  I have has just begun using Touchsmart computer and have a question on the PC platform.  I want to put shortcuts to application on the dock.  To my knowledge, the only way I can get a shortcut must click with the right button on the application and place the shortcut on the desktop (the only option to locate the shortcut in Win7 Home Premium).  If I move then the shortcut to the PC dock, shortened the PC station is the shortcut on the desktop, not in the original application.  If I delete the desktop shortcut, shortcut dock PC no longer works.  My question: If you must have a shortcut on the desktop, what is the value of the voucher on the PC platform?

  Although Nvidia 750 M dedicated 4 GB card is indicate against the graphics options, I think not that this is possible because actually nvidia in this model is not as a card but more a chip which is attached to the motherboard. I think you need to contact HP in your area directly for this.

  Please report the number of complete product for your computer. Check out the following, if you need assistance with this information. HP desktop PC - how can I find my model number, serial number or product?

  What was your original operating system? The brightness setting worked properly with this OS?

  Have you updated all drivers available for your computer?  If this is not the case, try to use the HP Support Assistant for available updates. Computers HP - using HP Support Assistant (Windows 10, 8, 7)

  If you have updated the drivers and there is no change with the brightness setting, then it is likely the display driver is not totally compatible with Windows 10. In this case, try the following:

  1. search for the Device Manager and run it.

  2. go to the display of the maps section

  3. right click on the display driver, and choose Update driver software

  4. in the menu of the interface choose "Browse my computer for driver software".

  5 choose "Let me pick from a list of drivers on my computer".

  6. in the next screen, select "Microsoft base Display Adapter" in the list under the section "Show compatible hardware".  then click on "Next".

  7. the driver must be installed and check if the brightness slider works for you.

  This is the profile for the HP USB graphic adapter (model # NL571AA). According to the specifications, the adapter kit consists of HP USB graphics card, a USB cable and a DVI - I to VGA. Plug the USB cable into the computer and the USB graphic card. If you are using a cable and a VGA monitor, plug the DVI - I to VGA in the USB graphics adapter. Then plug your time your monitor VGA audio and USB DVI - I to VGA graphics card installed.

  You can do the same thing with any other adapter USB / VGA on the market, including EVGA more + UV19 or the EVGA more + UV39

  You Tube is wonderful! I went there, searched and found several solutions, but the one (super easy) that worked for me was to take a care credit, wind band around him the side sticking long way, insert into the drive, stuck on the cd and it is just released! Could not have worked more easy!

  Thanks for the suggestions, and even if the disc was clean, it had a very thick sticker! These discs are sensitive I guess.
