9.3.1 crushed Ipad 4.

Stuck apple logo now.  Not happy!  Looks like I have to reset to factory settings, and Itunes doesn't let me even.  Comes up with the error 3194.  Never buy apple again!

Any help would be appreciated

Force restart the device (note that you may need to do this more than once):

Force the restart (does not affect the settings/data/music/apps/etc)

1. press and hold the sleep/wake button

2. press and hold the Home button

3. hold both buttons until the screen turns off, then back on with the Apple logo.

If having no answer, see the following support article:

We just bought a new iPad Pro and at the Apple Store has transferred the old iPad data to the new, transferred Candy Crush icon, but the data does not have. What should I do to get the levels of the game completed from the old iPad backup in iCloud for the new iPad Pro?

What is the difference between an ipad with Wi - Fi only and an ipad with Wi - Fi and cell phone?

I also like to play facebook games such as Farmville 2 and crushing of candy - I am able to play on the ipad?

Cell phone allows your use a cellular network to connect to the internet (data only connection, you can't do 'normal' phone calls on an iPad) - so if you are out of range of a usable wifi network you can still (if the carrier is where you are) access the internet

For these games, check to see if they are in the app store from your country

  • iPad 2 crushes all the time after iOS 9.2

I have an A1395 model iPad 2. I know it's old, but after every ios update, its performance is getting worse and worse. I can't read the same newspaper now. I've always had a lot of memory, it never fell once, it's almost the same device that I bought on the first day. Up to what iOS 8 update, I have been very satisfied with it. But at the moment I lost my confidence and satisfaction of the company Apple. This situation is the same way with my IPhone 4s, a little less. I feel myself cheated. I bought an iPhone 5s two months ago to a friend as a gift just because, insisted. But I can certainly guarantee you that I will never buy anything else Apple even once as long as this problem is not resolved.

Try resetting your device. This will not erase your data stored on that device.

    • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
    • Press and hold the Home button
    • Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.

Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings

If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.

Take a look this Apple Support article: use iTunes to restore the iPhone, iPad or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support.

As a final step, try recovery mode. Turn off your unit, then plug it to your computer with the hold home button. Hold down Home button until you see the logo of iTunes on the screen of your device. After that on your computer, you should see the iTunes window saying that your device needs to be restored to factory settings. Click Restore.

  • Buy an Ipad opportunity - software issue

Hi all, you plan to buy a 2nd hand ipad.  Someone told me I can have problems with software compatibility.  You can give me advice, for example if I were to buy a 2nd Gen is this likely to cause me problems at all now or in the future?

I would use it for internet games, movies, apps and the app like crush candy and music.

    Thank you

If you intend to buy second hand, you should look at iPad 4th generation or model later.

The next iOS 10 will not support the iPad generation 2.

Here are the things to monitor in a second hand unit, see the link below:

  • IPad 2 Mini works slowly.

Have mini iPad 2, running the 9.3.4, version has a capacity of 27.3 GB 16.6 GB available. Feels like IPad is running slowly. Some web pages (via FB) do not load or load slowly. Candy Crush Saga crashes about once a day; I followed their suggestions for the filming of various things off, including having turned off the ipad once per day but accidents continued. I was told that my iPad is too old for their various updates. It is less problematic than the General slowness. Ideas? Is it really too old already?

It shouldn't be that slow, especially in web data loading. You should check your internet connection and Wi - Fi, or at least to reset your router.

    Try these standard troubleshooting steps.

Reset: hold the Home and Power buttons until you see the Apple logo (10 to 20 seconds).

If this does not help, you may need to restore your iPhone.

  • Synchronization problem between iCloud, iPhone and iPad.

Good, if I want to sync my iPhone and iPad to iCloud, but I don't want that there is no synchronization BETWEEN devices. In other words, I don't want the notes and photos from my iPhone find you on my iPad and vice versa. How to make that happen?

The iPhone and the iPad should be connected to different Apple IDs to iCloud. If you turn on iCloud for both and they are saved in the same Apple ID and you select this option for sync or download content, they should be the same, or you will crush either. Separate IDs is the only answer.

IPad disabled with thousands of pictures of children that are not backed up with iTunes or icloud. Recommendations for the recovery of photos please?

Sorry, but if your device is disabled and you have no backup, then you won't be able to save the data on the device:

    https://support.Apple.com/en-us/HT204306

You should back up your device regularly to iCloud or import your photos to an application on your computer. Otherwise, you will be risking losing those photos. If your device has been lost, stolen, or crushed by your car, you'd be in the same situation. Really sorry for your photos.

    Good luck

  • V ME814JA/A MF074LL/A iPad B21

    Hello

I recently bought a new Mini iPad (16 GB, wifi + cell) the model number is A1490.  The reference is ME814JA.  It seems that it is a model of the iPad Mini Japanese market.  What I thought I ordered was the MF074LL/A.

Despite many searches on the internet, I don't know what are the distinct differences in the device.  My main goal is to use it on a cellular network, and I thought that I had bought a compatible AT & T device.  Now, I'm not sure.

    So a few questions:

    (1) I opened the box (which seems to be the original packaging) but do not want to reveal the iPad incase I need to send it back.  There was no SIM card in the box, so is there a SIM card inside the device?

    (2) if there is no SIM card in there, it's just an unlocked device which will take any SIM card?  Oddly, I entered the IMEI number AT & T site to find an appropriate SIM card, then when he pushed me for a postal code to activate a plan, U-verse came and I have not had no availability of the service in a zip code was based on my iPad previous Mini cell service.

    (3) what are the cellular limits of this device?  Will be the SIM card, either included or purchased (based on IMEI #) works on the standard AT & T network?

    Thanks for any help.

    Jared Spaulding

I can only answer question #1 - SIM card is always inside the SIM tray (pre-installed in the device of the iPad). I don't know anything about iPad for the Japanese market. If it is a model sold in the Apple store us, I guarantee you that it is unlocked. You can use any SIM card of nano.

  • My iPad is registered in the United States, but I live in Germany. I want to change it now to my German address. What are the implications?

I bought my iPad 3 to the United States by giving a U.S. address. I had assumed (perhaps wrongly) that give my German address would be denying me access to the English user interface.

I live in Germany and I have a iPhone5s that I bought here in Germany where I live.

I want to "App PAYBACK" (which helps me to accumulate points when I shop here in Germany) to use on my iPhone5s , but when I search in the App store, I see only a Mexican version. When I tried to download this app on here https://www.payback.de/app

I get the message "not available in the US store.

When I communicate with the help of Apple, told me that, if I switch to my German address the Apps that I downloaded from the US store may not get an update whenever they are released.

Are there other problems that I should wait if I move to my German address?
