  SMS is a function of carrier, contact them and let them know that their service does not work on your phone.

  Hi, I've looked everywhere and even phoned Apple customer service to try to solve this problem, but have failed.

  I can't receive SOME Android user texts but other ADCs. If it was all Android users it would be understandable, but just next to some really gets to me.

  Is your iPhone jailbroken? Everything is possible on jailbroken devices. For me, it looks like obvious scam message. Consider changing all passwords.

  If you back up data on a regular basis will restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.
