  I put the iTunes from the copy folder in the folder under my name of user NAS.  My only options are:

  SMartWare

  TImeMachineBackup

  can I somehow do it copied on the conduit of the root and not in a folder?  Any help would be appreciated.

  I don't have a WD NAS, but other messages that I get the WD has print server software to serve as a library as a shared item. Maybe that's what you see?  I have heard others mention small houses or anything like that when they ask about it to a normal hard disk.

  To move a library you copy just the Media folder, you copy the folder iTunes integer.

• Set to automatic update has affected my iTunes software

  My PC recently received a big aut-update to Windows 7. When it is installed, my iTunes software has stopped working.  Double-clicking the icon has no effect (beyond see the hourglass - now the circle - appear for a short period).   Go to Services and then DISABLE the Hello Service. Then, restart Windows. Hello to restart Windows Service should not be running, and you should be able to use the Windows Installer Cleanup utility and complete uninstallation.

  Now, download the version of iTunes again and see if you can install it and get it working again.

  A. What is the exact error message?

  B. recent changes made on your computer?

  C. you are able to connect to Zune and iTunes using other internet browsers?

  Check that your Date, time, and time zone are correct.

  1. click on start

  2. click on Control Panel

  3. click on "Date and time".

  4. click on the button to change Date and time

  1. If the Date and time are incorrect.

  5. click on the Change time zone button

  1. If the time zone is incorrect

  After making the changes - restart the computer, and then run the Zune software and see if it fixed the problem - assuming that the Date, time and timezone were incorrect.

  I am running Vista and have been broadcast itunes successfully until recently when he all of a sudden wouldn't start.  When I run itunes it says that quicktime is not loaded.  I've deleted and reinstalled Quicktime and itunes without success.  It is the most recent version of these programs.  QuickTime does not start as a stand alone.  As I said, everything was going well until I went to do a upgrade for our iphone and itunes.  I was on the phone with Apple 6 total hours and sent the log files and they can not find any problem.  Also disabled all fire walls and antivirus software before installing.  Even tried older versions of itunes and quicktime.  This has happened for almost 2 months now.  Frustrated!

  Assuming that you have a valid SIM card in the phone, it is more often symptomatic of a phone that has been hacked or jailbroken to unlock.
