  • CM1312 dark print color photos

I have a brand new nfi HP CM1312... connected via USB and two PC network running family vista premium and latest driver from hp.com

the photocopier and scanner produce likeness of good quality of the original in color or black and white.

but when you print a photo in color of each PC output is too dark and too much green tint. 75% is probably the original brightness.

There seems to be no available on the printer driver setting? the same photo printed on another printer (Inkjet) is very well...

Here, the dealer says it's what this model?

I thought at the time of WYSIWYG a new modern printer output would be at least as good as an older model... AND if the built-in scanner can produce almost 100% of the copies of the original, then the printer should also be able to as well...

    HELP SOMEONE

ATTENTION DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER IF YOU WANT A COMPATIBLE OUTPUT *.

I had some 'fun' try to set the output to match the screen.

The concession was not able to help or assistance HP or these forums. The dealer had the unit for two weeks to run tests and concluded that this is how the unit is. That I do not accept.

Before holding the camera in I noticed that there is a small amount of adjustment available if you install the software from the CD provided, called 'Toolbox '.

There is a parameter called "print quality" or something like that and inside, there is a list of parameters and a drop for each parameter. There should be adjustment of-5 to + 5 for each.

I had some success using these to adjust the output closer to the screen, but not exactly. I'm not after photoshop quality

    But please NOTE

The first time I installed the software toolbox and went to research it was only from-3 to + 5 available settings...

I installed the new firmware, but did not see any change...

He was similarly to the dealership where I returned the unit to complain, they found only-3 to + 5 available......

but after his return set unity and settle all the different versions of the HP software for this unit found on the website of HP and then by reinstalling from the CD provided (back to basics) on 04:55 adjustment was available... (I don't understand, but...)

so there you go... I'm not after photoshop quality as I said, but I expect my newsletters to be readable, including photos on it.

  • Cannot print on photo paper

I have a HP 7510 all-in-one printer running Windows 7 64 bit.  I ran all the diagnostic tests offered by HP.  Recently, when I try to print photos or graphics and then select Photo paper or paper of presentation I get a very bad impression - color is faded and is not clear.  If I select plain paper it works fine however I don't think I get a picture quality which is what I use the printer for most.  In other words I can't print in the 'better' quality.   I updated the driver, clean the heads, etc.  All of the suggestions.  I bought the printer last summer so its not yet old.

    Hi 11lady,

Be sure and check the ink levels and replace any weak inks.  It is also important to select photo paper on your computer which is as close as possible to your real photo paper. The quality of the printed photo can also be strongly affected by the quality of photo paper.  Differences in paper can make a big difference.   You could experiment with different settings and verify their results.

I'm linking you to a document to print quality troubleshooting.  Take a peek and try the steps you see that you did not.  Let me know how it goes.  Click here

  • Problem with automatic charger when printing with photo paper

    Hello

Printing is fine EXCEPT when I try to print photos on paper HP Advanced.  I set it up to print several photos of different size on 8 1/2 x 11 via a software program.  I've never had a problem in the past.  Paper just sits there and do not feed, and finally pushes through with nothing printed.  Or if I push forward to get through, it is not aligned correctly as don't feed properly in order not to print the part of photos.  If all goes well, I'm explaining this to as you can understand the problem.

Basically, there is a problem automatically feeding paper photo, even if I use high-quality paper.

    Can someone help, please?

You change the paper type in the print settings to reflect the paper chosen for the print job? Pages 22 - 23 has this process listed in the user manual if one any showing this post wants to look.

I reset the printer, clean the rollers, check the print settings. This document here describes the steps to follow. I know that you do not get a hard copy of the error message, but the steps are the same for your problem to feed paper. I hope this helps.

  • 7640 ENVY: Envy 7640 cannot print borderless Photos

  • Printing multiple photos

Can I print 2 different pictures on one page at the same time? I am in Microsoft Office Picture manager and when will print the window "How do you print your photos" appears, the same as in the photo gallery and there you have the option to print 2 4 x 6 but I don't want to print 2 of the same thing, I have 2 different photos, I want to print on the same page. Is this possible?

    Hi LuraT,

Yes you can. You just need to highlight the TWO images (Ctrl-click on each) and then click on print. When you select the 4 x 6 (2), you should see the two photos.

