Is there a way I can create a voice active my windows user account password 7?

    Hello aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa,.

At this time, Microsoft does not offer this feature.  It would be interesting to see this technology, but as Pegasus has pointed out, everyone would be able to hear your password.  Or if the operating system could make you read a sentence and could confirm your voice.

  • User accounts does not initially and windows to remember password for account (evil)

    Hello

Thanks for any help in advance.

TLDR: Windows trying to connect in user 1 with the old password and does not give me the option to connect user 2

I'm trying to set up a new account for my roommate to use. It's something I've done many times before and never had a problem with.

This time, however it is causing me pain.

First off I created a new user account (user 2) gave him a password and him give a normal user account (not admin). I also changed the password on my account (user 1) which is an administrator account.

Now when I restarted my computer I expected to go to the login screen and give me two options (user 1 and user 2) that would require a password. I should mention here that before that I created the 2 user I've ever seen the login screen as it starts directly on my desk.

What is happening at startup, it is just after windows logo I get the message "the password is incorrect" (on the lines in any case).

When I confirm this message I show the log on screen but it only shows the user accounts 1 and 'others '.

I can enter the new password for the user 1 at this stage and connect fine, I can also go the "other accounts" and enter credentials user 2 and connect fine but on reboot, I get again the opinion of incorrect password and user 2 is not always displayed on the login screen.

The incorrect password, he speaks is the old password for user 1, but I'm not enter, it of like windows remembered the old password and trying to enter to connect directly to user 1 with it.

I tried to do admin user 2 also, but no difference is made.

If someone has an idea, they would be much appreciated,

    Thank you.

This happens because someone has configured your machine some time ago to connect automatically. You can adjust the process according to your needs:

    1. press Windows + R key on your keyboard.
    2. Enter the following command and press ENTER:
    netplwiz
    3. check the box that requires users to enter a password.
    4. click on OK.
    5. take note of the process for later use.

  • Unable to make a selection in the context of important updates. Grayed. Open as administrator and not user account can not change to receive automatic updates

Sign on the user account as an administrator, but cannot change the automatic updates.

Under updates important area is grayed out and cannot select to change

    Hello Bill,

Thank you for visiting Microsoft Community.

As I understood it, you experience the problem, you cannot change the automatic updates even if you are logged on as an administrator user account. The option is grayed out on the system.

    Certainly, I understand your concern.

I would suggest trying the following steps and check if that helps.

    1. Open the editor of the register of the command RUN by typing "regedit" and click OK.
    2. In the tree on the left, open following files-online HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate.
    3. Remove the automatic "Update" folder This will remove all previous settings for automatic update.
    4. Open the automatic update of the control panel and option as usual.
    5. If automatic update is always gray, type the command "gpupdate/force" RUN and click OK or restart the operating system.

Note: This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. Hello

These methods should help for Windows 7 or Vista.

References to Vista also apply to Windows 7.

    the password should be available).

Some programs such as the Google Updater (if you've added the Google toolbar,

If you are unable to connect to Windows 7 or Windows Vista, you can use the Windows Vista System Restore feature, or the Windows 7 system restore feature.

You may be unable to connect to Windows Vista or Windows 7 in the following scenarios:

    • Scenario 1: You recently set a new password for the protected administrator account. However, you don't remember the password.
    • Scenario 2: You type the correct password. However, Windows Vista or Windows 7 does not accept the password because the system is damaged.
    • Scenario 3: You delete a protected administrator account. Now, you cannot connect to another administrator account.
    • Scenario 4: You change an administrator account protected with a standard user account. Now, you cannot connect to another administrator account.

  • Cannot create a new user account account & comments pasted as an administrator. How can I activate built-in Administrator?

It's a long story, but it is a case of me not having only not the slightest idea of what I was doing and the things themselves are mean. I tried to access the built-in function

Administrator on my laptop, so I could create a password for it and to transform my only other account user in a standard account. The only way I knew a bit about this world work (at the time) was going to safe mode (already did this on another laptop of mine and it worked,) but the built-in administrator is not. Unfortunately, when I do my first mistake a lot of errors, I decided that I could force the built-in Administrator"is displayed by the guest in an administrator account so I could turn off my main user account. I realized that I couldn't change guest in standard account so I turned it off as an administrator. When I'm home in safe mode I finally see the built-in administrator so I put my password for it, but I noticed the UAC did not have a password field to type and 'yes' is gray. Thinking that it was because I left the account called Administrator, until I turned it off I go to reactivate it if I could go back to the standard, but the guest account would not change back or extinguish again causing the built-in Administrator "to disappear from the safe mode and therefore, preventing me from the question of fixing.

