  Follow these methods.

  Method 1: Uninstall and reinstall the Adobe photo shop program.

  If you have a license (CD, serial number, etc.), then you can always use it as per the license.  But it is quite old and unlikely to work well on modern versions of operating system.

  You 'Royalty Free' rights free of charge can be granted or pay for it.  Music sites "Royalty Free" often have several awards.  Individual use will be much cheaper than the use in business.

  It is a premier forum, not a Premier Pro forum elements or hearing.  But, if Adobe labels tracks provided with these programs and call them 'Royalty Free' and does not list the restrictions, you can use it for what you want.

  Another approach is called "Creative Commons".  Basically, you can benefit from creative use of the work if you provide proper credit.  It helps to spread and the reputation of the artist.   Creative Commons "licenses" have several versions and can also be confusing.

  I was very surprised to see because when I formatted my 1 TB SSD I made to allocate approximately 15 - 20% 'Space' to be free, because I have read several times that you should never completely fill to the top of your player. Then, I checked my storage:

  

  I found it very odd that I'd only 78GB left because I knew I had at least 130 GB of free, I keep an eye close enough on my storage space.  I restarted the computer and I checked my storage once again, and magically it appeared as it should:

The rest of the 1 TB is the Partition of 'Free space', I created when I formatted the disk.  When I've been formatting, I noticed the option to format as 'Free space', so I assumed it was the opportunity for anyone who took the advice that you should always allocate space of 15 to 20%.  I don't know if the warning mentioned previously is related to this, but whatever it is, I had the bad idea to create literally score "Free space" while trying to keep my healthy HDD by overloading her not?  Should I just hang out my main partition in disk utility to use the 'free space' now and just keep an eye on how I use?

  Thank you for posting.  This seems to be files that have been quarantined by moy.  This happens usually when your antivirus detects infected files and moves them to a waiting area where they can do no harm to your computer.  For more details on quarantine, I would say that you see the antivirus support site.