  • 6520 will not print entire photo

My 6520 will not print a full letter-size photo.  It prints about a third of the image until the computer gives an error message that the printer is unable to print the photo. I tried several quality and size settings, restarted the computer and the printer and changed all new ink cartridges ink HP. Print very well. This happens in Windows Photo, photo viewer and Photo HP programs. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Hello thehands, welcome to the forums

I understand that you have some printing problems with your Photosmart 6520 and thank you where I can help with this!

I would first make a few copies of the printer itself without going through a command sent to the printer from the computer. This will allow to test the equipment to make sure it's right before you start the troubleshooting software.

If copies work fine, I have to know the operating system you are running. Just to be a little proactive, if you run Windows, run the print and Scan Doctor to see if the tool will correct the printing problem. If that does not help, try to uninstall the printer software and reinstall the printer by downloading and installing here: HP Photosmart 6520 e-all-in-one printer drivers

If you are using a Mac, try the following steps:

    1. Mac OS X: how to reset the printing system
    2. Repair disk permissions
    3. Restart your Mac
    4. Add new printer (do not use the AirPrint driver)
    5. Test print

Please let me know the results and if there are still any problems at all, I would like to know the details!

  • HP Officejet Pro 8610: Recommended programs to print multipal photos on one page

Allows you to include a photo with your installation disc printing program, but I do not see when I bought this printer about a month ago. What programs do you recommend that will be easy to use and still printing multipal different images on a single page? I found a few freeware, but they don't feel is the same time multipal photo on the page. I would like to find a free software that will do it, but as long as the program is inexpensive that would be OK too. Is not not a computer genius I need one more simple you can find.

    Hello

During the installation process, it should ask you to install the HP Photo Creations software which allows you to do many things including print some photos on a single sheet. Please download the latest version from the following link and install it on your computer:

  • Printer Adobe PDF (copy 1) added for no reason. OXPS in PDF of print does not have all suddenly.

I got a note that Acrobat DC updated this morning.  I have now two printer Adobe PDF on my system - the second one is called "Adobe PDF (1 copy).  If I try to print with the original ' Adobe PDF' printer, it works at all.

If I try to print files OXPS using "Adobe PDF (copy 1)' - which is something I used to do all the time - the text becomes complete gibberish.

Adobe has broken something and it must be fixed.  Yesterday, everything was fine.

Thanks Nicknameforme.  No luck with these settings, but I was able to remedy.  Our problem was not confined to just OXPS.  It has been create/print to PDF using the Adobe PDF printer.

    Here is my assessment:

    PROBLEM / ISSUE:

Windows 10 machines with Adobe Acrobat DC.

There are files in the spooler of the Adobe PDF printer with errors.  Automatic update ran into Acrobat that could not fully remove/update the 'Adobe PDF' printer because of these queue files and created new printer 'Adobe PDF (copy 1)'.

There was only 'Adobe PDF (copy 1)' in the devices & printers in the Control Panel, but both that and 'Adobe PDF' appear in the list of available printers when you print a document.  The 'copy 1' worked locally, but not save to a network drive.  The original of 'Adobe PDF' did nothing.

    SOLUTION:

    1. manually, clear the print spooler to remove old files stuck in the 'Adobe PDF' printer through the command prompt.  (These commands are for Windows 10. They will be different for earlier versions of Windows)

-Start menu > right click on the app 'Command' and 'run as administrator '.

    -Type "Net Stop Spooler.

    -Press enter

    -Type ""del %systemroot%\System32\spool\printers\* /Q " "

    -Press enter

    -Type "Net Start Spooler".

    -Press enter

    2. remove the 'Adobe PDF (copy 1)' in devices and printers in Control Panel

    -Right click > "remove hardware".

    3 reboot (recommended)

    4. run the wizard to repair Acrobat.

    -Open Acrobat

-Go to the Help menu > 'Repair Installation '.

    5 reboot (recommended)

It still worked on multiple computers with the same problem

I want to create a PDF (from a PDF file) using Print-> Adobe PDF. I chose that properties-> high quality printing. This used to create a PDF document, but now he wants to write it into a .ps file. How to change that? I saw a question/answer older who said uncheck "print to a file", but I do not see this option.