I've tried so far of troubleshooting:

(Start, typed the CDM, run as administrator, typed user administrator / Active: Yes) Having failed, I got msg "System 5 error has occurred. Access denied. "

(Start, typed the CDM, run as administrator, typed net users) see three accounts on my computer administrator, guest, and my main account.

(Start, typed the CDM, run as administrator, typed 'Jack' xxyyzz net user / add) Having failed, I got msg "System 5 error has occurred. Access denied. "

I tried to create a new account, but it still says "the specified account name is not valid, because account names cannot contain the following characters / \ []" :;|<>+=,? ". ' * ' , but I don't use any of these at all!

Change the Standard user account to administrator did not

I tried to disable the guest account, but that didn't work either

If anyone has ideas or definitive answers to how to help me solve this problem would be very useful, thx!

The guest on my computer account has administrative authority.

If your guest account has administrator privileges (why?) then you can do this:

    1. Log in under the guest account.
    2. Click the start planet.
    3. Type cmd.exe in the search box.
    4. Press Ctrl + Shift + Enter
    5. Click on "Run as Administrator".
    6. Type the following commands and press ENTER after each:
NET user administrator / Active: Yes
      NET user administrator 123456
(to set the password to 123456)
    7. Log in as administrator.
    8. Plan ahead a little and create, test, and document an alternative admin account, even though you have a spare House key. This will save you a lot of trouble.
    9. Demote, then disable the guest account. There is a security risk.
  • Win7 your user account is not allowed access to...

We are a small office with all 6 computers running WIN7 pro or ultimate.

-We have a configuration of wired network connection work on all machines.

-We have a working group and a group of House.

    -We have no server.

We recently changed the dedicated machine where we share a common folder. On this machine(#1), the folder is shared, and the permissions are set for all.

All machines have several identifiers on both machines, we were able to connect to the folder without problem. Point us to him a pop up comes up and ask for the id and the password. We make the permanent connection and it all works.

On the other machine two symptoms are somewhat similar, but with some differences.  What is common:

-J' have the same ID on all machines with the same password and have the administrator privileges on all.

-I can see the shared folder when connected with my code.  If I click on it to connect, a pop up appears saying that I do not have the right privilege to access the machine and it offers me the option to enter the user Id and the rest.

-J' checked the vault credential and none are stored to the #1 computer.

-J' checked the setting of the advance for the folder shared and turned the pasword sharing power without change on and off.

    -Network discorery is on

-On the two machines if I try to map the folder I am told that I am connected with a user password different name

-Activate the firewall and Anti virus and disable without change.

-I can ping Machine 1 of all the location by name and IP.

-Shared folder troubleshooting both tell me that I don't have permission to access \\Machine1\SharedFolder but offer no resolution running...

    What's different:

    Machine has:

I could go to Net Use to see that a connection has been exisiting, delete it, and then create a mapped drive.  However this morning after reboot I couldn't connect. at first, I had to remove the mapped connection and then re-create it.

If I use a different ID on the machine, I can connect without problems using the generic machine account information 1.  I can't connect using my information identification either on 1 Machine (machine #1\UserID, Pwd) or a (machine #A\UserID, Pwd) of the machine.

    B machine:

Net use shows no connection.  I can not connect to the player by mapping or by clicking on the shared drive.

When you're connected using other credentials, I don't see even the shared folder.  As soon as I click on the logo to computer I get access denied, contact administrator (me) for permission...

One idea other than the standard response from microsoft, which I've exhausted are welcome.

    Hello

Right click on the Shared folder and grant permissions to the user accounts problem computers.
    http://TechNet.Microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc726004.aspx

Since the machine is changed, it must give permission on the shared folder.

Also, make sure that in every computer user account names are unique (different), you can have a common password.

    Hope this information helps.
