  A machine running with one admin account is extremely risky. If you're going to come because it is there is a good chance that you yourself locked out.   I'm always sure of fairy.  It could be a different configuration, but more than likely it is that your machine is not configured for web access via VPN.  I'd be willing to bet that your VPN administrator must add your IP address (or, more likely, your address NIC M.A.C.) to list authorized on the network.

  Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. As this feature has been added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there are still some problems.
