  Please log and clear the browser cache and then reload https://cloud.acrobat.com. If this does not work, please try to connect by using a different web browser (just as a trial).

  Hussein,

  Activity of cloning is successful. The problem was with the tnsnames.ora file in the application layer which does not contain the entry of tns for DB with valid credentials.

  I just added the entry of tns and re-tried by running autoconfig on db and app Tier, which has successfully completed.

  Everything is square and works fine now.

  Are you trying to connect through Adobe Reader? If so, what happens when you connect via the web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com?

  (We had reports of this error occurring in the latest version of the reader.)
