  THANK YOU, WAYNE. This addon got the + and - back themed bar releasing much needed content space.

  It leaves the 'bar fixing' at the bottom that is just a minor inconvenience, takes little vertical space. In the old system, it was just an element in the list of properties for incoming e-mail.

• Windows 8 cursor jumps in the existing text and continues to type here rather than the finish line that I am on, anyone else spotted the same thing?

  Just upgraded to Windows 7 to 8, using MS Office Word 2010, worked well on Win 7, but now type text and the cursor suddenly jumps into the existing text and continues typing, rather than the finish line that I'm on.  Thought, I was accidentally touched for touch pad or other keys, so now consciously look for this but can find nothing on my part.  Have experienced it before with a processor OS Linux and Open Source, when the OS has been updated.  Think there may be a loophole to WIN 8.  It also happens when keying in the screens like this, that has happened twice while here. Someone else spotted the same thing?  Or is it just me?

  Also, anyone know how to disable "Open Tap" on the Mouse touchpad of the notebook, its annoying, I could disable in WINDOWS 7 but cannot know how Win8.

  I want to write data to a text file. Don't ask me why, I have to use the vi 'Write in the text file' and not 'write in a measurement file. Everyone do in my office.

  The point is that when I use the vi, the file is always overwritten, if I want to add data in the same file. See attachment for a view of my program. Obviouly, I'm trying to find an option in the property, but no... I sent the vi outside the lopp, but it does not work

  Oddly, it works very well with Labview 2009 but not Labview 2010

  See exhibit attached - open the file, move it to the end, write the text, close the file.

  You can also write at the beginning of the file, or to jobs in the middle.

  Hello all and thanks in advance for any help. I am new to dreamweaver and try to teach me.

  I hope I haven't done half of the community cringe .

  My question will follow this preface...

  I use 2 .swf placed one above another, at the top of the home page and the other down. They serve as the background of the home page and the layout of the site is liquid. The .swfs adjust to stay in the center of the page in order to keep the main focal point centered when resizing the page. The low .swf serves as site navigation. If you visit here you can see what I have described.

  Now on the probably totally novice newbie question...

  How to place text links in the navigation bar?  I know that there are several methods such as CSS and possibly text/images flown etc.. I'm looking for ideas on what you think would be best for the liquid presentation (I want the text remains in the navigation bar when resizing) and really no way to create links to other pages of the site beyond the home page.

  I'm sorry if this question is too newb. I have the Bible of Dreamweaver CS4 Adobe by Joseph Lowery and I can't find my answer. He explains how to add textual links in various ways, but not how to place one or more on a .swf.

  Many people can solve their problems with the limit of page 20 using custom components. You should check this thread

  It is possible to use the onClick-> go to the State and States set on a custom component or one of its subcomponents.

  Catalyst does not support a link to a local file.

  Acrobat Professional XI, wish I could do text linked to change appearance on mouseover or keyboard focus. For example, change the font color, the font size, become "BOLD", to underscore appears... as an element in a table of contents or a URL in the text of a document.  How can you do this?  Also, can you do the link itself area change of color on the development of mouse or keyboard (before clicking on it)?   It is not possible to do so if the underlying text is just static. You can do so if it is a part of a Field object.

  The same happens to change the color of the box itself. Possible with a field, not a binding object.

• Placed inDesign text linking question

  Hi - I recently put to day at CS6 and am having a problem with the binding of text files.

  When I place the Word Doc in the InDesign file initially (not in position), the link to the original document is present in the 'Links' window as expected. However, I need to transfer this text in another area of text on the page and of course when I do, the link is deleted.

  Therefore, I tried when the Doc Word directly on the page in position (I have a configuration of "automatic formatting" I need the text to go) However when I do this no links appear in the window. To clarify, I have three installation of boxes of separate text on my master page I need this bound through text.

  Any suggestions how to solve this problem? I browsed the preferences and assured that everything is as it should be.

  Sorry for the double post! I solved it - for someone else in the same boat, I have created a Master Page with the link text flowed through 3 separate text boxes. Then, I selected to replace the objects main pages in real time and relinked to different documents from there, according to the needs.

  In order to have the link in your pop-up menu in a separate tab, you need to change the Menu Type to manual and enter the navigation links. Select the item menu, and then in the hyperlink field in the Control Strip, check the box that says open the link in a new window or tab. Next to the hyperlink, specify what page linked by using the drop-down text box.
