7520 new stuck in the installation phase. Print head move load ink cartridges

I'm stuck in the new phase of printer configuration. After running through the commissioning of questions and I opened the cover to charge the ink cartridges and the print head did not move. I ran across several reset process... Unplug the printer. Wait 60 seconds and plug it in again. Browse the configuration... Unplug the printer... more.

This printer does not seem to be any cartriages.

Hey JohnTT,

Sometimes, these printers come with packaging that holds the printhead completely to the right at the gas station.  This avoids damage to the product during shipping.  You see all plastic parts orange that it may contain in place or Blue Ribbon?

So, have you tried the carriage to the right hand?  Can it be moved or is it blocked?

If the printer still will not release the print carriage after the power cycles and move it by hand, then I suggest you return the product and return to the retailer of purchase or by calling the HP Technical Support to see about a replacement.  The phone number for the USA / Canada residents is 1-800-474-6836.  If you are not in this region, click here.

I hope this helps.

PC claims service pack1 cd with file asms

When you use service pack 2 cd can not load product catalogues, it is fatal error, the Setup logs files should contain more information.

Why not integrate Service Pack 2 and Service Pack 3 on her XP CD by following the instructions here (using another PC):

    http://en.community.Dell.com/support-forums/software-OS/w/microsoft_os/1443.aspx
Copy all data on an external hard drive, do a clean install using the XP CD updated (preferably on the BIOs)
Then, install the drivers from the system, then Microsoft Security Essentials, Windows 7 Firewall Control (XP free Version) and Malwarebytes' AntiMalware (free or Pro) or whatever you prefer security.

  • Equium A300D-13 x stucks on the installation screen

Recently, I sent my laptop (Equium A300D-13 x) back to the Toshiba to fix because it was overheating and cutting.

She came back today and when I turned it on I got the screen where I was asked if I wanted to go in safe mode or start Windows normally.
Then it goes to a screen where it says, * complete the installation may take several minutes.

Please do not interrupt or shut down the computer! *

I waited all day today and I'm still stuck on this screen.

Someone had the same problem? And if so, how can I solve this?

    Hello

I've recovered my laptop several times and the installation always goes smoothly.
But of course this installation problem could happen still and I think that you should just repeat this procedure.

If you have n t Toshiba Recovery disk then try to recover the laptop using the recovery of HARD drive option.
Just press F8 while turning on laptop.
Then choose fix my computer. Then a new window will appear and you can select the new option called Toshiba HDD.

    Check it out!

  • Try to format and do a clean install of Windows Vista on an old my computer HARD drive at home to be placed in a new Tower. The installation does not start.

Try to format and do a clean install of Vitsa on an old my computer HARD drive at home to be placed in a new Tower. DVD starts up fine and then goes into an endless loop of the repair system that continues to check the c: / drive to find errors. Why is the installation does not start? I know that the folder c: / drive has Vista OS on it from my old compuetr. I want to wipe off immediately and start cleaning up.

original title: try to install clean vista

You must set your BIOS to start on the DVD from the beginning to the top.

You have a good DVD of Vista (OEM/upgrade or full version) and NOT only a recovery disk provided by the manufacturer of the PC (or you burn you).

For a DVD upgrade, follow the method here and make sure you format your HARD drive thanks to the tools of "advanced install" on the DVD.

    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/68767-clean-install-upgrade-Vista.html

If you have a full version of Vista rather than a version upgrade then just do the first part of the above procedure.

None of the tools of recovery works. I tried to put the Windows Vista CD in the drive and it never does on the disc to run the CD, even when I choose, "run from CD".

Are there other methods to stop the update process?

Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

    See you soon.

If the above does not work, try to make a Bootable ERD to do a Startup Repair:

As is the case with most computers/laptops these days, they do not come with good Vista disc to repair only the recovery disks.

As your grave in the category above, download the ISO on the link provided and make a bootdisk of it.

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

You can make a tool to restart system, System Restore, etc. with it.

Read all the info on the website on how to create and use it.

    http://NeoSmart.net/blog/2008/Windows-Vista-recovery-disc-download/

    ISO Burner: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html

It's a very good Vista repair disc.

You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.

There is not a disk of resettlement.

And the 32-bit is what normally comes on a computer, unless 64-bit.

  • Replace a hard drive in dv6 but is not completed the installation phase

I replaced my hard drive with a disks recommended by an expert from HP in this forum, and he seemed fine. After starting with my #1 recovery and loading of each disk when you are prompted, I got the final guest/message: "preparation of the recovery is complete. Remove the system recovery media. Once the computer is restarted, the installation of recovery process will begin... Support on continue restart the computer. "When I hit the"Continue"button, the screen went black as if it has been restarted. But instead, a black screen with the HP logo in the centre appeared, with the text: "Press ESC for Boot Menu" in white letters in the lower left corner. Waited about half an hour, and then you press the ESC key, but it changed nothing. Same screen HP. And that's all - nothing else has happened. I left it on all night, thinking perhaps that it takes time to get there, but in the morning, the same screen was there and my phone was hot as if in use. So I turned it off right there. What would not, and that I should try now?

