A Microsoft agent called me and told me that I need to renew my license windows
A person who is called an agent called me this morning and told me that I need to renew my license of windows 7. The operating system provided with the computer when I bought it from Tigerdirect (and he got his inventory directly from asus) and I think he has a great chance of being a scam. He said a life time license costs $100 and I want to ask you if Microsoft really has this kind of agents and if I should trust him?

Yes, it's a scam. When someone calls and says they need to talk to you about 'mistakes' in your computer, simply hang up. I just had one of these calls myself about 15 minutes ago.

I sign creative photography cloud in March 2014, at that time was include 20 GB of free web space, and also the Prosite, now Adobe out of this and told me that I never had this has always been just 2 GB.
This happen with others, they just change and cut without notice?
Please check the storage now & confirm, it should be 20 GB now, let me know in case of any question.

Thank you pattie, today I spoke with a support guy who was able to help me.
Aparently my internet provider has been in some conflicts with adobe and this screen shows up as it should.
Then, he was told to use 3g on my mobile to provide conection to my computer and connect to adobe and run a program.
I did as he told me and then, then only the screen with the message with the option to turn off appears.
and after a long week, I could finally use my LR with no problems.

I just got a chat session with unnecessary failure to load Adobe. I bought LR6 in September. He worked for a while. Migration/transfer of Adobe applications does not work. You must install using installation files. Uninstall, and then use the CS cleanup tool. Then download/install the desktop application, connect and install applications subscription.
