Is there a way to print a fax at the same time the digital fax is running, I want to print incoming faxes and sent them to a network folder at the same time?

Hello Bostonchamp,
Welcome to the HP Forums.

To quickly answer your question, yes you can install printer to print faxes enter your network folder. There is an option in the configuration of the digital fax that asks you if you want to print the fax as well. Click Yes, and you should be able to print it. Here is a document to help: Setting Up Digital fax HP to save received faxes on your computer.

Where can I download windows drivers for the printer HP Officejet Pro 8600Plus 8?

I think I see what's happening. You have recently upgraded to Windows 8, and you don't have to uninstall and reinstall the software for your printer for the new OS. Now, nothing works as it should. Fortunately, this is a fairly simple solution. Uninstall the printer software and reinstall it using the packaging designed for Windows 8. I'll link the software below. Let me know what happens.

What impression Apps is appropriate/better for a Galaxy 10.1 Notebok for a wireless network / using printers HP Officejet Pro 8600Plus?

    Hello

    There are few applications,

the first is HP ePrint, allows you to print on the same network,

b the second HP AiO called remote, it allows you to use Cloud print,

    (c) the third one called HP Scan and Capture, allows you to scan. It can run as a stand-alone application.

You can use Google Play/store to install these applications.

    Kind regards.

  • How can I poster print using my officejet pro 8600plus? My 8500 had this feature.

How can I poster print using my officejet pro 8600plus? My 8500 had this feature.

Yes, the Officejet 8500 driver works at full capacity on the Officejet 8600.

You do not remove port 8600, you just right-click on the Officejet 8600, select properties from the Printer Ports and simply find what port the 8600 uses.  After writing this down, click Cancel to quit this game.  I suggest that you let the Officejet 8600 driver installed, you can install the version with the Officejet 8500 driver and simply select the printer you want to print time.

HP 8600 more how can I remove an email address from the address book?

The best way I found was in the SAP. Go to the icon on the printer wireless and get the ip address of the printer. Do IP in the address bar of your web browser and you will get a page of the printer settings. On the left you should see out e-mail profiles, once you click you should get address book on the left.

    Finally a resolution...

I tried running an ePrint of New York telephone, and it worked, but still no luck wirelessly from the PC printing.

He said that the WiFi was indeed working.  So, I did a search for new firmware and found that there was one in April of this year (2016).  Downloaded and took a chance on install.  To my amazement, it is actually installed on the printer without any connection "connected".  Who told me that there is an existing wireless link.

Once the install is complete firmware, I tried to print a worksheet Excel from the PC, and it actually printed!  I have to assume there was something in the formware upgrade which allowed the router from LinkSys (WRT1900AC) to communicate fully and to work with the PC.  The router was published in 2014, so maybe it was.

In any event, everything is in fully working again.

Man y thanks to all who have shared their data entry.  I hope this could help someone with a similar problem in the future.

    Thanks again!

  • OfficeJet Pro 8600plus N911g: yellow-green print

    Hello

Our printer has started printing Green where it should be yellow. I replaced the black and yellow inks, made many heads clean and its still the same. Is there anything else I can try to bring back the yellow?

    Thank you

    Lisa

Green yellow impression would be caused by cyan mixture in the yellow room of the print head.  Unfortunately, this is probably due to a defective print head and would require replacement of the print head. From what I've heard that a replacement print head is approximately $120, that also includes a set of cartridges of installation.

You could try printing a full yellow page, if the color is still the same shade of green (or becomes green) to the bottom of the page the print head is probably has a leak that will need to be replaced.  If color improves down the page then print a few yellow pages may solve the problem.

  • Windows 7 box impossible to see or to print to the 8600plus via WIFI

    Hi all

Two days to work on this issue and I am puzzled. Here's what I past Windows 7 box connected via cat5 to switch 8600 more connected via wifi. All other contracting parties times hard wired or WIFI print. Win 7 box can see all PC and network devices on the net at home (and view the shared files) just not the 8600 (also box can not ping to the address given for the 8600 dhcp). I checked Norton does not block the printer scanner and also tried hard not defining the ip addy of the printer in the wizard go. What I'm going to try tonight is to hard wire the printer from the box and see if things are getting better but it is a shared printer and must reside in a central location. ALL the thoughts in this matter would be greatly appreciated, I'm at my end of strings with something that should be and easy plug and play.

    Thank you

    Terry

Fixed the problem of restarting the bitch switch. Everything works very well sorry for any loss of time.

  • Cannot connect computer second to 8600Plus via the wired network

I am trying to connect a computer to second and third on a 8600 more all-in-one that has a wired connection to my router.  The main computer is also connected to the router and works fine with the printer functions.  My second and third computers have wireless to the router connections.

