  Have you tried WAP (shared key) instead of WEP.

There are several manufacturers and different cards you can choose from. To ensure that the card is compatible with your computer, as well as with the service provider you choose.

  The other option I would choose personally, would a USB adapter. If search you in Google, '4 G LTE USB internet', you can choose between multiple USB drives and service providers. It would take the guess work out of finding a compatible card and install in your laptop.
