a driver has been installed on my computer

This driver has caused my event viewer, restore the system and other various things to stop the labor that would help me to look at the history of my computer.  I think I knew what it is but I can't or don't know how to uninstall it and everything back like it's supposed to be.  Here's something that can help to understand exactly what I can do to solve this problem. It has something to do with the Intel Management Application.
