft Download Center)
Started the installation of Adobe Pro XI and the same error came.
Has decided to proceed with the installation.
Once installation finished, got the following error:
Closed the error by clicking on 'OK' and clicked on finish in the installation window.
I have tried to run Acrobat and got the same error as above, except that it says error acrobat.exe - application instead of the application error - acrodist.exe.

I did a reinstall of Windows 7 64 bit and installed Acrobat XI pro before I was running Windows updates. Don't know if updates were the cause of the problem before or not, but Acrobat is installed and is functioning normally.
