  • Large format HP Officejet 7500 a: print head for my large Format HP Officejet 7500 a

    Hello

I have a printer of e-all-in-one large Format HP Officejet 7500 a - product E910a No.: C9309A serial no: [personal information deleted]

I need to replace the print head.

I found this on HP page http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02271166 they said it use the CN643A

On a support HP cat, what they said use CN642A.

On another page of HP, they said use CH638A.

The CN642A is now 5 HP564 ink cartridges, but still the HP web page said that it will work in my HP Officejet 7500 a large format using the HP920 cartridge.

I found other heads of printing on the web article CD868-30001 model number and on the web page of HP were unable to match the part number for a list of available models.

Now my big question including the number of pieces to the correct print to my printer head?

    Hello

I offer my apologies. It should have been if your printer uses 4 ink cartridges, type CN643A

Please click HERE to access the document to see what print head fits into your printer.

Check under Solution 4: replace the print head.

Step 2: Order the print head

    He states:

If your printer uses 4 ink cartridges, type CN643A

If your printer uses 5 ink cartridges, type CN642A

Please ignore my previous post where I suggested CN642A.

  • HP Officejet 7612 large Format: Stuck ink cartridge support

I changed my ink to a printer large format HP7612, and now it seems that one jumped back when the truck went all the way to the right and now is stuck. How can I fix?

    Hi @wkwood,

@DocCottle will be out until next week, but I thought that I will answer to save you time waiting for an answer.

Here is the document of support for this printer is not turned on - printer does not turn on.

If the 'Transport Jam' document provided by @DocCottle did not help and your printer is still under warranty I would contact HP Technical Support. What you can do, is to use the following link to create yourself a file number, then call and it can help to expedite the appeal process:

Step 1. Open the link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Step 2. Enter the product number or select Auto detection

Step 3. Scroll up to "still need help? Fill out the form to select your contact options.

Step 4. Scroll down and click on: contact HP options - click Get phone number

File number and phone number are displayed.

If the printer is out of warranty, you may be able to get transportation released with a small "MacGyvering", if there is no guarantee to worry about urination.

When you do anything inside the printer that you want to unplug the printer for safety, but you want the trolley in the unlocked position, then turn on the printer and open the cover of the transport area before unplugging the printer.

I realize that with the trolley completely to the right is not easy to see what you're working with, but if you have something flat and long, like a ruler, perhaps there is a way to slide in on the top of the cartridge enough to push toward the bottom of the cartridge that has popped up and pull the hand trolley.

I hope that you are able to get it out.

  • Large Format HP Officejet 7500 a: old options for printer recycling

My all-in-one large format Officejet 7500 a has a broken belt print head.  There are also problems scanning that I decided to replace rather than repair it.  I live in a small town where there is no recycling options.  I'm looking for a way to get rid of the all-in-one former official.  Make a donation to repair/rehabilitation, a free recycling center, etc..

Had to do a little research but found this.

This is not a program I know nothing other than what I read on the page.  Looks like it is for the United States.

This happened to me... Printed from a PDF document was gray and pink text and vector images. So, I need to print in color, not gray. less advanced in the print dialog box, I selected preserve primary CMYK and gray gray as K - only treat and preserve black. All three must be selected.

  • Large format HP Officejet Pro K8600 printer won't print larger sizes, more

I created a document editor of 13 "x 19". 13 x 19 ". I am trying to print and paper size continues to go to 4 x 6. I went into the settings of the printer and entered the two fron the tab general and on the Advanced tab in the 'printing preferences'. I set the size of paper 13 x 19, which is a standard size of large format. No matter what I do, I will go back to the Publisher and the printer is trying to make the paper 4 x 6.

I thought that I would like to beat the system by recording format TIFF and printing from photoshop or lame windows Printing Wizard photo, IT FACT WITHOUT DIFFERENCE, THE PAPER SIZE WILL NOT LET ME print 13 x 19 PAGES! I'm at my wits end. I downloaded the latest drivers, but don't really expect, this change anything since I "ve could print this page size in the past, using this driver. Does anyone else have this problem and it was resolved? Thanks in advance for your help.

BTW, I'm printing to a system with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. I don't know if it's a question of Windows 7, a 64-bit Office, but it is certainly a driver HP problem. I tried to print using MS Publisher 2010, Windows photo gallery and Adobe Acrobat X and Photoshop 64 bit CS5.5 photography.

I found the answer in another post that did not come with my initial search. In case anyone else needs to know, just go to your printer properties, Advanced tab, click the print processor, then select the WinPrint processor.

Click OK and apply/OK and you should be OK to print on paper large format again. I had to restart my spooler service, but only because I had a bunch of items in my queue that wouldn't not delete

  • HP Officejet Pro 8600-general printer error

A sign on the printer came up to say that I had to fill two of the printer color cartridges.  I did, and then a message pops up saying that he had a problem with "ink system.  This was followed by a message that says General Printer Error "."

I was advised to put off the printer, then unplug it, without success.

I took the ink cartridges and repositioned them and put them back again without success.

I contacted HP support, put my serial number and was informed that my warranty was expired.

    What do you suggest me?

    Hello Busyasabee,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! I understand after having to change the cartridges on your HP Officejet Pro 8600, you now get a general print error "ink system.  I see that you have completed the troubleshooting steps base without success.

I have a recommendation which is mine only and not that of HP, because your HP JO 8600 has a removable print head, you can try to rinse the print head. I had other members of the community to use this method and have been able to print correctly after.

Now, the video, I send, suggest to buy their cleaning kit. This is not necessary, you can use water and SOAP. If you don't feel comfortable withdrawal and rinsing of the print head is ok, but it's the only other suggestion I have that the printer is out of warranty and troubleshooting of all has been done.

  • OfficeJet 7612 large format: officejet 7612 windows 8

We recently purchased one of these * monstrosities for our home and it works fine, as long as we do not attempt to print several pages at a time.
We organize two identical Windows 8 workstations, connected to the printer via wifi on our network router. We were able to print without problems with the PC, colors and shades of gray, but when attempting to use double-sided printing (I think we should have it with the greatest accessory supplied with the device, but I'm not complaining, we are able to do it manually) or print several pages at a time, we receive the error "send to printer" on the printer dialog box and it causes printing to cancel even though it seemed that it was printing very well.

I and my partner are not too upset with that, but it's frustrating to have to constantly print one page at a time and put it in the printer so that it will print two-sided for us.

    Hello

To eliminate any hardware problem, try placing several blank pages on the top of the charger page, select copy and set the duplex option, and then try to copy in duplex mode and check the results.

If the copy is successful, try to install the patch which may be applicable:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/3000461/en-us

Try it and tell me if that helps get the problem resolved.

If the copy fails thus clarify please.

Hi people, I currently have an HP 1220C printer, which gives me the ability to print on A3 if necessary. I think to change the wide format Officejet 7110, which fit itself within the space left by the C. 1220 however, on research into the 7110, I find that you can also buy the "HP inkjet duplex accessory automatic printing, which I understand will allow printing on both sides. • Carriage of large format HP officejet 7000 does not transfer to the center when lid lifted

the carriage does not move to the center when I lift the lid on my officejet wideformat 7000.  I've tried everything.

Make sure you unplug the power cord first and then see if it moves freely.

Then you could try to connect it to the top and do the same thing.

Something can block it moves. A lot of times, he has a small piece of paper stuck on the right side of the cart, preventing them from moving.