Turns out that I don't need to download the Microsoft Windows software and then struggle to find the right drivers, thank God. My recovery discs works perfectly after all.

Having read tons and tons of forum posts about this problem, I finally found a solution that worked really - posted by another user, GoodTimes81 (thanks!). This solution is pasted below (with numbers and an additional note added by me):

    (1) put the recovery disk #1 in and

    (2) when the Recovery Manager screen loads, you will get a few options, but the one you want is the command prompt (which appears after you select "Run a computer check.")

    (3) in the command prompt, I typed bootrec.exe/fixmbr, you press on enter and waited it says the operation completed successfully.

    (4) I typed bootrec/fixboot and then you press on enter and again waited until he said the operation has completed successfully.

    (5) after having done that I left the command line, restarted my computer and waited until my recovery disk #1 loaded up again.

    (6) then, I chose the recovery system to the Recovery Manager screen and went through the process of insertion of disks 1 to 4.  When the 4th disc is complete, it says remove the recovery disc and press on continue, which I did, then it restarts, except that this time it restarted and actually started the installation and facilities it is supposed to do and has completed the recovery process.
    _________

The other user said these steps solved the problem for her, and they could work for you. Finally, they worked for me, except after step 5, the recovery disk #1 would not load again. I received an error message (the black screen, white letters) mentioning a problem of location startup (sorry, that I did not write down exactly what he says). I pressed the button power to restart, but got the same error message.

So I pressed the button to power again but this time, you press F11 repeatedly until I had a menu of options. The option to boot was F9, then I pressed F9 and selected "CD/DVD player" (which I had already done elsewhere earlier in the process, but maybe it had reset after entering the command request?) and then restarted again.

This time, it worked, and I was back in step 6 above. Load the discs one at a time (note: I have 7 discs instead of the 4 mentioned by another user), and after that the disc was done and I got the prompt to "Press continued to restart", it restarted and he proceeded to load all the software, drivers, etc as it is supposed to. Yay!

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Windows Vista Answers.

It seems after the installation of Service pack 2 for Vista, you get a message stating that the computer is installing Service pack 3 of 3 step, and it appears on every reboot start.

You can try to remove Service pack 2 from the computer and install the stand-alone version of Service pack 3.

To remove Service pack 2 access the link below and follow the steps:
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/948537

To install the stand-alone package of Vista SP2, access the link below and download the file to the desktop. Later, run the installation of Service pack 2 from the office.

Try disabling the security software and install Service pack 2.

If the problem persists, please respond back with the details:
Was your computer pre installed with Service pack 1?
You have a security software on the computer?  If so, the name of manufacturer of security software.
You have the external devices connected to the computer during the update?

Hope that would help us solve the problem.

  • Dv6 envy: Envy HP dv6 stuck to the screen or auto repair of loading

Recently, my computer crashed and said that it needs to restart to solve a problem. After it restarted, he tried to go into repair mode but now it gets stuck either try to repair or to the HP loading screen.

I ran a few tests using the UEFI BIOS program and he said that there is an error with the hard drive. Before that, I was trying to back up an iPhone on iTunes. The failure of the UEFI code is 9gc72m-6j489x-qfpjw1-60tl03

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Anthony,.

    You are welcome

It is relatively cheap replace HARD drive.

The player at the link below is an example of one that would be perfect for your laptop.

750 GB hard drive for laptop.

The procedure to replace the hard drive begins on Page 66 of your & Maintenance Guide.

About reinstalling the operating system on the new drive, as the machine has been previously upgraded to 10, a hardware profile (digital rights) will have been saved by the activation servers.

As long as the previous installation of Windows 10 had activated Ok after the upgrade, you just create your own installation media and perform a new installation of Windows 10 as stated in the guide on the following link.  Note: On the activation screen, select "I have not a product key" - Windows will activate automatically once installation is complete.

    http://www.howtogeek.com/224342/how-to-clean-install-Windows-10/

For all that recover your files from the drive failing is concerned, one possibility would be to place it in an external enclosure - is an example of the link below - connect to another PC and see if you can access your files.

External 2.5 HARD drive caddy ".

    Kind regards

  • Printer says I have ink cartridges in the wrong housing but they are not

I have a printer HP Photosmart 7510 who keeps saying that I have the cartridge in the wrong slot. All 5 are in the correct locations.

Take a look on the link following which treats problems ink cartridge.  Click here  You did most of these, but do not yet made steps.  The link suggests you clean the contacts again.  Make sure that the cartridges are level with each other.

If this does not help, I suggest you do a reset of the ink system.  To do this, remove the printhead and ink cartridges.  See this link.  Close the access of transport cover.  Follow the reset instructions in the following link.  Click here  Once the printer rear lights up and indicates that the print head is missing, reinstall the print head.  Close the access door.  When the printer indicates one or more of the ink cartridges are missing, reposition one of them and close the access door until the cartridge shows.  Repeat the process until all the cartridges are reinstalled.  This aid?
