  Make sure that you are connected with the Admin account to install the updates.

  Open the drive, go to the Help menu & "Check for the Updates.

  Make sure that there is no agreement in a deployed State. Retire and purge all existing configurations and make sure that there is no agreement in the valid state.

• ios10 updated ipad pro does not

  My ipad 9.7 pro is completely unresponsive since I tried to install ios10 OTA. the black screen connect to itunes is now show and ive tried for almost 12 hours to restore my ipad pro. nothing works. I rebooted rebooted imac, ipad, I get the error message from 1671. "itunes is downloading software for iPad" and it does not work.

  First make sure you have the latest version of iTunes (12.5.1), otherwise download then from Apple and install or update. Connect your iPad to your computer and open iTunes.  It should invite you to re - install iOS. It takes a while, but to download the file and install ok.
