  I know there is already a post on this topic, but this problem requires immediate attention.  Received an email this morning telling me there was an update of software available.  Plugged into the Desktop Manager and installed.  Went well until that right after the restart.  A frozen everything in closing the restart and from the restoration.  Now, all my data disappeared from my phone, I have no e-mail capabilities, no internet access, etc.  Now when I plug in the Office Manager he's just here saying that it connects to the phone, so now I can't even use a restore point to just run.  Right now I have a phone that has nothing of my data and can only make calls and send texts... might as well have a nokia from the old school!  I use this phone every day to work.  I need to work and so far no feedback of any type for a solution.  And of course you can not contact Blackberry via phone or chat to get help, who don't pee at all!  Between my phone freezing and having need of a hard reboot every day or so for the past month and now the matter today, I'm ready to think about Android.  That I hate because I love my blackberry.  Did someone's Blackberry out there listen to/read such things?  Need to get this fixed fast number.  Help, please!

  Sorry for the mixture to the top. It is under the common files, reasearch of movement, RIMdevice manager or AppLoader (I don't remember which folder). Anyway it must single .exe file and it is one that should be deleted. There is not any other .exe files in another folder. After that, I was able to connect to the Desktop Manager.   So about a month ago I updated my Adobe Creative Cloud system around 2015 and everything was fine... but when it comes to update individual applications some of them would update and others wouldn't. For example, Dreamweaver, prelude, Flash Professional, Media encoder, edge animate... whenever I try to update these applications it rpet installation error and I have to contact customer support. The only error code it gives me is (-55). I don't know what to do, I have uninstalled apps that are not updated and tried to reinstall, but it did not work. I don't know what is happening with apps, I've never had this problem before. Help, please?

  Error - 55 is a connectivity problem.

• CC Adobe Premiere Pro export excruciatingly slow... Help, please?

  Hi guys, the project of a school in a few hours and I have struggled with premiere pro for nearly 15 hours on a 15 minute video. It's pretty basic, a few images and pictures in 1920 x 1080, but for the life of me will not export this thing. It starts very fast but slows to a crawl and then curls up and stops. My system is not pulling punches: i7, 3770 16 gb 1600 mhz ram, k-2 x 780 ti. Any suggestions? I'm dying here.

I got a clip that was about 3 instances of Gaussian blur, adobe was very unhappy about it and refused to make this (even after a line of four hours , he was stuck).   I capture video games using Youtube channel for a game, been working on it for 9 months now. Today, I've updated my Adobe Premiere, I use capture software AND the K-Lite Codec pack. I shouldn't have updated three of them all at once. Argh! Now, first will not import the old footage I captured with D3Dgear. The videos were AVI1 files with Fast V2 of MPEG - 4 codec. I can deal with that.

  This first is worse, and my biggest problem is, matter of mp4 files with audio files that I exported from first since last year. I use the "H.264 - HD Youtube720p" preset when exporting, as well as the audio is AAC Codec, 48 kHz, stereo. Why this can happen? How can I check / fix this?

  Not a good idea. Should not be installed in the first place. Codec Pack are known to spoil the codec on your computer.

  Sapphire 7750 is the best low profile card I know. There is no need of current auxiliary and is compatible with your power supply.

  SA makes a 7750 as well, but it requires more space and I don't know if it is compatible with your frame.

• Trying to get Essbase Client 11.1.2.3 for Linux 32 bit, need help please

  I'm running a 64-bit RedHat Enterprise Linux 6.4 system and have an application that requires that the Client of Essbase 32-bit libraries to connect to a server instance Essbase 11.1.2 11.1.2.X.

  Go by reading the messages of the forum for the past couple days, I came to understand that Oracle Essbase 11.1.2 no longer ships a client Linux as a separate assembly, you must therefore install the complete Essbase server and then extract the files of the client out of that use.  So I'll try to get the correct bundle of downloaded files to the same get the installer to launch correctly so I can choose a minimum installation, including the components of the client, but I can't get correct zip files, I almost, but there is always some missing, and the instructions I found seem to refer to 11.1.1.X versions which have changed a bit in the 11.1.2.X version.

  Can someone please help me understand what still me get installation running and how to extract the client libraries?

• Export of photos after editing? -Help please!

  Hi all, first post and all that...

  I recently started using lightroom 3, but I can't export my edited files.

  I added the files to lightroom from their original location on my external hard drive, made the necessary adjustments, but I can't seem to get copies of my modified photos then.  I want to send to someone, but when I go through the process of exporting to a file on my desktop, they come out in their original unedited format.  I worked on how to export to facebook/flickr, but they lose their size and quality in this way.

  I'm sure that it is something very simple, so apologies, but if someone could talk me through how I can duplicate and export my modified photos from lightroom to my office, that would be amazing!

  On the Library tab, first ensure that you are. And then in the left pane, select the SERVICES of POST section, click just to the right of the text services publish. Once you see the drop-down menu, click the Manager text publication. Bottom left of the box, click Add, and then select the hard disk "VIA the SERVICE. On the right you will get options on the question of if you want your images converted to JPEG or another type of file, size, naming etc etc.   Once you do all the things you will see the drive created in the publishing section, you're going to drag all the changes you want saved in the hard drive, then click on publish and you can find the files in the folder specified in the options, hope that helps.