I installed the software, but no computer recognizes the 8600 over the network - the error message is "printer not found."

I tried to reboot the router, the printer and computers, all nothing will do.

I can connect to the Web server on the printer to all computers, so there is no doubt about the connection or the network.

Enter the URL of the printer (192.168.2.100) during the installation process also produces the error "printer not found."

All welcome suggestions for what to try next.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion and the quick response.

It was not so, but I have now found the solution.  I remembered that I had a lot of trouble when I first implemented more than 8600 a few months ago because it's not co-exist well with my Netgear ReadyNAS Duo, who is also on the network.  With its default settings, more than 8600 causes the ReadyNas disconnect.  I finally solved this by disabling Hello, SLP and WS Discovery in the network settings of the 8600 more.

But it seems at least one of them is necessary for the installation of 8600 program to detect the printer, but once installed, they are not necessary. So the final solution is:

    1. turn off the SIN ready

    2. turn on Hello, SLP and WS discovered on more than 8600

3 complete the installation of the more 8600

    4. clear Hello, etc.

    5 reboot the ReadyNAS

    Simple!

  • Unable to connect to the server

I have an officejet pro 8600plus. When I bought it, I have activated ePrint and registered my printer, but never used the feature. Since then, I updated from XP to windows 8.1, changed a router and connected the printer through a series of switches on a wired ethernet connection. A few days ago, I tried to use e print but received a message that I couldn't connect to the server.

my printer prints fine, connects to each computer on my home network, I just upgraded the firmware with success to [personal information deleted]
and yet, for more than three days, unable to connect to the server. I even deleted my account eprint printer, after changing his email successfully, but now I can not add new, I can't get the code because I can't activate the web plus services. I can scan from the printer to files network and all, but can't seem to activate eprint.

    can anyone help?

    Thank you

    Gill

    Hi the gills.

Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I think since upgrade to 8.1 Windows and change your printer router cannot connect to web services to get the job of ePrint feature.

Please define Manual of the printer an IP address manually and DNS servers. I've included a link to another post, I did it with the stages (including screenshots) how to do it.

Also, I use the Panel rather than control of pc for scanning of easoer and faster. If it is his right.

  • cannot print wireless to wireless using a but access point wired printing (pc) wireless technology is very well

I have a HP OfficeJet 8600plus N911a CM749A # product who has problems in this impossible to print wireless to wireless using an access point but Wired print (pc) wireless technology is fine. We have 4 pcs in a network cable that work very well try to print to the printer which is connected wireless. They installed the software and discovered the printer very well. When you try to install the printer on a Win8 Tablet and a laptop Win7 that neither would discover the printer, so I have two devices connected by ethernet cable and ran the facilities in the same way as the PC and installed everything and worked fine. But, after I disconnected the wire and reconnected or the other device wireless again (they go OK so I know that they get an address) when I go to print to the 8600 it says there is no communication to the printer. BTW, I can install (and installed) other (cable) HP printers on the network as the computer laptop and Tablet AUTODECOUVERTS and print... Yes, ideas on why it loses its Wireless communication to the wireless printer. He turns a few odd Protocol or discovered that did not pass on a wireless system?

Thank you for answering my question and I wanted to know was the brand of the router.  I suggest making sure the router firmware is up to date as well.

Here is a link to a post I did on the various ports used by HP printers for reference.

    -Incoming and outgoing Ports-

So all your work computers don't encounter this issue?  Once again, while in the router, verify that wireless isolation is not activated.  A question also, I do not see has anti-anti-virus/firewall you had on your main computer that you are using?  Maybe it's not the cause, but that depends on the software, too.

    -Security and Firewall.

You have all the exclamation points in your device manager?

Let me know what is happening when you try another access point.

  • 6700 HP all-in-one.

I replaced all cartridges starter in my new 6700 with genuine HP cartridges, but the print quality is catastrophic. I almost used the new cartridges on the cleaning of printheads etc. in accordance with the resolution of the problems of HP, but nothing helped. More advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to answer. As I said in my original post, I followed the troubleshooting guide and I retried with your suggestions. Unfortunately, none of the solutions worked, so I took the printer back to the supplier to be exchanged. They were out of stock of the 6700, the result being that I am left with a 8600Plus. So far he has played very well... a slight catch, it will not feed photo paper. I checked this on some forum sites and it seems that it is a problem on the 8600. The solution seems to be that I have to clean the feed with a cloth roller dry so he could enter the photo paper. I have not yet tried, but I cross my fingers it works :-)
