  I don't think this is working. Please note that we are not talking about some simply application that can be copied and exchanged.

• Touchscreen driver update problem

  So, I have a HP tm2t touchscreen, Windows 7. Everything works fine, except for the button; is not serious if I try to touch it with your finger or the stylus, it wouldn't recognize it. I tried all the stuff mentioned in other articles, still does not not + if I want to update the driver (Control Panel-> hardware and sound-> Pen Tablet properties-> download driver update), a windows pops up saying "windows cannot find ' @C:\Program c:." Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again."

  The pilot (Nextwindow Voltron Touchscreen) updates automatically after the installation of Win 8 RTM when you only run Windows Update routine. At least in my case it did, and it works fine.

  Touchscreen drivers use the Human Interface Device (HID) Protocol to communicate. If you look in Device Manager they will appear here.  Here is a link that might help.

  You can try to use the Windows Update Troubleshooter to fix all drivers that did not come through for Windows.  Please restart the laptop twice to make sure that all updates are completed!

  I imagine the inconvenience that you are experiencing and will certainly help you in the right direction to solve the problem. However, I would be grateful if you could answer a few questions to refine the question in order to provide you with better assistance.

  1. The issue has started happening recently?
  2. You did it any significant hardware or change software on the computer before this problem?

  This problem occurs when there is that no updated drivers are there for the material. As you have tried most troubleshooting including reset, I suggest you try to install the updated for touchscreen drivers and chipset drivers and check if it helps.

  Method 1:

  Uninstall and reinstall the driver for Interface devices and check the issue. 

  Follow the steps below to uninstall the drivers.

  1. Press the Windows key + X , and then select Device Manager.
  2. You can search for Devices of Interface and expand it.
  3. Right-click on the Devices of Interface and select Uninstall.
  4. Restart your computer. Windows will install the generic drives after reboot.

  Look for the question, if it persists the passage to the next method.

  Method 2:

  Uninstall and reinstall the chipset drivers and display drivers.

  Follow the steps in method 1 to uninstall display drivers and chipset drivers but it does not restart, you need to download the driver from the link below.

  I put t know how to help. Toshiba doesn't support this old Satellite for Win8 and hardware manufacturer doesn't support graphics card too.
  If something exists doesn t how do you find it for you.

  I have Satellite A300 and I agreed that Win7 is the limit for this machine. It works perfectly and it's OK.
  WIN8 is the new generation and of course we need better and more recent material for it.

  Here are the specifications of your HP tm2-2052nr laptop. According to the specifications, it comes from the factory with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. You must have created a set of HP recovery disks when you set up your computer. These discs would restore the system to a factory like State in a situation like this.

  Drivers for your system are located HERE , but I have not found a 32-bit driver for the touch screen. If you wish to order discs of HP recovery, call or email HP customer care to order.
