  Same thing here.  Tried Chrome and Internet Explorer.  By clicking on the button download for shows me the creative cloud window, where I can choose to download all the apps CC, but Lightroom is not in this list!  Just signed up for Lightroom/Photoshop after the end of my trial.  I would like to have access to what I paid for!

  Can you please try and restart your machine and then check? If nothing happens, please navigate to tools > Adobe installers to find Creative cloud installer or go to Applications > creative cloud > uninstaller Creative Cloud and then uninstall the product from there.

  Once completed the uninstall, see Creative.adobe.com and then reinstall the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application.

  Search on Google for a few days now, seems to be a rare problem I have found only ONE thread referring to a problem like this

  Problem:
  Boot Manager does not load
  Case 1: Start (with Toshiba logo) screen-> I press F12 for the Boot Manager. Nothing happens, and initialize routinely at the login screen, as if nothing had happened.
  Case 2: Splash screen-> in the crazy frustration I spam the button F12. The computer remains frozen in the home screen for hours otherwise force-closing
  Case 3: (this can be linked) by pressing the button F3/F8 works, but only if I wait 5 seconds. If I press immediately after starting the computer, the screen freezes again and remains frozen. In addition, it will NOT display the live cd USB drives / bootable, that I plugged in; o

  Details:
  I have Vista Home Edition 32-bit
  I've never reinstalled it, and I want to keep avoiding a complete reinstall if it isn't necessary because most of the problems can be resolved without having to reinstall and it's a pain in the _ to save everything, save parameter files and all that.

  Reinstall would be a waste of time because, as I already pointed out, the problem is not in the operating system. It has everything to do with how Toshiba implements access to their volume of recovery and absolutely nothing to do with the operating system. Your best chance of resolution is the manufacturer.   I'm working on our catalogue on INDesign CC 2015, I have a links to my libraries, I worked every day without any problem. I work on a Mac and Win system, I put the file on my disk hard or on files of cc.

  It seems to me that you can have to deal with a virus\malware infection.  You can watch these threads discuss virus problems and see if you are able to detect problems, that I suggest you use an online scanner (if you are able to) and scan your system.

• Introduce the button does nothing

  I have a form created in Acrobat 9 Pro, which has a configured for mailto send button: my aol address.  If I open the file in Adobe Acrobat Pro local, fill in and press the "submit" button, it brings up a sign asking me to select my mail app, which he started, creates the mail and once I'm in my e-mail program I can send it and it happens.

  Preview has bad support for PDF Forms. It's Apple's fault, and there is nothing you can do about it besides does not use.

• Problem with Y550 Wireless: Wireless button does nothing

  Got this Y550 (used), a few days ago. When I got there, the wifi worked well. Then it stopped working, I reinstalled Windows 7 (Lenovo recovery CD), then every time I turn on the wireless button, it just does nothing. No wifi signal, it's like a dummy button. Here's what I've tried so far:

  1) updated the driver and BIOS (Intel Wifi link 5100 AGN)

  (2) for configuration towards the top of my network and sharing Center, and whenever I tried troubleshooting, it says 'enable wireless function '.

  It's as if everything doesn't work anymore. The laptop says stil it's under warranty, but I don't know if I can do anything with the guarantee (second user).

  My other lenovo G550 has the same problem. But it is always connected to the wired router, but still, I would like to know what is the problem and how to fix them. I searched the forum for Y550 wireless problem, but has not really helped. Should I change the wireless card, on each of them? Thanks in advance

• Improved from 3.6 to 8. Firefox 8 keeps wiping my stored passwords and sign-ons. I continue to add their return (file signons3.txt & sign). In addition, private browsing does not work. I press the button and nothing happens.

  Don't know if this can help, but in any case, I have a Mac, OS X 10.6.8 and until that I've upgraded to Firefox 6 everything worked as expected.
