A history of the orders is not found on my Adobe Creative Cloud account. Only, I bought the annual plan for the student to the University about 3 months ago and now I have to buy a new one in order to download the applications.
I joined the Adobe Creative cloud and bought an annual plan more 2 months free with Creative cloud as a user of University student. I could download apps (not in first instance) that was available in the plan, but since I reinstalled a new operating system on my Mac laptop, not only I was able to download only the apps for the trial, but found no order history in my account. As if I never bought the plan. Could someone help me with this problem?

You can actually have installed creative cloud and on two computers, signed as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application

I bought Lightroom 5 of B & H Photo a few months ago and since then have now upgraded computers. This new computer doesn't have a hard drive and I can't figure out how to download it on my new computer. I must not have created an Adobe account when I initially purchased and downloaded on my other computer. The Adobe license allows 2 activations, so you would just copy your installation to version 6 files to your other computer and install the upgrade in the same way that you did on your desktop

Solution 1: -.
1 sign out and sign back for creative cloud.

Solution 2: -.
Check the "hosts" adobe entered into file. (If you don't see all the entries of adobe, go to solution 3)
1. go to the location of the file "Hosts".
WIN: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
MAC: Go to the menu finder on top > go to files > type '/ etc', press return.
2. move the file hosts on the desktop.
3. open.
WIN: Open it with Notepad.
MAC: double click on it.
4 remove all entries of adobe, that it does not obstruct your machine to connect to the Adobe's Activation Server.
5. rear move "/ etc" folder.
Solution 3: -.
1. check if you are using any kind of firewall (network/system) / proxy.
2. turn off firewall / proxy.

I have both have Adobe Revel Premium membership and subscription Adobe Creative Cloud. Revel Adobe tells me to download all my data stored at Revel (that's 65 GB for me) and download back to Lightroom creative cloud. Adobe should be automatically if it gives more service for subscribers. Download and upload again seems absurd. As creative cloud gives only 20 GB of storage, how will I be able to achieve?

I apologize for the confusion.
Sync Creative cloud photography Plan previews smart mobile usage and the originals are stored locally by the user. Smart insights are much smaller that the original then your collection will probably be good in the cloud space, creative photography Plan Cloud offers (as the originals are not in the cloud). Adobe plans on providing storage cloud for original photos through Lightroom in the future.
